Salvation
Salvation A winding road dark and beaten,
full of many things seen.
Yellow eyes, teeth of steel, claws red with dripping blood.
A dark beginning is all that's seen
so the road goes unused.
In truth this unbecoming road
is the true way to salvation.
For at its end is a light
purer than any ever known.
So lonely traveler do not fear
journey down this dark path.
Walk past the creatures that terror conceived,
look not at the unsightly things.
Walk forever forward
into the undying light.
