Affection
Andrew Willow gazed angrily out the window, both of his hands gripping the steering wheel, his knuckles were pure white. He tried to calm himself down, but was failing miserably.
The sixteen year old girl beside him cupped her hands in her lap, shooting worried glances towards the older man. She didn’t know what to say, and wasn’t sure if she should just keep quiet or try to calm him down.
It was a windy Friday night, barely eight o’clock, and Andy had plans to catch a movie and dinner with his wife of six years, Lisa. Things did not go as plan, however, when a large argument broke out between the two, over a simple thing of which movie to watch. Andy’s marriage was falling apart, and it was obvious to him now.
Dawn Lewis nervously ran her fingers through her short auburn colored hair, gazing up at Andy again. She was the Willow’s loyal baby sitter for their five year old son, Matt. Seeing as their date was ruined by the argument, the couple came home four hours earlier then planned and Andy offered to take Dawn home. She knew it was also an excuse to get away from his tearful wife.
Dawn opened her mouth to speak, but thought better of it and closed her mouth again. Dawn lived a bit far from the Willow’s, about thirty minutes away. The car ride has only been four minutes.
“Dawn,” Andy said, and though his voice was soft she jumped slightly. “Uh…yes Mr. Willow?” she asked meekly. “I’m sorry for causing you all this trouble. I’ll pay you fully, since we wasted your night,” Andy said, trying his best to smile for her. “Oh, Mr. Willow, it’s all right! I enjoyed the…uh, hour I spent with Matt,” Dawn said cheerfully, and a sad smile was Andy’s response.
The car was quiet again, and Andy slowed the car down for a red light. He paused for a moment before speaking again, “did you eat dinner tonight?” Dawn looked up at Andy, and she was about to say she had, when she realized that Andy really needed time away from his wife right now. It was better for him to spend it with her then driving around alone and angry, with a really high possibility of crashing into something.
“Uh, no! How about we hit a drive through?” Dawn smiled up at him. Andy turned his gaze towards her, and smiled back, his brown eyes twinkling with the genuine smile. “Sounds good.”
--
They drove along in silence a bit more, and Dawn snuck a few gazes at him every few moments. She was glad to see he wasn’t gripping the steering wheel so hard anymore, he was leaning back in his chair as well. “So Dawn, where to?” he asked, turning towards her. Dawn felt her heart stop for a moment when they locked gazes, and her cheeks turned a soft shade of pink. “Uh…er, doesn’t matter! Where ever you’d like, Mr. Willow!”
Andy smiled at her, she was a really cute kid.
They spoke the entire way to the fast food place, Dawn trying to keep his mind off what was really bothering him. She was doing a good job, too. Andy drove the car through the drive through at a McDonald’s, which was surprisingly empty. He ordered a large number 1 for himself, and medium number 3 for Dawn. After getting their fast food, Andy said softly, “I guess I’ll drive back to your house now.”
Dawn looked up at him, and felt pity well at the bottom of her stomach. Andy looked so dejected, and she almost reached out to touch his hand. She held back, however, and instead opted for silence.
She munched on a few fries the rest of the drive. Between swallows she talked of her excitement of Spring Break coming up, as Andy listened on, amused. By the time they reached her house, Andy’s mind was completely off of the incident.
The two sat in silence for a moment, and Dawn gazed out the passenger side window to her dark house. Her parents were out, evidenced by the empty driveway. Dawn turned to look at Andy, and was surprised to see him gazing at her.
“Dawn, thank you so much for tonight. I’m glad I have such a sweet baby sitter like you,” Andy said softly. Once again, Dawn’s cheeks turned a soft shade of pink, and she smiled at him. “No problem Mr. Willow…uhm…would you like to come inside? We could eat our Mickey D’s while watching some TV?”
Andy was taken aback by Dawn’s offer. He knew it was an innocent request, but he was surprised how pleased he was with the question. He hoped she didn’t notice his slight fluster, and he grinned. “Sure.”

See, I totally write things other then incest :B
So this story is going to be a bit different then my others (obviously), the focus being on Andy and Dawn's budding love then just the plain sex. Not saying there isn't going to be any (teehee) but it probably won't happen for a few chapters :P (thus...this being in the 'romance' section)
Hopefully you enjoyed reading this! :] Until next time my dears, g'bye~
P.S. Reviews make me happy...more reviews equals...more chapters and them being put out faster?! mmh! Oh, what a concept!
