Can You See Me?
Can You See Me?
By: Josh Lowe
Can you see me?
Can you see me through the corners of your eyes?
Can you see my eyes lock onto you?
Can you see the guy that wishes
That wants
That yearns to be with you?
The guy w/ the black sweat jacket,
The oval glasses,
And the yellow pack?
Can you?
Of course not
As tall as I am, you could never see me
But I can see you
I can see short, dark brown hair
Hanging over your beautiful feline eyes
I can see your beautiful smile, it’s like no other
I could spot it in a crowd
I can see your gorgeous figure
Your hips
Your legs
Your belly
I want to hold them
Caress them
Softly & passionately kiss them
And most of all
The one thing I can clearly see
Is that I can’t have you
Why you ask?
Because you & I are in different leagues
And because I have no guts
So again, my unrequited love, I ask you again
