Dreams of Love
Ok I wrote this about ten years ago so my apologies if it\'s crap - (idealistic twit that I was). I actually wrote it for a bass player of my fave band but having reread it I am definitely thinking of someone else now
Dreams of Love
I see your face
Time and again
In my mind
In my dreams
Reaching out to touch,
to hold, to love
Waking to find
That you\'re not there
Yearning for your touch
the sound of my name
whispered from your lips
In the darkness of the night
Yet you don\'t know me
and I don\'t know you
Except through my dreams
and in my wishes
Deep in my heart
There is a hope
That we\'ll be together
One day. With love
Dreams of Love
