Chapter Nine.


Jamie fought desperately to stop the imposter, his fists hammering at him. He sunk his teeth deeply into the man lips cutting it open, when he try to kissed him. The imposter slapped him hard rendering him nearly unconscious. In his dazed state, the man quickly ripped the remaining piece of clothes from him. He felt so disgusted when the man licked him from the neck down. Whispering disgusting things that he was going to do to him. Jamie make one last attempt to save himself. He scream as loud as he could for the King.

Sebastian came in the nick of time. He kicked the door down with so much forced that the door went flying across the room. The imposter let out a cursed and pulled out his dagger. Sebastian is cruel and merciless when he is riled. He was riled now. Sebastian didn't looked at Jamie he didn't dare to. He keep his attention on the man. The imposter grabbed Jamie and pulled him in front of him using Jamie as a hostage.

“If you come any closer I'll slit his throat.” The imposter threaten as he slowly backed away, half dragging, half pulling Jamie. What happened next surprised Sebastian and took the imposter by surprised. Jamie rammed his knee into the imposter groin. The man dropped his dagger and let out a howl of outrage and pain as he fell to the floor. Jamie was pleased and thoroughly satisfied with the result of his action.

Sebastian grabbed Jamie and pulled him away from the imposter writhing on the floor. He kicked the man hard, with all his forced. The imposter went flying into the wall. He landed on the floor with a loud, painful thud. Sebastian kicked the dagger to the side. He pulled out his sword and thrust it through the imposter chest, pinning him to the wall with his sword. He have no intention of killing the man yet. Sebastian finally turned to look at Jamie.

“Are you alright?” Sebastian asked.

Jamie gave the king a wide smile. “I knew that you'd come for me, so I wasn't that scared.” he confessed.

Nicholas came into the room with his hand on his sword. Eli was right behind him and so was Jefferey. Nicholas walked over to the imposter and ripped out his disguised to reveal a familiar face that all of them haven't seen for along time. “Douglas I never would have guessed.” Said Nicholas. Then he add. “How's your fathers? is he up to mischief again?”

Douglas refused to say a word. His whole body is in pain and he was beginning to lose consciousness Shit! if his father learned that he had acted on his own there is no telling what his father will do to him. That is if he is still alive. Douglas turned his eyes to Jamie. He wanted so badly to make the boy his that he had acted stupidly.

“Your highness what do you wish to to do with him?”

“I say we kill him.” Said Jeffery.

Sebastian shook his head. “Death is to easy for him, what I have in mind for him is something far more worse then death. By the end of tomorrow he will begged me to take his life.” He said coldly. Then he add “Nicholas I trust you know what to do with him.” Nicholas gave a slight nod of his head knowing exactly what his King wanted him to do with their unwanted guest.

Sebastian gently lifted Jamie into his arms. Jamie sagged against his chest. Sebastian carry Jamie out of the room. He head straight toward Jamie bedchamber. By the time they reached, Jamie chamber,Jamie was shivering. Sebastian wrapped Jamie in a warm blanket and held him on his lap while he tended to Jamie bruised face.

“Your highness would you still want me as your consort if he had raped me?” Jamie asked.

“I would still want you no matter what, Jamie.” Sebastian answered with out hesitating. Then he bend his head down and lay a soft kissed on Jamie bruised lips to prove it.

Jamie rested his head against the King chest after the King ended the kiss. He shut his eyes and wrapped his arms around the King. Nicholas was right the King is a kind person and he was glad that he married him. Sebastian and Jamie decided to post pone their wedding night for another night. That night they both lay side by side with Jamie resting his head on Sebastian shoulder. They fell asleep in each other arms.

“We are leaving tomorrow, I don't want to hear a word of protest from you.” Leon said angrily.

“I hate you!” Caelane scream.

“You could hate me all you want if it makes you feel any better.” Said Leon.

Caelane back away from his father, “I'm not leaving, not until daddy come home, and you can't make me!” Calane screamed before fleeing out of the room.

Leon sighed and slumped down on his chair. The boy love his dad too much. Even after being told that his dad have abandon them the boy still persisted that his dad would not leave him. He was at a lost for word to say to his son.He needs to get home to become stronger so that he could rescue his son Kade.

Caelane made up his mind. He will go look for his dad and asked him why he left him. He stick his head out and survey the courtyard. Devin came up from behind and place a hand on Caelane shoulder.

“Where are you going Caelane?” Devin asked his friend. He have been following Caelane the moment he saw him running out of his room.

Caelane spun around and face his friend. “I'm going to look for my dad.” he answered.

Devin shook his head, “idiot! You can't do that!”

“why?” Caelane asked.

“Because you are small and the bad guys will get you.”

“I don't care!” Caelane shouted. No longer able to hold back his tears Caelane begin to sob.

Devin wrapped his arms around his friends and comfort him. “Don't cry stupid, if you really must look for your dad I'll go with you to protect you.”

Caelane pulled away from his friend and wiped the tears away. "You shouldn't come, your brother will be mad.”

“My brother will understand.” Devin hoped. He grabbed Caelane hand and led him to a secret way out of the castle with out getting them notice. The two of them walked for hours and finally they stop and rest,to sleepy to go on. They slept with their back against the tree. Two person found them and picked them up carrying them off while they slept.

Nicholas was furious with his brother and Leon was worried beyond word when they both found out that the two boy was last seen together. Nicholas put two and two together when he bumped into Leon earlier while searching for his missing brother. The two came to the conclusion that the two boys had went off on their own. They went to the King and Nicholas asked for the day off to searched for the two boys. The King allowed Nicholas to go but not Leon, since he is the King of Siren he cannot go out and about putting his life in danger.

“I will give you a week to find the boy and Nicholas take Demetrius with you, he knows the country from the inside out. And I believed that he will be a big helped to you as well.”

“Yes your highness!”

“Nicholas please promised me that you will find them and bring them back safe and sound. And when you do find them please don't be to harsh on them.” Jamie said from the King side.

Seeing how worried the King consort is for his brothers and Caelane, Nicholas bent down on one knee with his right hand on his heart. He promised the king consort with his life to do what it takes to find the boys and bring them back safe and sound.

“Nicholas that is not necessary just promised me that you and the boys will return safely.” Said Jamie.

“I promised.” Nicholas stood up and bow then he left.

"I hope to god that Caelane and Devin will be alright.” Jamie said.

Sebastian could hear how worry his consort is for the boys safety. He pulled Jamie down and settle him on his laps. “Nicholas will find them, before anything bad happen to them.” Said Sebastian.

Jamie nod his head and gave his King a weak smiled. He can't help but worried about Caelane and Devin. He spent his afternoon with Eli worrying about them, while the king spent it down at the special holding cell torturing Douglas.

“Hey you two where do you think your going?”

Caelane and Devin did not stop to answer the stranger question they kept running until they came to a spring.

“Get away from that spring right now.” The person with the mask ordered. His voice full of concern for the boy safety.

The boys shook their head and take a step back. Big mistake as they went tumbling backward into the spring. The person wearing the mask opened his wings and flew up to grabbed the boys, he was careful not to fall into the growth spring himself.

Alan the guardian of the growth spring return home with the two unconscious boy. He still can't believed the the boy was that scared of him.

“Alan what happen?” His father asked as soon as he walked in carrying the two boys.

“They fell into the spring.” Alan answered. Then he add, “by tonight these two boys will be a full grown adult.”

“Is there away to turn them back?”

Alan took off his mask and shook his head. The previous guardian of the spring never once mention a cure for those who fell into the growth spring. Maybe there is one but he highly doubt it. Alan changed the boys clothes and left the room.

Around midnight, Devin slowly opened his eyes, he turned his head to the side and saw a pretty boy sleeping beside him. The pretty boy opened his eyes and stared right back at him before leaping out of bed.

“Who are you? wheres Devin? What have you done with him?” Caelane asked.

“I'm Devin and who are you? how did you know my name?”

“Me, I'm Caelane!”

Devin stood up and survey the pretty boy before him. “You can't be Caelane!”

“And you can't be Devin.” Caelane barked back at Devin.

“Hello boys!” a voice said from the opened door way.

They turned to see Alan smiling at them before entering the room. Caelane ran up and throw his arm around the man with tears running down his cheek. “Daddy, I found you!”

“Sorry boy but I'm not your dad, you got the wrong person.” Alan Says as he pried the boy off of him.

Caelane looked up at the man with tears streaming down his face. “Daddy why are you so mean to me? why did you left me? Don't you love me anymore?” Caelane asked all at once.

Devin came up and hugged his friend. “Are you sure your not his dad?” He asked, Alan.

“I'm sorry boy, but I'm really not his dad.”

Caelane refused to believed that the man standing before him is not his dad. “You're lying you're mean daddy!”

Alan lifted the boy chin up. “You're an adult now crying doesn't look good on you. If you really don't believed me then asked my father.”

"Caelane I don't think he's your dad.” Devin whispered.

“Tell me boy do I really looked that much like your daddy?” Caelane nod his head.

Alan didn't know what else to say so he sat down on a chair and pour himself a cup of tea. And calmly he changed the subject. And it works. He explained to the two boys what happened to them.

“What are we going to do Devin?” ask Caelane. Then he cry.

Devin wrapped his arms around Caelane and comfort him, “we are going to go back and maybe my brother will be able to help us returned to our younger self again. That is if its OK with you?”

“We might as well go back.”

Alan got up and walked toward the door leaving the two boys alone. “I'll take you boys home tomorrow.” he said. Then he left.

Caelane looked up and Devin wiped his tears away for him with his thumb.

“You know we are going to have a tough time convincing your brother and my father that we are who we claim to be.”

“I know.” Reply Devin.

“Caelane I promise that once we return to our younger self I will help you look for your dad once more.”

“Thank you Devin you really are my best friend. But I had already found my dad and he didn't even want me.” Devin didn't know what to say so he just hug Caelane.

Sebastian gave the box containing Douglas left ears and right eye to his general and order him to delivered it to his brother Ander. Then he went on his way to find Jamie. He found him siting outside with Eli.

“What are you two doing out here?” Sebastian asked as he walked toward them.

“I asked Eli to teach me embroidery while we wait for Nicholas to returned with Caelane and Devin.” Jamie answered with a smile.

"They have been gone for three days already, I believed that they should be back soon." Sebastian commented.

“That's why I want to be here to greet them.”

“Then I shall join you two.”

Eli stood up and excused himself, He wanted to give the King and Jamie some time be alone together. Jamie pushed the needles through and pulled it through the fabric. “Your highness I am ready to have our wedding night.”

Sebastian could not be more happier, word could not even expressed how happy he is to hear that the boy is ready to give himself to him. Jamie looked up from his embroidery and smile shyly at the king. A spark of light that suddenly appeared on the roof of the castle caught Jamie attention an uneasy feeling came over him.

“Your highness what is that light up there?”

Sebastian didn't get to respond to Jamie question. As a silver arrow came flying straight at them.
