12:29am - Interrogation?
No one tells me anything. Things have been moving quickly. Carmine has gone out a lot like Ryan did when we were in New York.
I met Mr. Baratta the other day. He's a really nice man. We played checkers. I beat him. He said checkers was not one of his big games. I spent the day with him while Carmine and some other men, probably capos, went out to do something.
Well earlier this evening, Carmine brought me into the dining room and we just sat down at the table. He asked me more questions about Ryan and about the trip I had to New York with him. He asked if I heard anything at all. I told him that I hadn't. He asked if I was sure Alex hadn't told me to do anything or not to say anything. That's when I remembered about what happened the one day when I heard a gunshot come from upstairs. I still told him no. I just don't want anything to do with this. I don't think he believed me. He gave me one of those looks.
I'm watching a movie. xXx: State of the Union. It's almost over, so I'm going to finish watching it. Who knows where Carmine is at this time. Maria is actually making popcorn! I didn't even know they had popcorn here.
