Releasing The Demons is actually being revamped completely. The new working title is Mine. I'll have to tell you more about it when we talk next! I may keep her diary or use it as a crutch before posting the new story. I'll probably edit it up a bit as well.

I will never understand Kylie--when she saw Ryan, she should have run screaming in the other direction, not go over and talk to him! Not only that, she betrayed Carmine, the only man who showed her kindness since she was kidnapped and who set her free??? God damn that Ryan? Why isn't he dead yet and why does he still have a hold on Kylie??? Stupid girl...If Ryan decides to take her again, she deserves it for being so gullible...
I am not angry with the author, I will always like this story, but Kylie is something else...
On a personal note to Maal: I'm glad you are writing again--sometimes escaping into a fictional world does help...at least, that's what I found to be true.

Believe me when I say that I understand completely what you're going through...I've been there. And I'm not talking about the writer's block either. I've tried to commit suicide twice. The depression and sadness that you are feeling will go away, it just takes time. Until then, the only thing you can do is focus on getting through the next minute, then the next hour, then the next day. It is a long and hard process but if you ever need to talk about it, my email addy is on my profile page.
As for Ryan, who gives a damn about him? He's out of Kylie's life (hopefully forever) and good riddance to that rat bastard. I hope he's dead and is in some deep circle of hell that is reserved for men like him!

Yes!!! Kylie finally let someone know that she is all right...I am so glad. I know she is fearful of what Carmine will do if/when he finds out, but my gut tells me that Kylie should tell him anyway, if only to build up his trust. But I've been wrong before and I hope this won't be the case.
I know you just posted an update, but I'm sure I can speak for other readers in saying that enough is never enough. Please update soon!

Forgive me for asking, but who are Katie and Ryne? I can't remember. If they are her friends/family from her old life, I really hope she will be allowed to contact them. I know I sound like a broken record, but I really want this poor girl to go home!!!
I could shake her sometimes for thinking about Ryan as much as she does...she's in a better place now and is actually treated like a human being--no cage, no dog food, no beatings/torture/rape, no starvation, etc. Why can't she get over him??
