A/N: These //....// are flashbacks. Hopefully it's not too confusing

// “Now, Highness, I do not believe you are stupid enough to think that Ghazi is just going to allow you to walk away with Sare when your little men come pick you up,” Lei said in a condescending manner as he pulled Sare away from Aiden’s hold, “Or who knows, you might be.”
“We are the King’s whores and our lord is a very possessive man. Have you not been taught any manners, Prince Aiden? Even a dimwitted man like you should know not to take what is not yours. So I will ask nicely,” Lei stood right in front of Aiden, looking at hazel eyes with a menacing, cold, gray stare. His face might be terribly bruised, but that did not take away at the threat in Lei’s tone, “Mind your own fucking business.”
“Such language coming from a royal,” Aiden said, unfazed by how Lei was talking down to him. “I am taking Sare with me. Neither you nor your King will stop me…trust me, I will find a way.”
“I will be happy to see you fail.”
“Please, stop.” Sare gently took his friend by the hand worried that Lei was going to suddenly attack Aiden.
“Let’s go Sare,” Lei turned pulling Sare with him, “You promised you would tend to my face today.” Sare allowed Lei to pull him along but turned to Aiden with a sad expression before walking out of sight. //
Aiden paced about in the balcony outside of his room deep in thought. It’s been so many hours since his encounter with Lei and Sare that night had fallen. The prince could not get the encounter with the two young men out of his head. He couldn’t help but think that Sare was subjected to mistreatment from King Ghazi. He could not stand the thought.
// “We are the King’s whores…”//
Sexual servitude was not an uncommon thing to hear about, and Sare and Lei were definitely what anyone would desire in a sexual slave.
“I am surprised to see that you are not chained up in some dungeon.” A voice brought Aiden out of his thoughts and the prince turned to the man that appeared before him on the balcony.
“I was surprised also, did you come alone Mason?” Aiden asked. It was good to see his general and friend.
Mason leaned against the stone balcony and looked down, eyeing the guards below, “I thought it would be the safest thing to come myself and sneak you out.” He responded, “This place is one of the most heavily guarded palaces I have ever seen. Better guarded than our own…it was not an easy thing to get to you.” The general then turned to the prince again, “I was lucky that in the process of finding the dungeon, you happened to be out in a balcony in plain sight. What is going on? You are being held captive aren’t you?” Mason asked not understanding what was going on. He expected to find Aiden hurt and chained up in some dark, dirty dungeon; not pacing about out in the open on a balcony.
Aiden shook his head, “According to King Ghazi I am not. Supposedly he wants me to recommend this kingdom in an alliance with ours in the war against Urbin. King Ghazi is going to allow me to just leave. It is very suspicious.”
“Heck, we don’t have to find out. The security is tough here but with your skill you should easily be able to avoid them. I say we start moving now before dawn.” Mason suggested. “You aren’t injured or anything, are you?” the general asked. The last he heard, Aiden had been terribly injured and presumed dead by the borders of Urbin. Mason regretted not accompanying the prince to that campaign. Had he been there, things would have not ended up as they are now.
“I am fine. Ghazi even appointed a special physician to nurture me back to health. I suppose, if he had any ulterior intentions, allowing me to fully heal was the biggest mistake.” Aiden said, fixing Mason a serious expression, “We have to take someone with us.”

Neither Sare nor Lei were summoned tonight by Ghazi and they couldn’t be happier. After the previous night’s traumatic events, they just hoped a few nights could pass before they had to face the King in a similar situation.
Sare couldn’t enjoy a night of free time. He was sitting on his bed trying to immerse himself in of his many medical journals but he was finding it impossible to concentrate. All his thoughts were of Aiden and him leaving. Even though he was not in a situation where he could even think of having any type of relationship with the prince, just the fact that he won’t even get to talk to him ever again hurt him.
Suddenly the balcony doors flew open and they startled Sare.
Strange, the wing tonight wasn’t that strong.
Sare decided not to think much about it and made his way to the doors to close them. Suddenly he felt a hand come over from behind him and cover his mouth while holding him still at the same time. Sare’s eyes widened in fear and began to struggle against his assailant.
“Sare…Sare…calm down. It’s me…Aiden.” Aiden said in a quiet voice as he let go of the blond. When he was released, Sare turned and he gasped in surprise when he saw Aiden plus another person with him. A very big and intimidating looking man. “Aiden? Wh…what are you doing here? Wh…who is that?”he asked pointing at Mason.
“This is Mason Boyd, a general of my kingdom’s army.” Aiden responded, “But that’s not important…Sare, I am leaving tonight. Please, leave with me at this moment?”
“What the…OW!” Mason growled when he felt something very hard hit him over the head. By instinct he reached out and grabbed at whoever attacked him, which happened to be Lei’s wrist.
Lei cringed at the strength of the man holding him but that didn’t stop him from glaring at both Mason and Aiden, “Get out of here before I call for the guards.” He threatened. “And let go of me you beast.” Lei tried pulling his wrist out of Mason’s grasp in vain.
“Aiden we need to leave now, you didn’t tell me your little girlfriend had a roommate.” Mason urged Aiden.
“Will you Sare??” Aiden asked Sare again, not bothering to correct Mason, “You deserve to be in a better place than this.”
Sare looked at Aiden. Tears formed in his eyes and shook his head, “I want to leave with you but I can’t leave Lei behind.” Sare knew Lei was not going to agree with this, especially when everything was happening so suddenly.
Sare was right with Lei not agreeing as Lei turned his attention to Aiden, giving up his attempts to free himself from Mason.“We are not going anywhere, you can leave, good riddance with you. Leave now you—“Mason pressed on a nerve on Lei’s neck that caused to black haired beauty to go unconscious.
“There, let’ just take him with us, take what you need and let’s leave…NOW.” The general said exasperated as he threw Lei over his shoulder.
Sare looked at Mason before turning back to Aiden and he nodded, “Let’s go…please…take us away from here.” He pleaded.
