Thank you very much for the reviews. And Aatu jumped Yaot cause we was feeling horny after slaying (killing ) so many humans.
Anyhow here is the new chappie thanks so much and we hope you enjoy it. ^^

~~~ Chapter 7 ~~~

Just that moment Aatu swiped the other in the face hard. A voice in the back of his mind reminded him the other wasn’t hurt able but his rage still tried.

Yaot's breath got caught in his throat he knew that voice, but the guy was dead he moved away fast hissing as he saw the guy was pretty much alive he hissed. “What do you want Vladek?”

Aatu huffed cold air at the other guy freezing him semisolid.
The guy, Vladek hissed at the ice demon the snow melting around him he quickly jumped on Yaot shooting a fire ball at Aatu sending him flying. Grabbing Yaot by the throat he hissed back. “What I want ...? I want a mate ... and that is you. "

Yaot clawed at the hand at his throat snarling looking where Aatu was wondering if he was ok." I already have a mate."

Aatu winced in pain but landing in the snow quickly cooled off his burn wounds and shook some snow off himself quickly after getting back up.

Yaot sighted in relief seeing that Aatu was ok, but that probably was a mistake. Since the one that was before him a second ago wasn't there no more he was going for Aatu yelling back at Yaot. “Is this little pathetic thing your mate?”

Aatu glared daggers at the other one and his anger whipped up a heavy snowstorm. So bad one couldn’t even see a hand in front of themselves


Yaot saw the storm coming and saw the other lava demon go into it he whispered. "No...”

Vladek entered the snowstorm the snow around him was melting he wasn't able to see in front of a meter in front of himself but the ice wasn't hurting him . He searched for the ice demon hissing with the storm. "Come out; come out wherever you are ...”
Aatu was in advantage now since he had no trouble blending in and seeing the other. His right claw flowed in utter cold and hit Vladek with it hard enough to make it hurt. The icy power froze the others skin for a moment on contact to he was able to do damage. Every time he hit the other he snuck around to hit him somewhere else on random times.

Vladek screamed in pain not being able to see the other, nor track him since he didn't have Yaot's ability he was getting angrier. He heat around him rising.

Yaot listened outside of the storm hearing the screams. "What the hell is going on in there?”

Aatu in turn only made the temperature drop drastically and started to hit harder and even bite now.

Vladek screamed more unable to heat his body no more, he was stronger than Yaot but this ice demon was cooling his body way too fast for him to be able to heat it in time not to be hit. It was getting on his nerve so he did the only thing that came to his mind raised the heat unbelievably high melting the snow storm
with it.

Aatu snarled at that but by the time the snowstorm was gone Aatu was nowhere to be seen it seemed.


Yaot watch the snow disappear and growled thinking that Vladek did something to Aatu he ran towards him.

Vladek was looking around wondering where that pesky little ice demon went when he was hit over the head and send flying in the snow.

"What did you do to him?" Yaot was snarling over the fallen lava demon.
Vladek got up and hissed.

"I would have killed him if I could find him.” He snarled at Yaot grabbing him by the throat.
Aatu was hidden under the snow and reared out when Vladek came closer and bit the guy in the neck with icy cold fangs.


Yaot got free from the other while he tried to hit Aatu. He kicked Vladek's legs making him fall into the snow.

Aatu kicked the other in the ribs hard with his strong legs.

Vladek thought had heated himself enough to be able to dodge but he didn't expect the heated claws that slit open his throat. He held his throat about to try and hit Yaot for doing that to him but he forgot about Aatu.

Aatu sealed Vladek in the special ice that was so very cold it wasn’t melt able anymore.

Yaot watched with narrowed eyes as the other lava demon trashed in his prison trying to melt the ice and looked at Aatu from the corner of his eye.

Aatu growled at the trapped demon and then simply turned and walked away knowing the other wouldn’t survive like that.

Yaot looked back at the snarling demon and then just simply walked after Aatu silently something was bugging him. He was eyeing Aatu's back without saying a word.

Aatu grumbled and went to aimlessly walk the snowy plains.

Yaot wasn't feeling like following. He was now really the last of his kind. He went the other way trying to finding himself a good place to crawl into and think.

Aatu ignored as Yaot went the other way and walked a bit further, through the frozen corpses of sinners.


Yaot stopped after a while looking around seeing nothing but snow as usual , his eyes started to shine there was lava erupting from the ground making a huge cave . He didn't bother to cool it off but instead walked right in. There was a lava pool in the middle of a cave and he entered it relaxing his body in it. "Damn ...” he cursed trailing a hand through his hair combing it.

Aatu relaxed in his own icy den by now feeling satisfied.

Yaot tested his head at the edge of the pool looking at the ceiling of the cave he made.
“It sure feels lonely ... when you are the last of your kind.”

He whispered and closed his eyes his tail moving slightly in the lava.

Aatu mumbled to himself a bit and purred.
Yaot mumbled with his eyes closed again. "...and my mate wouldn't have even cared if that guy took me away. " he chuckled to himself slightly shaking his head.

“Damn I have a bad taste in picking up mates.”

He opened his eyes slightly knowing that even if Aatu didn't care, Vladek was ten times worse.

"…at least he won't be a bother no more.”

The said ice demon fell asleep while Yaot just relaxed his body not being able to sleep. Not this night.

After a while Yaot had finally relaxed his body into the peaceful slumber it usually had. He was tired from the thinking he did and the battle he needed some rest, unlike Aatu who didn’t really feel like sleeping at the moment
.

Aatu kept awake and wandered about all night.

Yaot slept soundlessly thought the night as the lava kept boiling since his body heat wasn't controlled.

Aatu kicked at some restless souls and rolled about in the snow.

Yaot's deep slumber continued he was now nuzzling the rock next to him one arm wrapped around it as if he was snuggling a teddy bear. The boiling lava was relaxing and warm enough to keep him sleeping for a while.

Aatu had sensed the heat from afar and knew Yaot had to be hanging around there. Really he didn’t understand why he insisted on being here...it disrupted the environment around here.

Yaot finally opened an eye lazily and stared at the ceiling remembering where he was he got out of the lava lake. He looked around and sighted opening a portal to earth. He needed something to eat and he wanted to do something to his tail before he went back to Aatu.

Aatu kept away from the warmth and rubbed some snow on the burn mark left the day before by Vladek.

Yaot was walking around the human shops, while munching on a huge bag of candy .The human food had rubbed on him his eyes finally spotted a shop with a huge sign that said piercing and tattoos. He entered it and after a while there where screams heard from inside.

Aatu was oblivious to it all of course.


Yaot came out of the shop with a grin and walked into a small alley opening a portal to the ninth layer going through it with the bag of candy.

Aatu chewed at some snowy rock and purred.
A portal opened right before him and Yaot came out of it waving his tail slowly from side to side grinning and munching on his bag of candy.

Aatu stares at him still chewing on the rock as if it were a chewing toy.
Yaot raised a brow at him and sat down . Poping yet another piece of overheated candy into him mouth. His tail lying on his legs with two shining heatproof rings at its tip. " What?"

“Filthy human food.” Aatu grumbled some frozen drool on the rock.


Yaot shrugged eating the rest of the candy . "Its not that bad ... "

“It’s unhealthy” Aatu grumbled some more.

Yaot raised a brow leaning back on his arms. "What do you care? " Yaot hmmed tilting his head to the side. "I am the one eating it ."

“It smells bad “ Came the defensive reply.

Yaot eyed him crossing his legs. "Still I am the one eating it ..."

“It stinks up my air” Aatu stopped his rock chewing now and stood up.


Yaot raised a simple brow at him waiving his tail slightly still lying in the snow.

Aatu kicked the candy away from Yaot with a growl.


Yaot growled slightly. "Hey..."

"There was good stuff in that ... "

He was about to get up to get the bag of candy but Aatu already had crushed it under his heavy foot with a hiss.


Yaot snarled. "Why did you do that ? I was the one eating it . " He crossed his arms over his chest quite angry with the other.


“Its yucky that’s why! if you wanna eat it do it in your own bloody realm!” Aatu glared at Yaot with his icy eyes.

Yaot growled deep in his throat , his tail now whipping trough the air. "No ! " He snarled. "I am not going anywhere."

“Then no human shit food!” the icy demon demanded harshly at the other.

Yaot snarled in defeat and looked away mumbling "Fine... "

“Good”


Yaot looked at Aatu from the corner of his eye. Something was bugging him a lot the previous night, it has been one of the reasons it took him so long to fall asleep. He sat back down in the snow.

"Hmm... Aatu? "

“What now??”

Yaot ignored the snarled reply. " Why didn't you seal me in that ice ... like you did to Vladek? " He watched the other from the corner of his eye.


Aatu didn’t answer and only scraped at some ice and snow.

Yaot watched him for a while, before he stood up and went before him asking again. "Why didn't you seal me ? " He asked with big green and confused eyes. If it were that ice in the lake, he wouldn't have been able to melt it and would have simply sank to the bottom and drown in the water.

“If you keep questioning me I WILL leave you to bloody die!” Aatu snarled and stomped off.


Yaot followed him thought and ignored the thread asking again. "Aatu ... why didn't you do that? You could have easily killed me... "

“GO AWAY YOU PEST!!!”

Yaot hurried behind him and grabbed him around the waist. "You know I won't do that ..."


Aatu had just about enough and punched Yaot in the face this time landing a good hit before stomping off again, his temper once more showing.


Yaot wiped his face it would heal got to his feet and just ran after Aatu.

Aatu this time dug a hole in the floor quickly and put a roof of the special ice over it and rolled up in the shallow hole.

Yaot sighted staring at the ice on the hole knowing Aatu didn't seal the whole hole, he decided to leave him alone and just lay down on the special ice so he wouldn't melt the snow around.

Aatu glared up as Yaot took all the darn light away and growled.

Yaot heard the growl and chuckled, he heated his body up his lava skin glowing and lighting the hole below him .

"Better?"


Only returning a scowl Aatu tried going to sleep hoping the other would leave him the hell alone.


Yaot sighted and closed his eyes tipping the ice slightly with the rings on his tail.

Aatu gave him an annoyed look.

Yaot wasn't looking down thought so he didn't see him.

Aatu show a spear of ice up to Yaot angrily.

Yaot looked down as the spear went just next to his head. "What ? "

"I am not moving until you answer... besides... if you wanted you would have killed me by now. " Yaot waved his tail.

“Fuck you” came the muffled reply.

Yaot smiled at him. "Gladly..."

Aatu snorted. “Like you could even get here”

Yaot got up looking down at Aatu smirking slightly. "Do you want me down there? " He grinned.

“Yah right” Aatu huffed.

Yaot looked down waiving his tail around then grinning.

"Do you?"


“Do I look like it?” Aatu questioned.

Yaot raised a brow tilting his head to the side. "You don't look like anything." He mumbled.

“Then go away.”


"Do I look like someone who'd go away? " Yaot asked grinning down at the other.


“No sadly…” Aatu sighed and rolled over.

Yaot chuckled and disappeared from Aatu's view. Its true he couldn't melt the special ice but who said he had to, to get inside.

Aatu sensed some danger and made some special ice around the sides as well.

Yaot melted a big hole a few meters away from the shallow Aatu hid himself in , and just jumped in it making a tunnel big enough for him to fit in. Digging his way till he was under Aatu and his little shallow and just dug his way up to him.


Aatu twitched as the snow under him got warmer and he sighed. “Ugh”


Yaot poked his head inside and grinned at Aatu. "Hi... "

He melted the snow around his body and cooled it down so he wouldn't hurt Aatu.

Aatu only gave him a blank stare. “Don’t you ever sleep...”


Yaot stretched himself and smiled. "I do ... slept quite a while after you did that to Vladek." He looked away and sighted. "Now I really am the last of my kind."

“Oh boo-hoo” Aatu rolled his eyes at him. “You want me to cry over it?”


Yaot smirked. "I kinda thank you for doing it. " He tilted his head to the side grinning at Aatu. "Imagine if you were the last of your kind all the land around here is gonna be yours . "

The other shrugged. “I wouldn’t even notice if I was...”


Yaot sweat dropped. "Is there something that you care about? " He eyed the other demon closely 'My guess is ... no ' He thought to himself.

“My territory...” Aatu shrugged.

Yaot shook his head thinking . 'Damn I really do have to choose the hard way don't I?' He slapped himself in the face without actually saying a thing to Aatu .

Aatu raised an eyebrow at that, wondering if the other had gone nuts.

Yaot snarled. "Fine don't believe me. " He crossed his arms over his chest waiting for the other thing just to come to them.

Aatu shrugged and lies back down on what little ice was left to lie on.

Suddenly there were claws walking over the special ice Yaot sticking his tounge out at Aatu .

Aatu instantly growled slamming through the ice hitting the other demon hard, both ice demons starting to engage in a brutal fight.

Yaot crawled out of the whole Aatu made and watched the other two fight. It was kind of interesting to him since his kind never battled over territory, only mates.


The others were a very aggressive race so every encounter ended in brute violence. They wouldn’t stop until one of them was dead.

Yaot stood and watched the brutal fight and was kind of surprised that the other demon , being smaller then Aatu , was holding his ground and actually managed to hit Aatu a few times.

Aatu was older and more experienced though and after a good 3 hours of plain fighting the other fell down seemingly dead. Aatu himself was beaten up as well but more alive then the younger one.


Yaot raised a brow at the fallen demon and then back at Aatu remembering something the other had said. 'Why did he want me dead before he did something with me?' He wondered to himself staring at the other.


Aatu sniffed at the other motionless demon for a while before growling a bit and mounting the dead body.

Yaot blinked stared for a sec before he jumped up and kicked the dead body away from Aatu snarling. "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE DOING?!!"

Aatu growled at him in blind rage and hit Yaot in the head knocking him out before returning to the dead body to continue. When he was done he dragged his wounded body off dragging Yaot elsewhere before getting to his own cave to rest.


Yaot woke up after a few hours with a throbbing head. The most of his wound was healed due to his regenerating powers but his rage was back the second he remembered what happened. He snarled getting to his feet his body way too overheated to keep the snow from melting. He and Aatu had to talk a little.

Aatu was having a nice rest up in the depths of his cave.


Yaot neared the cave special ice or not it was going to melt right there and right now he wasn't in the mood to deal with the stupid thing. He made a lava pit under the cave heating everything from outside to inside. Thought he kept the temperature in check inside he didn't want to kill his mate.


Aatu woke up to the temperature rise and grumbled. He wasn’t in the mood for that guys bitchy spats now. So he tried to ignore it.


Yaot snarled outside of the cave everything was melted even the special ice have started to give in, thought it still didn’t melt.

"AATU GET YOUR ASS HERE RIGHT NOW !" He growled his eyes shining with rage ... Aatu was his mate... not some dead guys.

Aatu stubbornly ignored Yaot. The heat was starting to go bad on him but wanted to sleep above else.

Yaot snarled . "Don't make me burn you…again." He hissed.


Aatu still refused to give a reply. If he didn’t sleep now his body would shut down into a hybernation like state which would take way longer to get out of.

Yaot growled eyeing the cave he finally let the heat inside rise ... after all he warned him and its his own fault for cheating on him.

Aatu squirmed uncomfortably. The damn guy had to be really pissed this time.

Yaot hissed again. "Get out or I'll raise it even more. "

Aatu squirmed more and grumbled.

Yaot narrowed his eyes eyeing the cave raising the heat a little bit more to show Aatu that he's not kidding.

Aatu winced as he started to get burns on his sensitive skin and got up slightly to not get his whole body burned.


Yaot stopped raising the heat and lowered it down so Aatu could come out, his tail was moving angrily trough the air. Making a slashing sound. He was pissed, no he was beyond pissed.
Aatu still refused to come out and got into the deeper parts of his cave, only to find it was hotter there.

Yaot yelled ."GET OUT OF THERE NOW !!"

“NO!” Aatu now screamed back.


"Get out or else I swear, when I get in I'd burn yah!" Yaot growled low in his throat the other was getting on his nerve.

“AS IF!" came the snotty reply as Aatu dug a hole a bit more to the surface and made it of special ice. It wouldn’t melt but wouldn’t stay cold either like this.


Yaot hissed and fisted his hand. "Fine... have it your way ..." He opened a portal to earth made a few steps and opened another one getting inside the cave now glaring at Aatu. He walked towards him getting angrier with every step he took. "Why.. did you mount him?" He hissed his body fighting not to heat the whole cave.

“Its in my genes...and before you have a hissy fit, your doing the very same...following me around like a lost kid is sadly in your genes...meaning can’t help it...now let me sleep”

Yaot snarled again his tail wagging from side to side. He snarled. "I don't care if its in your genes... you are MY mate." He hissed.

“Saying YOUR genes....they mean nothing to me...as mine shouldn’t mean to you...” Aatu stated.


Yaot hissed again hitting the wall near him shaking it up he was angry. "Aatu... I don't want to see you doing that ... in front of me ever again... " He stared at the other snarling. "Or else you would not see another dead body ever again. "

“Hey was not my fault you didn’t leave when I got into a fight and I do as I bloody wish!” he added.

Yaot moved faster then Aatu could see and put a claw over the ball . "I know... but if you do that... I swear I'd burn every dead thing I see around you. " He kept the front of his body cool keeping his rage in control he wanted to kill something and he wanted it badly.


“That won’t make me want to have you instead...” Aatu word-stabbed him.


Yaot sighted and looked away. "Nothing would make you want to have me. " He moved away his rage slowly fading the truth was just that Aatu didn't need him nor wanted him. Everything around him started to cool off even his body. He sat down in a corner of the cave and leaned his head against the wall. "There is no way to make you want me." He mumbled.


“Because you’re : 1. annoying, 2. my kind doesn’t do that and you WONT ACCEPT IT and 3. you don’t even give me the bloody time to get used to it' Aatu grumbled the last bit more to himself.

Yaot raised a brow and huffed. "Like you are even trying to get used to it." He looked at the bubbled of ice. " You just fucked a dead guy and you call that getting used to it ? " He raised a brow .


“Like I can with you being all CLINGY and DESPERATE?!"

"You ain't even trying..." He hissed back.


'like your letting me' he retorted and then simply turned his back at yaot his body demanding sleep now.

Yaot huffed and felt his eyes closing. "Like you would even give someone like me a chance. " He let his body relax he was tired after all the heat he used and needed sleep so he slowly let his body drift away into a peaceful slumber.

“Stop being possessive n clingy..' Aatu sleep drunk mumbled before sleeping.
