New Life
Cadden came home from school to find a new horse in the barn. It what a female horse and her name was Beauty.
Cadden was very excited about the new horse. Since he had no horse of his own he enjoys helping when he can.
And Cadden couldn't wait to be able to help with her.
Lucas saw that Cadden came home from school. He was a excited to show him the horse. She was a beauty literally. She was snow white and would be a good complement to Beast.
"Lucas what a great horse. She's beautiful...... I guess that's why they call her beauty."
Lucas smiled at the boy, "yes she is. She will do great with Beast."
Lucas ruffled Cadden's hair, "why don't you groom both horses, but then it is homework time. Ok."
Cadden smiled widely, " oh I'd love to do that Lucas."
And so Cadden of grabbed his tools and started grooming the horses.
Lucas watched from the door of the barn as Cadden groomed the horses. Lucas liked that little guy. He was so much like his mother. He was stubborn but had a good heart. And he took good care of the horses.
Olivia was standing at the stove, as usual, when Lucas came into the house. He watched her for a minute while she danced to the music she always listened to while cooking.
He walked up quietly behind her and slowly...softly put his hands on her ample hips.
"Mmmm, baby you look good swinging them hips." He said right before he nuzzled her neck.
Olivia was startled at first, but then smiled.
"Lucas we need to talk about what this all means."
"It means I want you bad baby." He said as he nibbled on her ear.
Olivia moaned and twisted a little.
“Lucas” She whispered.
“We need to talk first ok honey…please.”
Lucas turned her around to face him.
“Your not scared are you baby? I would never do anything to hurt you. Well I have said some nasty things. But sometimes you come to see that something you wanted and thought you could never have is right in front of you.”
Olivia smiled, “oh Lucas no I’m not scared. Just wary. We’ll talk after dinner. Ok?
“Ok, after dinner.” Lucas said as he smiled back.
