Chapter 6: Spilled Blood
Stefano walks quickly into a room, pulling Rachel along by her arm and some of her hair. As the door opens for him, he throws her against the wall. She cries out in pain as her arm breaks, laying down on the floor so he will probably leave her alone. But his footsteps come into the room as someone picks her up. The person almost twists the already broken arm, making her cry out in pain again. Putting her arms straight out to the side as she hangs her head, bound again.
“Oh beautiful one,” he says softly as he lifts her chin, looking into her teary eyes. Stefano wipes her tears away gently, softly kissing her lips as she tries to move away while the chains stop her. “There is still too much fight in you, but no worries. Soon, your beloved will be dead and perhaps your trouble-sum brother as well. And then what will you fight for?” He asks gently with an evil chuckle following his question.
She spits in his face, some blood coming up with it. “I will continue to fight for my freedom no matter what.” He steps back and looks at her, letting the blood seep into his body. “I will not let you use me, you vampiric rapist. You hide behind everything and only feel superior when you are totally in control!” She would have gone on, but he slaps her hard across the mouth, grabbing her chin to force her to look up at him.
“You will not talk to me in such a way,” he growls. “Soon, I will have control over you…even if I must wipe your mind clean first!” He lets her face drop and walks out of the room, Morgana and Akastus following him. He looks at Morgana, which makes even her cringe with fear. “Watch her,” he says as he gains control over his emotions again. “Take only a little blood from her,” he says as cool as ice as Morgana nods and goes back into the room.
“My lord“, Akastus starts to speak, not frighten by the glares. “Is that wise? She will be of no help to use drained…”
“It is why I said for her only to take a little bit of the blood,” he replies calmly. “I trust Morgana as well. You should trust your own sister.”
“I know what she is capable of…that is why I do not trust her,” he mumbles as he waits for the food to come for Rachel.

Rachel bites down on her lower lip, ordering herself not to cry. ‘They will come for me soon,’ she thinks to herself. ‘Or at least Damascus will,’ she thinks as one small tear flows down her cheek. She tries to draw in a deep breath, a whimper coming out as she does. The pain in her arm has intensified and brings another whimper from her lips.
Morgana’s eyes sweep over the poor mortal that has been left in her keep for a while. Lifting her chin so the eyes look into Morgana’s, she grins feral which sends shivers through the mortal’s body. “Oh, your sweet blood is mine now,” she says smoothly as she licks her lips. Going around her, she moves the mortal’s head over so she can get at the neck better. Licking at her neck, Morgana wraps her arms around the mortal’s stomach.
“Please…do not do this,” she says softly as fear enters her voice. “I am sorry for what--please,” she pleads with Morgana.
“Oh sweet one, you are mine. If only for a moment,” she whispers hotly into the mortal’s ear and then bites her deeply, drinking only a bit. Withdrawing but not really wanting to, she lets her hands gently wander over the mortal’s body as she licks the wound close. Going down her body and to her crotch as the door opened….

‘Finally,’ he thought as the food came by a slow servant. Akastus opened the door and raised an eyebrow as he caught Morgana in her act. “Morgana!” He exclaims and makes her jump. “Only feeding, you silly girl.”
“I was done feeding…and besides, he didn’t specify what exactly I could feed from,” she says with an innocent smile as she moves away from Rachel. “You never let me have my fun.”
“No, I don’t. Not when it will cost you your life. Heavens forbid that you stay alive, my sister. You would never think that I would want my last relative alive, now would you?”
She just glares at him and storms from the room, leaving them to their own devices.
Akastus shakes his head and sighs softly as she leaves. He gently takes Rachel’s broken arm down, chanting softly over it and the melody fills her ears. The bone slowly starts to heal and then goes back to what it was after about five minutes, but he puts it back onhe che chain. “I’m sorry, my dear, but I must do that. Is the only way that I am allowed to heal you.”
Rachel nods and slowly starts to smile but it gives a haunted look to her eyes. “Thank you though. I can bear this position as it is healed.”
“Everything is better when the body is ready to face it,” he says with a grin and trying to cheer her up. As he sees it doesn’t work, he goes over to get the bowl of food. Well, soup really and brings it over to her. “Food, if you want it.”
She looks at it suspiciously. “Does it have anything foreign in it?”
He shakes his head no. “Just soup,” he says with a grin. “They would not put anything in it and it came directly to me from the kitchen.”
“Ah,” she says softly and looks hungrily at the soup. “May I have it then?”
“Why do you think I brought it to you?” He says and quickly feeds her the soup. Afterwards, she hangs in the chains, feeling a bit better from eating. “Better?” He asks as she just nods. “Good…you will need your strength,” he says as he snaps his fingers. She falls to the ground and looks at him as he hands her a bow and arrows.
“Why?”
“You will find out in a second, my dear,” he says with a knowing smile.

The castle shook as something pounded away at the outer wall. Pounding and pounding until the wall finally broke. A figure jumps into the castle, growling darkly as he does.
“STEFANO!” Is all he yells as his eyes glow brightly with rage, looking around quickly.
