"Alright." Nodding he turned, "All done. Let's go!" Bouncing he grabbed Daisuike's arm tugging him, "Are we going somewhere fun?" He was really excited and couldn't contain it as they moved down to the garage getting into his truck.
"Are you using the GPS?" He grinned wanting to know where the hell they were going.
"Nope." Daisuike grinned at Ruka seeing the pout. "I don't need to since I know where I'm going and that would give things away. I promise you will like it though."
He pulled out of the parking garage and sent a quick text to Hoshi as they waited at a light to let him know they were on their way. He just really hoped that everything was ready to go. If it wasn't he was going to be very disappointed.
"Have you talked to Reiko anymore about her driving lessons?"
"Yeah, as soon as my strength gets up a bit more we plan to go out driving. She's really excited for it. Though learning that she's a little thrill seeker scares me a bit. I do not want to bring her racing with me. She might kick my ass and ruin my reputation."
Ruka sighed laying his head back some. "I'm also scared if she starts to want to race Akira will try and kill me. . ."
"Yeah, he gets a bit over protective when it comes to Reiko and now that they've officially been dating for a while it's bound to only get worse. I'm not sure that her racing would be a good idea. She tends to get rather . . . emotional about things. I have a feeling she'd end up getting into fights more often than not."
He looked over at Ruka, his heart beating a little harder than was comfortable. What if Ruka wasn't ready, would he be upset? "So . . . you don't think you'd be ready to race anytime soon then?"
"Mmm. . ." Tapping his chin he looked down at his foot, "I think I will be honestly. If my foot keeps healing as well as it is, I'll be ready to race soon. I'm excited-" He stopped looking at Daisuike feeling suddenly nervous. Would he ask him not to race anymore? He had been fretting over this for a while and he was making himself sick over it.
"Ano. . .Ouji-sama. . .?" Tugging at his hair some he fidgetted a bit. "Would. . .Are you. . . Do you?" Sighing he gripped his hair. "Is it okay for me to race? Even though I fucked up?" He looked away from Daisuike unsure of meeting his gaze.
Daisuike reached over and took Ruka's hand. "You didn't do anything wrong Ruka. As far whether or not I want you to race . . . we will discuss that later. I just want you to heal and not be in pain any more."
He kept his hold on Ruka's hand enjoying the way it felt in his. He made another turn and glanced a Ruka knowing he would probably start to realize where they were headed.
Ruka nodded some, feeling horrible. Daisuike really wasn't going to want him racing anymore, not after a crash that bad. But it was something he loved doing but if Daisuike asked him not to do it, he would quit. He would sell his cars just to get rid of the temptation of racing. Even with the warmth of Daisuike's hand around his, he felt a bit cold. It was hard to think about never racing again.
Lifting his head to look at Daisuike he blinked looking around. "Why are we going to Hoshi's?"
Daisuike just smiled and kept driving. The new modified Saleen would be there waiting for them. He wondered how Ruka was going to react. Seeing him this subdued bothered him and he wanted nothing more than to see his beautiful smile. He had to let go of Ruka's hand as he went to park. Jumping out of the truck he went to open Ruka's door, helping him out. Getting out of his truck was a bit different than getting out of one of Ruka's cars and he didn't want him jarring anything. Taking his hand again he led him inside unable to hide the grin any longer.
"What's going on?" Ruka frowned unsure of why Daisuike was smiling like an idiot and why they were at Hoshi's. His frown deepened as they entered Hoshi greeting them.
"How are the love birds doing?"
"Fine but what's going on?"
Hoshi smirked at the two of them, "Ne, I think Daisuike should tell you, not me." Hoshi walked off leaving Ruka confused as hell. Glancing at Daisuike he pouted some.
"Okay, tell me what's going on Ouji-sama."
Daisuike just shook his head and led Ruka to where Hoshi kept the cars. He was getting so nervous he could hardly stand it. Would Ruka be happy with the new car and his other gifts? It had entered his mind that maybe Ruka didn't want him meddling with his stuff like this and he had mentally prepared himself for that. He just hoped that wasn't the case or he was going to feel like a complete idiot.
"You asked me if I still wanted you to race, well this in my answer."
Ruka blinked staring around the garage. Most his cars were there lined up, cleaned, polished and looking very beautiful. There was a tight knot of anxiety in his stomach and he stared at Daisuike.
"You're not gunna crush them or something are you?" Seeing Suke's smile he turned to stare at them wondering why they were there. As he started to walk towards the cars he noticed that there was a car under a tarp.
"What's under there?"
Daisuike laughed even though Ruka's comment bothered him, "Crush them. Why would I . . . never mind. Just take the tarp off."
Why did Ruka seem so hesitant? Daisuike couldn't figure out why Ruka thought he would have his cars destroyed. He wouldn't have done it even if it had been in his power to do so. Did Ruka think that he was going to make him quit racing all over one accident that hadn't even been his fault? He knew how much Ruka loved racing, but maybe Ruka didn't realize that he understood his need. He really hoped this showed him that he not only understood, but wanted Ruka to enjoy himself.
Biting his lip Ruka nodded slowly removing the tarp then stepped back staring in complete shock. His Saleen? His mind was reeling and he stepped back staring in awe at it. Turning he looked at Daisuike.
"But- . . . I crashed it. I know I totaled it. How- Why- What?" Ruka blinked unable to comprehend what was going on. Did this mean Daisuike would let him race too?
Daisuike went to stand next to him slipping an arm around his waist and kissing him on the cheek.
"I'm sorry, but I took the liberty of getting you a new one. I also had Hoshi modify all of your cars so that you can race any one of them you want and be assured that they are as safe as they can be made. Though that doesn't mean you can get careless." Daisuike smiled at him before letting him go and opening the door on the Saleen. It still took some getting used to the way they opened. Grabbing the helmet off the seat he handed it to Ruka. "My only condition on your racing is that you have to wear this. It's state of the art and has wireless mobile built into it and will operate on the radio frequencies you guys use during your races."
"It looks-" A cough from Hoshi made Ruka change his mind about what he was going to say, "-interesting." Stepping forward he walked towards Daisuike taking the helmet, "I really hate wearing helmets since I can't see out of them too well, but for you I'll do it."
"Don't worry about not being able to see, it's specially designed so that you can see from the sides."
"I really don't think a helmet-"
"Ruka."
Ruka growled then sighed smiling softly at Daisuike setting the helmet on the hood of the car before grabbing him and pulling him flush against him crushing his lips to his own.
"Thank you. . ."
"Well, I couldn't very well just let things go. Though you should be thanking Hoshi too. I couldn't have done any of it without his help." Daisuike kept a light but firm arm around Ruka. "I just want you to be happy and I know that racing makes you happy."
Ruka smiled looking over at Hoshi then back at Daisuike kissing him again. "You have no idea how worried I was. I was afraid you would make me quit racing." He paused softly adding, "And I would've too. . ."
"You owe me for the car Ruka!"
"You're ruining our moment old man!"
"Just don't jizz on my garage, do it in your car." Hoshi grumbled stalking off to his office to blare loud music.
Ruka raised an eyebrow for a moment staring at Daisuike almost asking him if they could.
Daisuike blinked seeing the look Ruka was giving him. It was one he knew all too well. "Oh no, no! Not here! Don't look at me like that. How the hell do you expect . . . no scratch that I don't even want to know."
"Aww come on! It's be easy!! Watch!" Grinning he dragged Daisuike into the front seat of the Saleen, straddling his lap. Reaching around he moved the seat to lean back some grinning.
"See. . . It'd work perfectly. . ." Leaning close he kissed him again, lingering as he slowly rolled his hips moving up and down in a teasing motion. He definitely wanted to try having sex in a car sometime and at that moment would definitely be fun.
"Ruka!" Daisuike flailed trying not to hurt him while simultaneously trying to sit up and get out of the car and failing. With the seat laid back he couldn't seem to get sat up enough to do anything. The way Ruka was moving against him was sending fire racing through him. This was just a bit too much.
"Ruka, stop. You'll hurt yourself aga-ah . . ." he shuddered as Ruka's hips did something entirely too nice. Hoshi was going to be pissed if they did this here, now, not to mention the fact that he was thoroughly embarrassed by the thought of it.
Ruka grinned moving to shift them slightly, then his grin widened when he heard Hoshi's music start to blare. Even if they screamed as loud as they usually did during sex, Hoshi wouldn't hear a damn thing. Crushing his lips against Daisuike's he moved to nip at his throat softly.
"Mmm. . . Are you really that against it? It's really not different than that time in the bathroom?" Though he was kind of in the mood for sex. Very in the mood for sex. Moving slightly he started to tug at Daisuike's shirt, trying to get to his belt.
"Ruka," Daisuike tried unsuccessfully to keep him from going for his belt. Ruka's hands moved too quickly and Daisuike was afraid of hurting him if he resisted too much. "Ruka! This isn't anything like our bathroom at home! Hoshi's going to kill us. Wait, wait! We can do this at home."
Ruka grinned leaning down to his ear and licking it. "I meant the bathroom at that Chinese restaurant. Remember?" Getting the belt open and removed he smiled sliding his hand up under his shirt happy to be touching him. He was getting so turned on because of it.
"Hoshi won't care. He has the music up for a reason you know. . ." He smirked lapping at this throat moving to remove his own belt as he stroked Daisuike.
Daisuike stared up at Ruka, he really was serious about doing this right here in the car with Hoshi just a few feet away in his office. He remembered the Chinese restaurant very well. Very, very well. He shuddered his head going back against the seat as Ruka's fingers found him his protest dying into a soft moan. It seemed that no matter what he'd never be able to deny Ruka.
Even as the soft moans escaped Daisuike's lips Ruka could still feel the tension in his body and that made him frown. He knew Daisuike wasn't much of an exhibitionist like himself, but he really liked the idea of doing something like this in one of his cars. It was probably one of his biggest fantasies. It ranked up there with Daisuike in just an apron and nothing else. But he wouldn't force him to do something he wasn't comfortable with.
Pulling back he slowly removed his hands from his lover's body staring at him, "Do you want to stop? I don't mind. We can go eat dinner and finish this when we get home." He smiled softly. Honestly he could wait. He'd do anything for Daisuike.
"Are-are you sure . . . this is just . . ." He didn't want to say weird or awkward though he felt both. Ruka's enjoyment of the risk of being caught went right along with his enjoyment of the risks he took racing. At least in Daisuike's mind they went together.
Daisuike shivered as Ruka pulled back. It concerned him seeing the disappointment in his eyes. He knew Ruka wouldn't make him do anything he was truly uncomfortable with but he didn't want Ruka displeased either. He was just worried. He didn't want to get caught like this and he didn't want Ruka in pain either.
He glanced toward the office but there was no way to tell what Hoshi was doing, the music was loud even from here. He looked back up at Ruka. Maybe he needed to be a little more open minded, it wasn't like they were out in public. They were inside the garage and even if Hoshi came out of the office the way the car was parked he wouldn't be able to see anything unless he walked over to them.
"You did hurt yourself this morning, and it's a bit cramped in here."
Ruka nodded some, not able to make the disappointment not show completely in his eyes. The idea of doing it in one of his cars, plus the fake risk of Hoshi coming and seeing them since he knew Hoshi would wait until they came and got them, was such a thrill, but he knew Daisuike didn't like things like he did. He had to respect that though and he'd never make Daisuike do anything he didn't feel comfortable doing.
"Mmm, yeah. It was kind of stupid to wanna do something in here, ne?" He smiled leaning forward and kissing his forehead gently as he put them both back into place. Shifting off of his lap he stepped out of the car helping Daisuike up and out of the car.
"Come on. Let's me go pay Hoshi for the car." He smiled softly running a hand through his hair.
Daisuike couldn't help but feel bad knowing that Ruka was disappointed. He'd make it up to him tonight, somehow. Though this weekend should hopefully make up for any neglect Ruka might have been feeling because of their forced abstinence.
He followed a step behind Ruka readjusting his shirt. He really needed to talk to Hoshi about the truck rental for transporting all the cars but couldn't do it with Ruka there. He'd have to call him later or find a way to distract Ruka for a bit.
Pounding on the door Ruka opened wincing at the physical force of how loud the music was. Blinking he stared at Hoshi who had a headset on lightly tapping his foot to a different beat as he read his newspaper.
Rolling his eyes he walked over turning the music off tapping the man on the shoulder grinning as he jumped in surprise.
"What the hell? You got PE or something?" Hoshi stared at him as he looked between Daisuike and Ruka.
"Shut up. Do you want your money or not?" Ruka glared for a moment sighing a bit as he pulled his checkbook out. "How much?"
Hoshi glanced over at Daisuike then thought better and wrote the figure down showing it up Ruka.
"Wakarimashita." Ruka barely made any indication if the price was too high or anything as he quickly wrote out the amount signing it then passing it to Hoshi. "Anything else?" Hoshi glanced at Daisuike.
"I'd kind of like to talk to him private. Go play with your new toy."
"Hai. . ." He glared at Hoshi for a moment before going and kissing Daisuike on the cheek gently heading out.
Daisuike quietly shut the door and turned to face Hoshi. He almost asked what he'd meant by Ruka having PE and decided he probably didn't want to know what it meant. He looked down at the floor for a moment before lifting his eyes to look at Hoshi.
"I really appreciate all the trouble you've went through to help me with this."
Hoshi laughed shaking his head, "Not a problem." Moving to a draw he pulled out a check handing it to Daisuike. "This belongs to you." He smirked moving past Daisuike to pat him on the shoulder.
"Ruka just paid for everything, so don't worry." He laughed a bit patting him once more before going to his coffee pot pouring himself a drink, "Want some? Was there something you wanted to talk about? You had this strange look in your eye like you wanted Ruka to leave so we could talk."
Daisuike carefully folded the check and put it in his wallet. "Actually I was wondering if you were able to find a transport for the cars or not. I . . . haven't told Ruka about this weekend yet, I was kind of wanting to surprise him. If getting the cars there is going to be a problem I'll have to try something different."
Hoshi laughed, "You worry too much. I've gotten a transport all set up and once they're at the site I'm going to have them cleaned up and detailed once again before you guys get there so they're perfect."
Sipping his coffee he made a face pouring it out. "Tastes like shit. . ." Shaking his head he moved to the little fridge getting a beer out instead drinking that. "And I'm sorry if I embarrassed you before when teasing Ruka about PE. Didn't mean to tease your guy's sex lives."
"Ano . . ." Daisuike felt his face get very warm. "Yeah, I convinced him that doing stuff here probably wasn't appropriate actually."
"Anyway, thanks for seeing to that. I wouldn't have known where to start. Eto . . . you are going to come this weekend right? I didn't reserve the whole freaking complex just for Ruka and I you know. His getting to use the track won't mean a whole lot if his friends aren't there to watch him." Daisuike wondered if Fuji had mentioned anything to Masa or any of the other guys in their circuit yet about the weekend. As much fun as he knew Ruka would have tearing up the track by himself, racing his friends would make it that much more fun.
"Oh." Hoshi blinked. No wonder Ruka was a bit snippy with him when he made that comment. Shrugging he looked at Daisuike thinking. "If that's what you want I can. Do you want me to inform Fuji and Masa? Or have you already?"
He really hoped it all went smoothly. The last thing he wanted as Ruka or some guy in the hospital.
"Fuji is the only one who knows besides my brother. I just don't want anyone telling him beforehand. Truthfully, I wasn't really sure about inviting anyone else but . . . it should be safer than racing on the streets at least. Though I won't be able to do this again anytime soon. Between the car and the raceway it's going to take me a while to get my funds built back up." He smiled at Hoshi before moving toward the door. "Thanks again."
Hoshi saluted him a bit going back to his newspaper.
