The room went deathly silent as Katy stood with her mouth open looking at the man before
her.
“Mr Bloodsworth?” She said weakly
“Katy, how nice to meet you again,”
“You know her?”
“Yes, she was my daughter’s best friend,”
“I thought you died?” Katy’s eyes narrowed suspiciously
“You thought wrong,” He said simply
“But Angela said…”
“Angela did not know,”
“So you lied to her,”
“Yes,”
“YOU FUCKING BASTARD DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID TO HER, DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU KILLED
HER INSIDE, HOW ALONE SHE IS WITH HER MOTHER DEAD SHE HAS NO ONE, MR BLOODSOWRTH,”
Katy screamed hurling herself at Nicolai but was held back by two strong arms.
“Calm down Katy,” Damien whispered in her ear,
“Don’t tell me to calm down, don’t tell me to do nothing,”
“I’m sorry,” Nicolai’s face
“Don’t tell me sorry, tell your so called daughter sorry,” Katy’s voice faltered
“Let your daughter remember what it is like to have father, don’t let her suffer like I
do,” tears started fall down her cheeks as she remembered the pain she had tried to keep
locked up inside.
“I hate you all,” She whispered as she fell to her knees.
Harland stood up from his chairs and quickly went to her side to the annoyance of Damien.
“It’s alright Katy,”
“You have no right to say that, you’re the one who brought me here, you’re the one who
got me into this mess,”
Harland looked down sorrowfully and attempted to give Katy hug but was knocked away by
Damien.
“It’s ok Katy,” He whispered as if he was talking to a baby, “Its ok,”
Forgetting who it was that was hugging her, Katy let the arms surround her as her
memories swirled through her mind.
Damien smiled smugly as Harland watched on feeling a hint of jealousy.

*Flashback*
A young girl stood in the coffee shop on her own. She was about ten years old and wore a
little white dress with pink sandals which she were very proud of. She watched out of
her
brown eyes a girl and her mum eating a cake together and laughing.
The other girl was about ten as well.
“Katy, come one we need to go now,”
“Gladis, is the woman with that girl carer as well?” The young Katy said looking up at
the stern woman.
“No Katy she’s her mum,”
“Why don’t I have a mum?”
“Because God needed your mum to work for him,”
Katy pouted
“Why can’t I share with God?”
Gladis looked down at the young girl and smiled sadly
“Because she is very important,”
“Oh, why doesn’t God want me then? I want to work with my mum in heaven as well,”
“That’s enough now Katy, lets go,”
Katy stood still, her eyes till watching the happy mother and daughter
“Will you eat cake with me? Will you be my mommy?”
*End of Flashback*

With red eyes she got out of bed. Damien had left her to cry alone while he had some
business to attend to, which was fine with Katy.
After of nearly two hours of crying she had come up with a plan.
She trudged out of the room, her head hurting a little. She walked around till she found
an open door. Praying silently she walked in.
Her prayers were answered
“Hello Katy, how can I help you?” Harland asked from the side of the room.
“I want to come on your mission,”

“Ok, boss is counting on you to find them. So no mistakes. But remember we are also need
to girl. Both Harland and Katy alive.”
“Yes sir,” All the men chanted in unison
“Jake I want you to lead Group A tonight. Felix, you shall be leading Group B. Good
luck.” With that Mr Collins marched off with two other men.
Felix stood away from the crowd and faced his group.
“Ok guy’s lets show them what we’re made of,”
The group of men all moved of quickly there machete’s strapped to there backs and guns
gripped in there strong hands.

In a bar somewhere obscure a man sat at a darkened bar.
Damien smiled evilly at the hooded man before him,
“She is the one,” He smiled
“Are you sure,” The hooded man said throatily.
“Yes, I’ve tasted her blood, I’m sure,”
“Does she know?”
“No,”
“Good, no one but me and you and these four walls must know what that girl can do,”
Damien nodded
“So we will she ever know?”
“Yes, when the time is right. When she is bitter enough. Then make her yours,”
“I shall enjoy that,” Damien laughed heartily and chugged down the glass of dark red
liquid.
