A Wanderer's End

Yes, the last chapter. Sad I know, But fret not. I will have another story I\'m working on. New characters, new plot, and of course, new lemons. Doesn\'t that sound exciting!?

Finale: A Wanderer\'s End

Ayisa woke up to the afternoon sun shining through her window. She noticed she was tucked in, and naked. She tried to wonder how she got there, until memories of last night came back. She smiled and went to rouse her lover awake. The trouble was, he wasn\'t there. She got up and looked around the room. His clothes were gone too, which means he must have gotten up earlier then her. She streached and wondered where he was off too. She knew she could call him and he would come to her. It was still his duty. She went and put her clothes on before leaving her room and wandering the castle.

The West wing was empty and she checked his room first. Nothing there. Well, he didn\'t have much to begin with anyway. She wander the West wing and then the East Wing. She looked in the kitchen and dining halls, in case he was hungery. She checked the gardens and the recreation areas. Nothing. Finally, she wandered off back toward her room when a servent came by. \"Oh, Wait! Have you seen Antros?\" The severt stopped and thought. \"Antros... oh yes, he left earlier this morning. He said something about a caravan heading north and took off to the marketplace with some money he got from the queen.\" Ayisa was in shock. After all that they shared together last night, he was going to run off!? Not without her to stop him. Not without her say in the matter. She was detrimined to make him stay.

She ran off despite the servent\'s cry of \"Where are you going?\" She knew where she was going. She ran off to the Marketplace. People were bargining and looking at things for purchase. She would recognize him instantly. He wore black, and it was crazy for him to do so. But silently, she thanked the fact he chose to be seperate from the rest of them. She searched and finally saw it, the caravan already at the gates. She ran in that direction and called out. But she knew it was no use. They would be long gone, on thier way to wherever they went, by the time she reached the gates. And she couldn\'t just stop thier trade. They would get to the next town and finish thier business they needed to. They couldn\'t be stopped halfway there, just to search for one man, unless he was very dangerous. She felt desperate and wanted to cry right there, but she knew she couldn\'t act this way in front of everyone. Tears swelled up in her eyes until someone placed a hand on her shoulder and asked, \"Why are you sad?\" She turned around in surprise and faced whoever dared to touch her.

After recieving an early sum of money he would be getting later, Antros walked out of the castle. He made his choice last night, and he would stick by it. He walked into the Marketplace and looked around. He knew it would be easy to spot. The caravan. He walked over toward the tradesman and talked with him. Earlier before, he made a deal to wait for him a few days so he could go with them. He offered some gold and it was only a day they had waited for this. After some talking, he paid him the gold and the caravan began to go off. They reached the town gates when Ayisa came running after them. She looked in agony and it pained him to see her this way. So Antros walked up to her and touched her shoulder, asking \"Why are you sad?\" She turned to face him and looked shocked. \"You know it pains me to see you in such a state princess.\" She embraced him tightly, not wanting to let go. He looked confused. \"Did I miss something?\" She looked ot him. \"I thought... I thought you left me...\" \"No Ayisa, I have not.\" \"But one of the servents said... you were going to see a caravan heading north and-\" He cut her off. \"I did see them. I wanted them to wait for me and offered payment. However, I have decided to cancel it and I paid them to make up for the day they lost waiting here for me.\"

She looked at him, a smile on her face. \"You mean it? Is that all?\" He nodded \"I swear, that is all.\" She hugged him again, tighter then before. \"I don\'t want you to leave me... I love you...\" \"It\'s ok. I\'m staying here.\" She looked to him in surprise. \"Your.. your staying?\" He nodded again. \"Yes... my wandering days are over. The wanderer is no more.\" She looked at him and he lead her back to the castle. \"Antros... why have you stopped wandering? If it was about last night...\" \"Last night I realized I loved you.\" She once again looked shocked. \"I have been denying to myself my feelings for you. But no more. I won\'t deny and I\'m done wandering.\" They made it back and entered his room. \"Antros...\" \"The purpose of travel is not the journey itself, but the destination. I always thought of the journey, and nothing more. But now I see I\'ve found where I was destinied to go.\" She wanted to say something more, but it was silenced by his lips pressing aginst her\'s. Ayisa knew he would not leave her. Ever. And she wouldn\'t have wanted it any other way.

And so the story ends... but I would like to make another. So how was it?
