Lishte Shae'ar
I had fun writing this and enjoyed it and it was just like. Whoo and information on Sidhe language and the end made me giggle just a bit. Hohi is totally going all 'clown' around Rel, which I like as it does suit his temperment more and it completely derails Rel. Thinking about getting a netbook, which means that my three days off for school/work thing wouldn't stop me from updating. But it's just a thought. I know what Raoh and Osht do like. As soon as Paw leaves and it amuses me and I wish I had the time to write it now but I don't! So it will have to wait. Read, Review and Enjoy. It was less than an hour later when the elevator dinged. Hohi stepped off, a smug look on his face, behind him were several Sidhe. Paw, toolkit in hand, stepped off behind Hohi and pressed his hand firmly against the elevator doors to keep them from closing. Two males and a female stepped off immediately. The trio from the party. The violet eyed girl shifted about in front of the elevator. Looking for some place to settle down, or studying new surroundings to prepare for an attack? The male with one eye turned to the healthy male of the pair and murmured something under his breath. The one eyed one had black hair and a brown eye that was tinged red, the healthy one had blonde hair and blue eyes the colour of a tropical ocean.A young female and male stepped off behind them. The female had red hair and golden eyes. The male, despite his young age, had gray hair, the colour of granite, and gray eyes with speckles of a darker grey through them. Once all were off the elevator, Paw let the doors close. Taking the lead, Paw moved through the apartment and to the kitchen. The six Sidhe behind him followed closely. Muan watched them come along and turned to the stove to boil water for tea. Rel watched the group, completely astonished. “How did you get here?” he asked Paw. Paw shrugged, “can get through any kind of people system. Now. Rel, this be Osht,” the one eyed one, “Raoh,” the healthy, blonde male, “Ashun,” the violet eyed girl, “then these two, Nave,” the red headed woman stood straighter at her name, “’nd Uhwan.”“Osht, Raoh and Ashun are in a group together, Nave and Uhwan … I’m guessing are a couple?”“Ashun is female of good breeding. She is of a tribe that has two mates at all times. Oddity for Sidhe, but can happen, that one Sidhe has two mates. Raoh and Osht are both wanting to mate her, but will not until Violet goes into puberty.”“She’s like… thirteen.”“I.” every line of Ashun’s body screamed dominance, dared Rel to question her again, “am nineteen. I believe that makes me older than you are, you pathetic meat sac.”Muan thumped a tea mug in front of Ashun and shook a finger at the young girl. A no, a do not. Each Sidhe and Rel received a mug before Muan wandered through the plants. “Violet can speak people as well as Paw,” Paw murmured, “Osht and Raoh not so well. Nave hardly at all. She prefers keeping to Sidhe speaking and Uhwan has difficulty learning languages. He is … an artist…”“Ah,” Rel murmured as Muan returned with a two handfuls of leaves and flowers. The kettle was boiling, so Rel moved to the stove and plucked it up, returning to the table to fill each much with water as Muan placed a leaf or flower or sprig of something into each. In his own mug, he noted, was the same purple flower from that morning. Once everyone had tea and the kettle was back on the stove, everyone sat at the table. “Hohi,” Paw motioned with his nose to the taller male as Hohi sniffed at his thyme-and-something-else tea, “said Muan asked for Rel to have father figure. Rel said same, mainly for sake of being an ass, don’t think that has escaped Paw’s view. Now. Both of this pair,” a hand motion to Muan and Rel, a motioning of them being the ‘this pair.’ Which likely meant that the ‘this pair’ was actually the word ‘te’ translated to people, “would benefit from new parents. Muan we don’t know what his parents were like, if he knew them, but it will help bind Muan to the tribe without tying him like Mik was tied. Can be… uncomfortable. “You…” Paw paused and then sighed as if not wanting to broach the subject, or not being certain how to do it, “you were abused-”“I-”“Paw is Whisper, Rel,” and when those green eyes locked on his, Rel felt his blood run cold, the fear and panic that welled up inside of him was worse than any other time in his life. This was not Paw, this was Whisper. “Whisper knows what was done to this one,” a motion towards him, “Rel’s father deserves what he is given. Now, though, now this one,” a motion to him once more, “is Lel, and Lel has no family. So, Whisper says, these three here, Violet…” Paw muttered something under his breath that was obviously a curse, “Ashun, Osht and Raoh, will be Lel’s parents. Lel will submit himself to them as a child would to parents,” Paw paused, “while continuing on relationship with Muan.”“Te,” Muan made a hand motion that meant chatter or speaking.“Te Muanyato, te Lel,” Paw motioned to Rel then to the trio, “te ne, shae’ar, shah’are, hareel.”“Auh,” Muan murmured, sipping his tea.“Muan,” Paw waited until he had Muan’s full attention, “te shae’ar, te hareel te Muan.”“This father, this mother this Muan?” Rel asked.“Exact translation,” Paw shrugged, “yes, but the in between bits are different. Muan uses archaic pronouns saying things like… this one… er…”“He has a lot of different words for ‘this one,’ his… people version of ‘te’ is expressed by different words depending on the situation?”“Yesh,” Pare looked annoyed, “then there are the hand motions. Sidhe now simply say te, but Muan, he says bahbyette and lishte. Confusing. None of us know what they are, but we know that they mean te. If we set the premise that he can use the other pronouns, then much is lost in the conversation. What does bahbyette mean? What does lishte mean? does he mean this tall one or this small one or …”“Oundered.” Muan muttered, motioning to Rel, “lishte.” “This one is wounded, or this wounded one?” Rel muttered, annoyed, before he recalled his tea and took a sip of it. “Or this one could wound,” Paw responded, sounding even more annoyed, “this is issue that people have with translating from Sidhe to people and back again. Which one does he fucking well mean? Mik has muttered that many times, thinking I can’t hear him.”“Lishte shae’ar.”“The wounded one’s father,” Rel translated, as Muan nodded along, “only one that makes sense.”“Te sense?”“He has a keen mind for language and abstract thought. A good healer and power to back his talent. Good blood. What he lacks is a full language of ours to speak to us with. He seems uninterested in learning the ‘new’ Sidhe and only wants to learn people.”“He’s not obsessed over you,” kind of like when Rel obsessed over something. He would wind around and around and not be interested in anything else. How many times had his teachers tried to divert him from a language or a timeline, from chemical reactions with something else that was similar but not quite it?“Muan lahoo te jooo Lel.” Hohi snorted. The death glare from Muan told Rel what the taller male had said. Rel wasn’t expecting five other Sidhe to growl out loud at the male. Hohi ducked his head in apology and sipped his tea. “You guys can’t just come and go and you can’t stay,” Rel added a bit of bite to the last words. He needed privacy, it was an issue, without privacy, without time to himself how could he wind down, how could he-Paw set a hand gently on Rel’s shoulder, “easy. Lel. They stay few days, get used to, then go back and come and go depending on what needed. If they go too fast, if it makes Lel uncomfortable, go,” a motion for slowing down, “they will back down and try again through other means. Is very important that Lel let them do as they do, is Sidhe way. Lel not Sidhe, but… perhaps people way not way for Lel.”“I’ll try.”“Alls I ask,” Paw smiled politely at Rel and sipped his tea. The Sidhe smacked his lips together, considering the flavour, “oh. And… Hohi brings to attention Lel’s… confusion about sex.”Rel felt his face turn red, felt the heat of embarrassment in his cheeks as all eyes moved from Paw to Rel. “That… Lel want sex but then not act on sex. Was… Lel raped?”Paw would have known that. Paw did know that, Rel could see it in the Sidhe’s eyes. Bastard was going to make Rel say it out loud. Rel clenched his jaw for a long moment, fought every instinct he had and replied quietly, “yes.”“More than once?”Again, Rel had to pause before he said, “yes.”Paw considered this for a long moment, “then, it is highly advised that Lel take a sexual partner before… joining… with Muan.”“We had sex last night.”Paw snorted, “that was not joining. If it was, Muan needs sexual partner because he’s nearly as bad as Souse before Mik and Koln taught Souse what foreplay is.”“Te foreplay?” Muan looked between Paw and Rel hopefully. Hopefully. Rel shot Muan a look. The hopeful expression was not lost on him, Muan knew what foreplay was and was hoping for a demonstration. “I do not need a sexual partner. I don’t need to have sex with everything that moves.”“Because sex with males is blah?” Violet asked, “That’s what I said, it’s all poke and hump and Mik and Souse and Hohi got this look on their faces like…” the girl. Young woman, Rel corrected himself, looked at Hohi, “like that one there.”Hohi looked like he was trying desperately not to think something. Like he was biting his tongue and having to pee and trying not to laugh but trying not to bolt for the nearest exit all at once. “It’s not like there are things down there that make it pleasurable,” Rel snapped at her, “I don’t have a clit or a g-spot thank you very much.”“Please?” Hohi asked, looking hopefully at Paw.“No,” Paw responded as if Hohi had asked a stupid question, “all I’s saying is, maybe Lel would benefit from someone with experience with males. Male on male. Hohi knows some, yes, Souse is better and Mik and Paw are even better. Souse and Hohi dabble, but Mik and Paw are gay. Well… as gay as Sidhe can be. It’s not all poke and hump,” Paw looked pointedly at Violet, before looking back at Rel, “more to it than that.”“Yes, stretch, pain, poke and hump.”Paw’s look told him to shut up and Rel clamped his mouth shut, biting his tongue to keep from finishing that, “If’n Rel declines, Paw will take matters into his own hands. Lel will end up thoroughly enjoying it either way… but maybe Lel would like to think for self, neh?”Wait… had he just been told he should think about taking a sexual partner only to be informed that if he didn’t he was going to get ass raped in a pleasurable but not quite by choice sort of way? And why the fuck was that so … So… Hot?.
