Solstice - 3 Days Soon
I am overwhelmed to a severity that I think that I may be brought to a sobbing pitch of tears. I have all that I every wanted, and wont but what I not need. These quills are several in color and type, and inks sticks are more than much. This journal is thick in pound, thickness, and weight and I overheard Ris booking a tutor for oils. He said that I have the hands for oils and that nextly I would take water, for my manipulations were surely to be great.
The robes will be in next week. Such an assortment! I shall faint, I think. And, I must repeat to myself, over and over again, that this is Rai Ris, and not Escii. It is Rai. It is.
\"Ayeeee...The solstice, the solstice is so very near.\"
\"And the festival. Do you go to the festivals, Ris?\"
\"It is a main event. Of course I go! So close, though. At least some of your robes will be ready. Which should you wear?\"
\"I do not know. What do you think, Ris?\"
\"I think red, purple, blue, and yellow. But mostly yellow. It does so much for your skin and hair.\"
\"You have a love for yellow.\"
\"It matches the trio\'d colors of your hair.\"
\"So much about my hair. Always my hair.\"
\"Yes.\" He paused. \"I will check at Mila\'s shop. You will be all right here, won\'t you?\"
\"I will not position myself from your house.\"
\"That is not what I meant. I...\"
\"I apologize, Ris.\"
\"I just meant, will you be well on your own?\"
\"Yes.\"
\"You may roam the house as you wish. I do not want you outside the fences though. You know why.\"
\"You wish him not to find me.\"
\"Exactly right. I want you with me when you aren\'t here. I wish no ill will toward you.\"
\"I will clean. When will you return?\"
\"Around noon, I suppose.\"
\"And that\'s what I shall make for you. A noon lunch. Is there anything you want, Ris?\"
\"Not in particular. Make what you like.\" Jajan\'s jade and gray hair swished across his grin, and he stood.
\"And do this, I shall. Have a good day, Rai Ris.\" Ris froze.
\"A good day?\"
\"A very good day, Rai Ris.\"
\"Should I make my day well, beginning now?\" He turned.
\"A day should start well, always in the morning.\" Ris walked slowly towards him.
\"That point is true. But not spoken well, unless spoken more of.\"
\"If your morning is spent in good feeling, then throughout the day, you will be in a good sense of mind and body.\"
\"And thus, it is a well spoken point.\" Ris was very close to Jajan; so close he could the slave could smell the bath oils that reflected on his Master\'s skin in a tanish shimmer. Jajan shivered and pushed his hair behind his ears. His breath came out in short, heavy gasps. \"You want this?\"
\"Yes. I\'m only nervous.\" Ris had inched himself even closer and his lips were an inch away.
\"You\'ve no need to be.\"
\"No need for an apprehensiveness of a thing I have done so few times...\"
\"But you have said Rai. You said my other name.\"
\"I did. It is only that...\" He suddenly seemed at a loss for words.
\"Is it that you want more than a succession of soft fleeting embraces of lips this moment? And perhaps it is, and it frightens you. You have mentioned on more than one occasion in the past that I resemble your Escii. That you want Rai Ris, and Rai seems as Escii, frightens you too, doesn\'t it? Or is it something else too?\" A silence remained suspended in the air between them for a moment. Jajan wet his lips.
\"How do you know me so?\"
\"It is a gift I have had since my childhood.\"
\"Such a child. It is that I want you, and you are like my Escii. That frightens me.\"
\"There is something else too. Is there not...\" Jajan\'s teeth clenched together. \"Jajan?\"
\"Please, Master, do not press me to say!\"
Forgotten, he had, the instability of his fragile creature, who now had tears gathering in his quivering jade eyes.
\"Forgive me Jajan. My own motives are unbeknownst to me.\" He let the words roll off his tongue slowly, pronouncing the syllables with grace. \"I would not press you to call me by a title in fear or panic.\" Jajan\'s face had turned to the side, his profile clearly visible in the dim light coming from the bedroom window. \"Jajan...are you afeared of me?\" His slave turned to look at him, then leaned in until their lips were barely touching, and he could feel the words when he spoke.
\"Only when I remember that you are a Master and I, a slave.\"
The first kiss was very tentative and slow, and Jajan tasted of fluoride and salt. He was shocked that Jajan had taken the initiative. The surprise melted away as Jajan\'s tongue slid into Ris\' mouth. He met his tongue, and drew in a sharp breath at the contact. Jajan pulled back for a moment.
\"It seems so odd to me. If you are to be lesser, how can I loose myself in such a trivial thing as a kiss?\" The slave\'s multicolor hair fell from his ears into a cascade before his face. Ris ran his fingers through it and smiled slowly. \"But then, I ask myself such a stupid question.\" Their lips met again. Ris let Jajan take over the kiss, which took only a moment to deepen. Jajan began to explore Ris\' mouth with more fervor and Ris struggled to hold back, but to no avail. His hands left Jajan\'s hair, and he wrapped his arms around him. One of his hands started stroking the back of the slave\'s neck. The oil and the friction from his oiled skin on Jajan\'s neck were causing a delicious heat. He let out a soft moan into Ris\' mouth. Ris left his mouth and let his lips slide down his throat, circling his tongue around Jajan\'s Adams apple.
\"San...\" Ris began to push Jajan\'s robes aside, and then realized that it would be awkward, and would require a different position, and where they would need to go to achieve that, and where they that would lead...
Too much too soon, he decided, suddenly coming to his senses. Jajan opened his eyes, startled by the suddenly loss of warmth.
\"It is too much now. If we do not stop, we would not at all.\" Jajan nodded slowly, realizing he had been lost in the moment as well, but was glad Ris had found the state of mind to halt them. He held his breath and let out a short one.
\"You should take leave now.”
\"Perhaps I should.\" He needed time away from Jajan to regain his senses.
\"I will have lunch when you return.\"
\"Very well. I shall return later in the day then.\" He started towards the door.
\"Ris?\"
\"Yes?\"
\"Do not forget to use your common talk when you venture outside.\" By the look on Jajan\'s face, he couldn\'t tell whether he was jesting or being serious, or perhaps, both. Either way, the statement applied.
\"Thank you, Jajan. I shant forget.\" He took one more heated look at Jajan before grabbing an outer robe and leaving.
