Part 2 chapter 10


“ Are we there yet.” Jade asked as he let out a big yawn.

“Not yet.” Anchaly answer looking down at the boy.

Jade rest his head on Anchaly chest and closed his eyes once more. “How much longer until we get there? He asked softly.

“Another two days if we don't run into more of those creature.” Anchaly answered.

Jade sighed. He wonder what those creature are and why they are after him for his blood. What make his blood so special that they must have it. He look up at Anchaly. Jade cannot help but think that Anchaly knew something about him that he himself don't know. He will have to asked the man later. After he help him find his dad.

Anchaly look down when the boy grew quiet. He smiled when he saw that the boy have fallen asleep once more. He urged the horse forward. They have to reached the next town before sundown. With those creature after them they cannot afford to camp out in the forest like before. Anchaly did not stop until they reached the next town.

Jade opened his eyes and stared at the street full of people. He look up at Anchaly. “How did you manged to get to the next town so fast?” He asked.

Anchaly chuckles, “its a secret.” He said as he urged the horse toward the town inn.

Jade stood by the window looking down at the people below him with a sad expression on his face. Anchaly walked over to the boy and wrapped his arm around the boy. He rest his chin on the boy shoulder. “Thinking about your dad?” He asked softly.

Jade nod his head. “I missed him.”said Jade. He then pointed to a boy and his dad. “Those two over there they remind me of the time I was his age and my dad took me out to town carrying my little brother in his arms and I remember the sad look he had on his face that day, when we passed by a man that remind him of father.” Jade pause and closed his eyes for a moment before continuing.” The look in dad eyes that day, I shall never forget for the rest of my life. I vow to myself that I will do what it take to bring the sun back into my dad life. But instead I made my dad worried and he have to come chasing after me. And I couldn't do anything when that man took him away.” Jade finally cracked and he spin around and buried his face in Anchaly chest.

Anchaly hold the boy tightly in his arms and comfort the crying boy. He didn't know what else to do are what to say, since he did not have a family of his own. His life was only created for one purpose and that is to protect the boy. With out the boy he wouldn't even existed in the first place. For the first time he wondered what it really feel like to have a family.

Jade pulled away from Anchaly and wiped his tears away. He thank the man for listening to him rambling about his family. Then he walked over to the bathroom and disappear inside to take a bath.

That night Jade woke up to find Anchaly asleep on the floor by the bed. He smiled to himself. He reached down and shook Anchaly awake. Anchaly opened his eyes.

“What is it boy?” he asked in a sleepy voice.

“You should be sleeping up here. Not down there. Now get your butt up here, before you freeze to death.” Jade said with a soft smiled as he pull the cover back for Anchaly.

Anchaly didn't know what to say so he got in bed beside the boy. Jade pull the cover over them and slid closer to Anchaly. He rest his head on Anchaly chest with one arms resting on Anchaly stomach. “Why were you down there anyway?” he asked out of curiosity.

“Because we are no longer sleeping outside so I thought that you no longer need my warm body to keep you warm from the cold”. Anchaly confessed.

“Well you are wrong, I like sleeping next to you and I am not ashamed to say it either. Sleeping next to you make me feel safe and protected. And beside we are a married couple and a married couple always sleep next to each other no matter what circumstance they find them self in.” said Jade. “At least that is what my dad and grandparent told me and my brother.” Jade added.

Anchaly chuckles softly. “I will remember to thank your dad and grandparent whenever I get a chance to meet them.” Remark Anchaly.

“Yes, yes you go ahead and do that.” Jade whisper softly before he went back to sleep. Anchaly shut his eyes and fell asleep with a content smiled on his face.

“Hey are you two together?” Jeremy asked Theara that question as they wait for Tristan and Gabriel to return.

Theara shook his head with a forlorn look on his face. How can he and Gabriel be together in that way. Gabriel is to good for a tainted person like him. All he could do is cherished the time they have together. There is no telling when Achariya will send more of his people to find him.

“You know uncle Theara, uncle Gabriel is a very handsome man. And you yourself is very pretty when I saw you two together, I thought for sure that you two are a couple.” Jeremy commented when he saw the forlorn look on his uncle Theara face. Jeremy smiled and took his uncle hand in his. “You and him may not be together right now but I believed that soon you two will be. So cheer up uncle Theara.”

“Thank you, but that won't happen Jeremy. A person like me can never be with a guy like Gabriel. He deserved some one pure and innocent. And I am none of those.” Theara remarked in a sad tone.

Jeremy opened his mouth to say something but couldn't as at that very moment Tristan return from finding food and water.

“I'm back!” Tristan shouted interrupting Jeremy and Theara.

“Where's uncle Gabriel?” Jeremy asked as soon as he noticed that Gabriel was no where in sight.

“He will be here soon.” Answer Tristan.

Gabriel put his sword away and turn to the boy he had just rescue. He put his hand out. “Are you OK boy?” he asked.

The boy nod his head and gave Gabriel a big smiled before leaping into his arms, surprising Gabriel. “My names Jimmy thank you so much for saving me.” Said the boy.

Gabriel pried the boy a way from him and step back. He wonder what a pretty boy like this is doing in the forest all alone. “Tell me Jimmy what are you doing here in the middle of the forest all alone?” He asked.

Jimmy step forward and wrapped his arms around Gabriel waist. “I was not alone, I was with my parent. They were killed by those monster that you just killed.

“I'm sorry for your lost.” Gabriel said sincerely.

Jimmy look up and flashed Gabriel a seductive smiled. “Since you save my life I am in debt to you.”

Gabriel shook his head and pried the boy away from him. “I only did what anybody else in their right mind would do when they saw someone in trouble. Now if you would excused me I have to return to my camp.”

As soon as Gabriel turned his back. A sly smirk came on Jimmy lips before he ran up and took a hold of Gabriel arms. “You can't leave me all alone you have to take me with you.”

Gabriel sighed in defeat. Shit what have he got himself into when he rescue this boy.

Theara turned to the sound of Gabriel footsteps. He smiled and sighed in relief that Gabriel had return safely.

“Who is that? uncle Gabriel.” Jeremy asked when he notice the boy clinging on to his uncle. The moment he notice the boy. Jeremy knew right away that the boy is trouble.

“I rescue him from the monsters that were after us. He will be joining us until we reached the next town.”Gabriel said as he pried the boy hand from him for the fifth time that day.

Gabirel step away from the boy and walked over to Theara. He bent down and brushes Theara hair to the side. “Missed me?” he asked sweetly.

Theara nod his head shyly. Jimmy chose that moment to appear behind Gabriel. “Who is this person? he asked with a smile that did not reached his eyes.

Gabriel turned to the boy. “He is someone I cherished very much!” Answer Gabriel.

Theara cannot help but blushed after hearing what Gabriel had just said.

Gabriel bent down and kissed Theara on the forehead before heading over to Tristan. Jimmy sat down next to Theara.

“You belong to lord Achairya. If you don't want him to die I suggest you leave him as soon as possible.” Jimmy whisper with a snide. Then he lean in closer and whisper into Theara ears. “Give him to me he is to good for a filthy person like you.” Whisper Jimmy then he added. “If you don't want him to know about what you and your brother Achariya did together that night so long a go I suggest you leave him tonight.”

“You're Jimmy. Achariya lover from back then.” Theara uttered in shocked when he recognized the voice.

“You remember me, then you know what I am capable of. Right sweet little Theara.” Jimmy said with a mocking tone. Then he got up and walked over to Gabriel. From where he was standing Jeremy could see the forlorn look on his uncle Theara face. He turn his attention from his uncle and glared at the boy called Jimmy.

That night after everyone went to bed. Theara quietly left but before he go he bent down and gently kissed Gabriel on the lips. “Take care.”He whisper softly. Then he grab his cane and followed Jimmy out of the forest where Achariya men wait to take him away.

Solika put the spoon in his hand down and glance up at his daughter. “Where's your father?” he asked

“Father won't be back till later.” Answer Emma.

Solika pushed the tray away and lean back on his pillow. He sighed. There is no changing Achairya the man will never learned. No matter what happened to his own family the man would still go out and commit great sin. Emma leaned over and hugged her dad. “I know what you're thinking dad. I am the same as you. But there is nothing you and I could do. Father will have to come around on his own. One day dad. Father will wake up and realize that we is all he need in his life.” Said Emma. Solika smiled and gently stroke his daughter hair.

The door clicked opened to reveal Achairya. “How are you today Solika?” Ask Achairya.

“I'm fine.” Solika replied dryly.

Achaira grinned, “good I have some one I would like you to meet.” Achairya said as he open the door wider to reveal none other then a frightened Theara.

Solika eyes widen, that man look like Achariya mother. Emma eyes was also widen. The man was pretty and Emma cannot help but wonder what her father is doing with this pretty man.

“Solika meet my brother Theara. And Theara meet my beloved Solika and my daughter Emma.” Achariya introduced them with a grinned.

“Achariya what are you planning to do to him?!” Solika shouted. He knew how obsessed Achairya is with his mother. He quickly became concern for the man. Achairya will never bring anyone to his home unless they are his prisoner.

“What I planned to do to him is none of your concern. Right now you should be more worried about getting better.” Achairya stated in a firm voice.

“Come on now, brother of mind you will take Solika place in my bed while he healed from his wound.” Achraiya said as he pushed a scared Theara into the hall way.

Solika try to get up but was stop by Emma. “You can't help him even if you want to. The best thing you could do is get better”. Emma said as she push her dad gently back down on the bed.

She look into her dad eyes. “I think I understand now when you said that father is not right in the mind. For only a crazy person would do that to his own brother.” she commented with sadness.

Theara pulled the cover over his naked body. For the first time he was thankful for his blindness. It had prevented him from seeing Achariya face when he had his way with him. He cried and buried his face in his pillow. Why did he have to look like his mother, he hate his face, he hated it so much. Suddenly an idea came to him. Theara got up and reached for his cane. He slowly walked over to the table. He sat down and feel around for the tray of food. He picked up the fork on the tray and with out hesitation he brought it toward his face and slowly begin a slow process of destroying his own face.

Achariya was in the room the whole time. He stood by the balcony and watched Theara destroyed his face with a smirked on his face. His brother could do what he want right now to that face of his. But once he have the crimson stone he will restore that face to perfection. Then he will bring his mother back using his brother body as a vessel.

“Nate whats wrong?” Jayden asked as he swim up to him with a big grinned on his face.

Nate look away still ashamed at what he did that night at the hut. He still can't believed that he actually did that to the boy. Why the hell did he think it was a dream anyway? Why didn't he think that it was too good to be a dream. Damn it. He cannot believed that he gave in to his body demand and did those things to the boy. If Derek knew he would be killed right on the spot.

Jayden seeing that Nate was lost in his thought playfully scoop some water from the stream and begin splashing it at Nate. The cold water brought Nate out of his thought right away. He glance down at the boy in the stream laughing softly at him. “I'm going to get you for that you little brat.” he said with a grinned.

Jayden wiggled his nose at Nate threat with a soft chuckles then splashes more water at him before swimming away. the boy look like a seductive nymph Nate thought as he removed his shirt and pants tossing it to the side before giving chased after the boy.

Jayden swim as fast as he can when he saw Nate dive into the water to come after him. He chuckled then submerge underwater. He avoid being caught by Nate twice. As he emerage from the water to breath Nate caught him off guard by the ankle and pulled him down under the water. He pushes Nate away and swim toward the surface. Nate followed him with a mischievous look on his face.
Nate spin the boy around and gazed into the boy eyes. With out thinking he bend down and kissed the boy lips. Jayden wrapped his arms around Nate and pulled him closer to him. They were unaware of Derek and Yuki watching them.

Yuki grabbed Derek arms before he could even take one step outside their hiding spot. “Hold it, where do you think your going?” Yuki asked knowing very well what his husband answer will be.

“I'm going to saved our son before he is devoured by that horny bastard. Who can't seem to remember his promised to keep his hands off our son.”

“Derek leave them alone. Its up to our son to decide if he wants to give himself to Nate or not. We as his parent should trust his judgment in men.” Remark Yuki.

“Yuki what are you going to do then if the man he chose to give himself to is a total bastard.” Derek asked with a frown on his face.

Yuki smiled he know of a way to turned Derek attention away from the two couple kissing in the stream. “Derek don't forget that you your self is a bastard as well. Need I remind you of what you did to me the first day you lay eyes on me.”

Derek didn't like to be reminded of what he had done to his beloved Yuki back then. And having Yuki bringing it up make him feel even guiltier for his passed deed. He gazed into Yuki eyes. “I really was a bastard back then and I still find it hard to believed that you could fall in love with me. I did so many terrible things to you that I wished now that I could go back and changed it.”

“There is no need to changed anything from the past, Derek even if you are a bastard then and now I still love you because you are my bastard to love and cherished. Beside nothing will changed we were meant to be together.” Yuki said as he reached up and wrapped his arms around Derek neck. He smiled and pulled Derek down for a kissed.

“Nate there are fish in the stream.” Jayden said through their kissed. Nate pull his mouth away and cursed the stupid fished for interrupting him. Jayden chuckles. He bent down to try to catch the fish but misses as the fish was too fast for him. Nate then volunteer to catch a fish for Jayden.

Jayden took the fish from Nate and as soon as Nate turn his back to catch another fish he let it go. He did this several times until Nate caught him. Nate frown at him. “Why did you let them go?”

“I only wanted to play with them not hurt them. Look Nate!” Jayden pointed out to Nate excitedly .” “Look aren't they having fun swimming around in the water.”

Nate frown turn into a smiled. He really can't get mad at the boy. The boy gets excited over the simplest little thing. He is just too adorable. Nate thought. He got out of the stream and pick up his clothes he turned to the boy and put out his hand. Jayden took it with a big smiled on his face. They both was about to head back when they heard the sound of horses galloping at lighting speed heading in their direction.

Gabriel stopped his horse as soon as he saw Nate. “What are you doing around here Nate?” he asked.

“I should be asking you that question.” Nate answer with a question of his own.

“Could you just answer my question. I'm in a bit of a rushed to saved the person most important to me.”

“I'm heading to Emerald city.” Answer Nate.

“Damn it. I thought that I could use your bird to locate my important person.”

“Tell me where you want to go and I will be able to draw the map out for you.” Nate offered when he heard the urgency and worried in his cousin

“I'm trying to find that bastard Achariya castle. And having no success at all stupid father cannot even help me either. He go on and on about how the man place a spell on his castle making it very hard for others to find. Especially his enemies.”

“If you want to know where he is go to the forest of Vithara and find the white lion. He will be able to help you find his castle.”

Gabriel thank Nate and quickly make his way to the castle of Vithara. Theara wait for me I'm coming for you.
