MONSTERS IN THE DARK
MONSTERS IN THE DARK
lying here waiting
wondering what it is
*drip drip drip*
*creek creek creek*
mind plays tricks
sees things that aren't there
in the dark just beyond my vision
there is a demon
who feeds my mind
he sends me images
red eyed demons crawl along my wall
gremlins scurry along my floor
taunting me
inviting me to come play
the drip of the faucet turns into the drool of a monster
the creek of the house turns into something coming closer to me
closer closer closer
come and play
i can end it all i have to do is turn on the light
but what fun would that be?
