Chapter 20
Okay sorry it took like forever. i had the chapter I jsut like forgot to up date it. Sorry to those of you that like reading this

Chapter 20
“Can we help you?”
“Yes I would like to file a report.” Robin looked around the station and was still a little freaked out by the whole thing, but she knew she had to do this, she had already waited too long as it is. Kevin was a free man that needed to be behind bars and she was the only one that could do it. Marcus and Marty had came for support, but they both stood back telling her that it was her battle to fight and that they would be there when she couldn’t be there for herself. She honestly had the greatest boyfriend and best friend ever.
“A report about?” The officer looked at her like he had seen too many cases today and hers was just another one he could file away under “who gives a shit.”
“Yes, I’m sorry this is just hard for me, but I need to file a report against Kevin Davis for rape.” Robin looked back at Marcus who only smiled at her. She felt good to finally get those words of her heart. She was a rape victim and she was going to be okay, that is all she needed to know and that is what helped her make it through the day. No one knew how she felt and no one could relate, but she could help others not have to go through this pain by putting the psycho in jail for a long time.
“Ma’am did this rape just happen? Was it to you or a friend of yours?”
“No sir the rape was to me and it happened almost two months ago. I was just afraid to come forward. I was afraid of him and what he would do, but I will never be afraid again. “Ma’am all that is good, but two months is a long time and any evidence that we could have used his gone and without physical evidence we really can’t do anything. The whole case would be a he say she say kind of thing.” Robin was prepared for this and knew she had waited a long time, but she had all the evidence she needed and she was going to hurt Kevin s much as he hurt her if not more. She knew that he would end up as one of the bitches in prison and that is exactly what she wanted.
“Sir would a sheet with his sperm on it be enough evidence?” She knew that it would be and that is why she still had not touched the sheet besides pulling it off her bed and stuffing it in a bag.

“Sorry about that, well Kevin was mad that I got back with Marcus and he told me this while he was raping me.” Robin felt a tear fall down her cheek, but she was not about to stop she had come this far and she was not turning back.
“Ma’am if you are ready I can take your statement of everything that happened in the back and that will be enough plus the sheet to arrest this guy today.” Robin looked back at Marcus and wanted to run to him and make him make everything better, but he couldn’t do that, this was all up to her to solve.”
“Can I have my boyfriend come back with me?” The officer looked at her and wanted to pull her in his arms knowing that this could be his own daughter. He knew that he wanted to be the one to arrest the jerk and throw away the key.
“Sure you are allowed one witness to be back there with you.” The officer watched as she went to the young man with the jacket on and he hugged her trying to be her support. He knew men like this one and he only hoped his daughter would find one as good as the one Robin had found. He watched as the two came to follow him to the room for her statement. When they got back another officer was already there waiting for them.
“Okay you can start when you want to ma’am. My partner here is going to record what you say.”
“Okay I’m ready,” Robin pulled Marcus hand into her lap and looked as the officer pushed record and nodded at her. “Well I was in my room doing a painting and I heard a knock. I thought it was my boyfriend because he said he would be back. I ran to the door and opened it and it was Kevin and he looked mad. I asked what he wanted and he said some stuff about me being with Marcus. I tired to close the door, but he pushed it open and slapped me into the room. I didn’t know what to do. He pushed me on the bed and started walking around talking about him and me belonging together and me being a bitch for being with Marcus and not him. He called me names and said I deserved whatever I got and that he would be sure to give it to me. The next thing I know my clothes are coming off and he hit me again and then he was in me hurting me and saying I needed it and that Marcus had nothing on him. When he left he called me a whore and said to tell Marcus thanks.” Robin was crying when she got done and Marcus was squeezing her hand harder. The officer pushed stop and just looked at each other, this not being the first case they had dealing with college rape.
“Ma’am that was good and that should be enough to go pick him up and we will need to pick up that sheet too.”
“No need I brought it with me. It’s the bag my friend is holding outside. I still can’t bring myself to be around it.”
“Well I’ll let you two relax and I and my partner here will go get a warrant and pick this punk up.” The officers walked out and left Robin and Marcus alone. Robin only looked at him and Marcus only looked at the wall afraid to she hurt and pain in Robin’s eyes.
“It’s okay Marcus. I’m okay. I’m just happy it’s all out there and that I can finally be happy again and not worry about what he will do next. And baby Kevin will be the one that is sorry because I heard that men in prison really do not like rapist. Hope he doesn’t drop the soap.” Robin laughed and she could swear she saw a small smile from Marcus too. “I love you Marcus.”
“I love you too baby. Forever and ever.” Marcus pulled her to him and kissed her lips softly loving the moment between them and only needing her strength and love at the moment.

Kevin was picked up that night and taken to the holding ceil. The officers said that it was a really good chance that he would be put away for this crime. All they needed to do now was get is statement and the semen test back. Robin was just happy she could finally move on. She and Marcus were lying in his old room at the moment. They had decided to drive to his home since they didn’t have anymore test and Robin would be going home in a few days. Robin had enjoyed meeting Marcus’s family and loved his dog Charley, who was lying on the floor beside the bed at that moment.
“Are you happy Robin?” Marcus turned over and looked at her.
“Naw I'm so not happy.” Robin smiled when Marcus frowned at her. She loved that little frown of his that made him look like a little boy and at his mommie. “Baby I am beyond happy. I am in love and freaking about to bust with happiness.” Marcus looked at her and laughed before he punched her in the arm and then jumped up out of the before she could hit him back. “Come back over here I owe you.” Robin got out of the bed and jumped on Marcus wrapping her legs around his waist before leaning down and biting his neck. Marcus jumped and landed them both on the bed.
“OUCH!! You little devil. I could just kiss you. “Marcus leaned down and planted a kiss over Robin’s lips causing her to laugh and respond back. She pushed him off before things could go farther.
“Not here Marcus. I am not the type to sleep with her boyfriend while his parents are in the next room. Now turn over and get some sleep.” Marcus laid back while Robin placed her head on to his chest. “Love you Marcus.”
“I love you too. Forever and ever.” Those were the last words he said before Robin heard him slightly snoring.

But part two is about Marcus and Robin after college so apart 3 years later. You will see them go through anotehr problem and it will not be rape I can tell you that for sure. But i am not about to post that right now. Im going to finish my other two first then post that one.
