“She’s definitely the one.”
Across a vast, undiscovered forest just beyond to town of Porrington, a large, beautiful stone castle stood proudly. It had been there long before the construction of the city, and had since its own building been a part of the Wingright estates.
“I agree. She’s quite perfect.”
Ceiros stared across the vast forest below him. “We’re changing her, right?”
Just behind him, Vinisus, sitting with crossed legs reading a newspaper, nodded. “I believe that’s the best option.”
For a moment, Ceiros’ face darkened, as if disapprovingly.
“Of course, we won’t miss this opportunity to have a bit of fun.”
A brilliantly malicious grin overpowered Ceiros’ expression. “Indeed.”
A soft cry collected their attention. Across the room, bound to a giant four poster bed, the girl they had so brashly kidnapped and brought to their castle shifted in her sleep, whimpering as she did so.
Ceiros and Vinisus exchanged fairly interested glances. Vinisus stood, motioning to the bed. “I do believe it’s time we woke her. Those men that followed us are probably attempting to break in as we speak.”
Ceiros chuckled. “You doubt my security, Vinisus?”
The other paused, carefully tossing a smirk over her shoulder. The “security” of the Wingright estate was an add-on of Ceiros himself. He had provided Vinisus’ grounds with seven large Dobermans, trained to kill humans, but be loyal and steadfast to them and their kind.
“I rather appreciate your security in its entirety, Ceiros.” Vinisus said humbly. “I did not mean to bring it down in any way.”
Ceiros smiled, motioning to the girl lying nearly immobile on the bed. “Shall we?”
Vinisus approached the left side of the bed, whilst Ceiros took up the right. Vinisus made the first move, hovering over her and uttering soft words to coax her awake.
“Kahlia.” He called. “My dear, you need to rouse.”
Ceiros saw her eyelids flutter.
“Yes, that’s it. Wake up, little Kahlia.” He murmured, running his hand over her sweat-ridden forehead.
Her eyes slowly opened, and for a moment, they sat like glazed jewels. As the cleared over, she must have realized where she was. “No! Don’t touch me!”
“Calm down.” Vinisus hushed, pressing a finger to her lips. “Don’t make such a fuss.”
“No! Get off of me! JACKSON!” She screamed, violently wrenching and twisted her body beneath him.
“Ceiros!” Vinisus grunted, and the man at his side grabbed one of her arms, caught the other, and pinned them both over her head. Vinisus trapped her legs with his own, bracing his hands on either side of her face. “Calm down.” Vinisus growled.
Kahlia immediately stopped struggling, her eyes watering. “Why?” She asked in a small voice. “What do you want from me? I’m just… a normal person…”
“Even as you say that, you don’t believe a word of it.” Vinisus soothed gently. “You’ve always been different, haven’t you? Done or experienced things that you can’t quite believe have happened?”
Kahlia stared at him, trying hard not to believe.
“You may deny it all you wish, but I know you understand what I’m talking about.” He ran a few fingers through her hair. “And tonight, I’m going to unlock this little bundle of power you possess.”
“I don’t … have any power.” She grunted.
“Oh, but you do.” He smiled. “Do you think all those odd occurrences were just coincidences? No, no, you have indeed something unconscious inside of you that needs to be relinquished from its dormancy and at your disposal.”
Kahlia stared at him as if he were completely daffy. Then, she frowned, glaring at him. “Is that what you tell all of the dances you kidnap? ‘Photo shoot’ all right. I don’t believe that such stupid people would fall for it.”
Ceiros found his voice, if very cynically so. “Well, you did.”
“Because it was my job.” She snapped. “I’ve been undercover all evening. It was my job to distract your attention and get you to scout me.”
“Oh, we knew.” Vinisus said, a feral smile playing on his lips.
Kahlia face-vaulted completely. “W-what?”
“Of course we knew.” Ceiros’ had a smile to mimic Vinisus’. “You’re not as good and secret as you think. We had our eyes on you the whole evening, even though you mistook us for someone else.”
“And you were talking to that cop.” Vinisus said crossly. “Lot of good that did you. It was a ‘no-shit’ that he was undercover.”
“When serving wine,” Ceiros said matter-of-factly, “You do not fill the first glass all the way to the top, which he so carelessly did. The couple he did this for were obviously drunk, but when serving wine, you fill the head of table’s glass up marginally so, to get approval from him or her.” His eyes darkened. “All bartenders know this, whether they serve wine or not. Your friend—Jackson, you said his name was—had the both of us suspicious from the start. And when we saw the two of you converse so blatantly suspicious—yes, it was ridiculously suspicious to us—we suspected that you were up to something.”
Kahlia eyes watered in frustration. “You knew all along!”
Vinisus smirked. “Fortunately for us, yes. We even found out about your little tracking device they placed on you.”
“You see…everyone that we’ve been kidnapping has been in a futile, blind search for you.” Ceiros said. “And finally… finding you is going to put an end to it all…” He trailed off when he leaned down, giving gentle kisses along the inside of her arm.
Kahlia shivered. “Wha—”
Vinisus changed positions, moving lower down her body, pulling her shirt up. “I’m afraid to say that along with this power, you have certain memories that need to be brought forth. And there is only one way to release both of these simultaneously.”
“You’re going to rape me?” She said hurriedly, frightened again.
“Christ, no.” Vinisus snapped. “Not rape by our standards, anyhow. Though I suppose for you humans, stick something into a woman without asking and it’s rape.”
”But the drug… you…”
“There was no drug.” Ceiros murmured pleasantly. “You blacked out all on your own.”
Vinisus could tell she didn’t want to believe any of this. “Please…don’t…”
“I’m afraid we must.” Vinisus pressed his nose into the crook of her neck. “But don’t worry; we’ll be gentle if you’re still a virgin.”
“I—” Ceiros wouldn’t let her speak, feeling that it was irrelevant at this point, as he pressed his lips against hers firmly. After capturing her tongue, teasing it, and running his own across her lips, he pulled back with a smile that seemed near normal.
“No more words, dear.” He said so gently that it surprised her.
“Try to enjoy it as much as you can.” Vinisus murmured somewhere around the area of her stomach. “I don’t want the memories of your reawakening to be painful.”
***
Kahlia squirmed as she felt Vinisus’ hands slide probingly up her shirt, feeling along the cleft between her ribs. She inhaled self-consciously when his fingers ghosted over her bra-covered breasts, teasing and rubbing.
She made a soft noise when Ceiros kissed his way down the line of her jaw, towards her ear. He teased the soft lobe with gentle nips and suckles.
This is not happening. Her mind revolted. God… I don’t want this, She closed her eyes, succumbing against her better judgment, but I can’t help but react to it. Why is it that this feels okay?
Shh…
There it was again. Those whispery voices in her head that were definitely not hers. She opened her eyes to find Vinisus staring back at her.
You can hear me.
Yes.
Try not to deny yourself anything. He said. His eyes closed momentarily. If you try to ignore what you’re feeling, all of this will be in vain.
She gulped.
And I personally don’t mind repeated the process to achieve what I want. He smirked. Relax. You’re tense as a brick wall.
Easy for you to say. She though crossly.
Vinisus chuckled, returning his attention to its place. Kahlia moaned softly when she felt him teasing her with his craftily skilled tongue. She arched her back, a soft moan escaping her lips.
***
Ceiros paused in his activities to glance up, wondering faintly what Vinisus had done to cause her to submit so easily.
The old mind games, eh? He asked, smirking.
Vinisus glanced up from her left breast, raising one eyebrow as he let his tongue trail around the pink skin. Let’s see who can make her scream louder.
The corner of Ceiros’ mouth quirked. Keep in mind that I won last time, the time before that, and with the pair.
Yes, but only because you went for their groins first.
Better start taking lessons, then.
To accentuate his point, Ceiros gave her ear one last final tongue swab, and moved down to her waist, trailing his fingers along her underarm, her ribcage, and finally to encircle her navel. He leaned down, pressing his lips against her flat stomach, kissing all the way to the waistband of her blue jeans.
This derived a soft ‘Ooh’ from her. Ceiros gave a mental cheer. Ceiros, one, Vinisus, one.
Vinisus replied by sucking harder in his area of expertise, using his hands to aid in the ministrations.
A moan.
Vinisus, two, Ceiros, one.
Ceiros stuck his tongue out, and unclasped her jeans quickly. He slid them down her thighs, making her legs sidle past each other.
May I vouch for a half point? Ceiros heard Vinisus chuckle at his plea.
Why the hell not. You’ll win, anyway.
Ceiros smiled, divesting the jeans to the floor. Her long, pale legs contrasted sharply with her black rwearwear. He had a soft spot for pale women. Carefully, he lifted one leg up, running his lips down the smooth calf. Perfectly shaven, not waxed. He smiled gloriously to himself as she fought to remain still.
She’s sensitive on her legs. Vinisus said.
And you’d know? Ceiros asked, kissing her ankle, almost tenderly.
Well, just look at how she squirms.
It could be where you are, too, you know.
No, she only started squirming when you took her pants off. Vinisus gave an image of sticking his tongue out. Ceiros three and a half, Vinisus two.
Why do I suddenly get a two points?
You found an erogenous zone. Congratulations.
Ceiros smirked, running his fingers lightly over her heel. Not like you could grab the other leg and join in.
Oh, but I’m having way too much fun up here.
Kahlia gave a jerk when Ceiros licked the underside of her knee.
Ceiros four.
Look, you’ve won already. We both know you’re going to have to be the one to stick it in.
‘Stick it in?’ My, my, Vinisus, this little adventure has certainly made your eloquence fade. Ceiros moved up her thigh with his lips, running them lightly against her inner thigh. She thrashed. But I’d be honored to have the pleasure of reawakening her.
You have my gratitude, Vinisus said honestly. Let’s not wait longer and cut to the chase, shall we?
Ceiros lifted up. Is she ready?
More ready than she’ll ever be for something like this. Mentally, Vinisus sighed, and gave a curt nod in reality. Let’s get to it.
Right.
Vinisus lifted off her, divesting himself of his shirt. Ceiros took a moment to admire the rippling muscles that Vinisus enjoyed showing off with his tight shirts and leather pants. Vinisus leaned , wh, whispering something in her ear, kissing it almost apologetically. Ceiros understood why.
He unbuttoned his shirt quickly, revealing his not-too-disappointing pectorals. When he looked up, Vinisus gave him a wink.
You look hot too.
Ceiros would have blushed if he weren’t restrained. Shut up.
Vinisus slipped his arms around Kahlia’s middle, lifting her up like a porcelain doll. Which was ironic, seeing as they were about to break her in one of the worst ways possible. But this was the less painful way, Ceiros assured himself. He slipped out of his own vinyl slacks, having long since taken off his boots when he’d entered the house. Since he normally didn’t bother himself with underwear, he was completely nude now. He turned his eyes up.
Vinisus and the girl were locked in passionate display of a kiss. Ceiros felt a bit warm just watching them. I want some. He complained.
I don’t want to run her off. Christ. I’ll fuck you when she’s reborn.
Now you’re really disturbing me. You just said ‘fuck.’
I’ve said fuck before, right?
Not when you could have substituted it with, ‘making passionate, near-surreal love.’ Ceiros smirked, crawling towards them. Let’s get this over with.
Vinisus ran a finger down Kahlia’s cheek, and Ceiros could tell that he was communicating with her mentally. No telling what he’d already told her since they’d started. But he’d guessed not much, since the both of them had mostly been talking. He watched as Vinisus picked her up by the tights, pressing her body against his. She wrapped her arms around his neck, whimpering. He soothed her by giving her a soft kiss on her forehead.
Aww.
Shut up.
Ceiros sat with his legs bent underneath him, preparing himself. Kahlia was suspended just above his lap, and when he signaled to Vinisus that he was ready (I’m ready.), he slowly lowered her onto him.
Ceiros hissed at the tightness. She definitely was not a virgin, but she wasn’t a damned slut either. This was going to be a noteworthy experience.
What are you grimacing about? Vinisus asked.
Just want you to know that she’s tight and f won wonderful, Ceiros thought with a perverted smirk.
I want to kill you for that. But I won’t, seeing as you’re of valuable use to me right now. But later I won’t be gentle with you at all. It was a good threat, except…
You know I like it rough. Ceiros winked, then suddenly inhaled sharply. Kahlia was fully impaled upon him. She leaned backwards against his chest, hands falling limply to her sides. Ceiros instinctively brought his hands up to meet hers, lacing his fingers between hers. He kissed along her spine to comfort her.
Are you ready to move?
Ceiros groaned mentally. God, I don’t think I can...
Vinisus’ eyes flashed. You have to!
I wasn’t being entirely serious. Lay off it. Ceiros tilted his head, moving his hips up a little. Kahlia gasped. What the hell’s gotten into you?
I suddenly feel as if you’re going to hurt her.
Ceiros shook his head. I won’t. No matter how much I enjoy this, I won’t be tempted to do anything against your expectations.
Vinisus smiled gently. Thank you.
Anytime. Ceiros said, and brought his and Kahlia\'s hands in front of them.
***
Kahlia felt like screaming, crying, and moaning all at once as Ceiros entered her. Though she wasn’t a virgin, he was bigger than what she’d been used to. She bit her lip as he began to move slowly inside of her.
She trembled, and was surprised when Vinisus kneeled in front of them both and stroked her hair soothingly, kissing her brow to make her feel better. Something about that action made her suddenly close her eyes.
Something inside her just seemed to break at that point. She began crying as Ceiros moved faster, but that wasn’t the reason. This feeling; this overwhelming sensation of kindness and sexuality hitting her at once overloaded. She began to breathe faster, face become matted with sweat and tears.
Vinisus wrapped his arms around her, pressing his body to hers, while delivering a long, searing kiss. Remember, He silently urged.
Kahlia threw her head back in a vehement scream, memories that didn’t belong to her came flooding into her mind. Somewhere, she felt Ceiros grunt and grip her waist tightly as he climaxed inside of her. She closed her eyes, seeming to fall back in an endless river of black…
The memories were so strong that they seemed like visual compilations that she could play repeatedly in her head. She saw a young, brown-headed little girl toddling along next to a long-haired man, hand in hand as they explored the sea shore together.
Another. The same man had a much older version of the girl propped on his lap as she sobbed continuously onto his shoulder.
Another. The man stands beside a pile of suitcases with the girl on the opposite side. They stand at a bus stop. As a bus pulls up, the girl grabs her luggage and boards the bus, but not until she has given the man a loving hug and a quick kiss on the cheek.
Another. The girl sits in a small room, alone, as she stares at the wall facing her. She cries silently, missing.
Another. The man sits at a large oak desk, unable to concentrate, until he picks up a telephone. He dials a number, waits, and hangs up, disgusted.
Another. The man cooks with a certain black-haired friend, and suddenly, the telephone rings. Looking suspicious, he picks it up, greeting the caller. His face suddenly contorts into a hard stone, and he drops the phone, summons his friend, and bolts from the house.
Another. The two men, silver dressed in black, black dressed in white, are standing at an open coffin, staring at the face inside. The girl lies with rose petals outlining her body, the red dress blending well. A single tear is she from both men, and the black-headed one closes the coffin silently.
The memories came a halt as she felt something sharp pricking her neck. Her eyes shot open, having closed before, and she opened her mouth in a silent scream as blood slides down her neck and into the awaiting mouth.
Kahlia falls limp against Ceiros, weeping softly as she is feed off of. She can feel another person inside her now, and fights to restrain the other. It is another Her that she has known for so long, but forgotten about. Her other self that she had denied since her mother had died…
Don’t fight her. Let her take over you.
Kahlia whimpered. No… what’s happening?
Listen to me! It was Vinisus. She could hear him more clearly now. Let her take over you. Now look at me.
She opened her eyes, not realizing that she’d closed them again. Vinisus was just before her. He stared at her, and she noticed with shock that his eyes were no longer the eerie green that they had once been, but had now changed into a piercing yellow.
“You’re a…” She found herself saying aloud.
“Yes. As was she.” He pressed his fingers just above her left breast. “And now, to return you to full recognition, you must drink from me.” He pulled his wrist up to his mouth, sunk his teeth in, and offered it to her.
“Trust me.”
Instinct that she’d never known she’d possessed took over her in a heartbeat. Kahlia leapt forth, seizing his wrist and sucking profusely at the blood that bubbled out. It tasted like everything good she’d ever tasted in her life. She moaned softly, blood leaking out of the corner of her mouth. Someone—perhaps Ceiros, who’d been silent—pressed lips to her chin, licking the excess blood.
Vinisus pulled back, and she whimpered, reaching for his hand. Chuckling, he shook his head, urging the wound to heal immediately. “Not too much. That should be enough for you.” He pressed his fingers to her forehead.
Sleep now.
It was more than just a command; she immediately felt tired. Her eyes slid closed, as she fell asleep between the two men who’d set her free.
***
Sunlight poked cautiously into the room the next morning. Vinisus groaned softly, opening one eye to survey hositosition.
A pleasantly surprising female face stared back at him serenely.
lia?lia?” He whispered.
She stared at him with uncertainty for a few moments, then smiled softly. “Vinisus. I remember… everything.” She closed her eyes. “Thank you.”
He returned the smile. “Thank Ceiros when he wakes up.”
“I’m awake, dammit.” Vinius heard from some vicinity behind him. Kahlia giggled softly, pulling the thick duvet closer to her chin.
Ceiros poked his head lazily over Vinisus’ upturned shoulder. “You owe me, little one.”
Vinisus reached up and delivered a gentle slap to the underside of Ceiros’ chin. “Leave her alone. She can’t help being reincarnated.”
Ceiros smiled evilly and did something that made Vinisus yelp in surprise. “But you can live up to your promise.”
Vinisus blushed, especially when Kahlia asked innocently, “What was the promise?”
***
The sun was once again setting, and Vinisus had roused once more, but was slightly disappointed that Ceiros and Kahlia seemed fast asleep for the time beiHe uHe uncoiled his arms from around Kahlia, slipped out from in between Ceiros’ arms, and padded downstairs.
He entered the kitchen, stunned to find that it was completely spotless. He’d remembered neglecting to clean it in the past month or so, ever since he’d sensed that he was getting closer and closer to finding Kahlia. But seeing it cleaned up made him wonder.
“Rei and I thought we’d help out a bit more.”
Vinisus turned, the voice coming from his dining room. He crossed his arms, followed by a raised eyebrow. “What have I told you about breaking into your Master’s house?”
Tatsu smirked, his hair concealing his eyes. “Was she the one?”
“Yes.” He said, and then sighed. “Finally.”
Tatsu smiled. “Relieved?”
“You’ve no idea.” He grunted. “I must say, I was getting sick of turning so many humans over that Ceiros has been doing the last few.”
Tatsu whistled. “And I thought you’d never get tired of it.”
Vinisus leaned back on one of his counters. “So what brings you here?”
Rising from his seat, Tatsu entered the kitchen. “What are you going to do with her?”
“Do?” Vinisus cocked an eyebrow. “She’s practically my daughter; I’m not going to do anything with her.”
Tatsu rolled his eyes. “I mean, what’s next? You’ve found her. You’re obviously going to let her stay here. Where’s she going to go?”
Vinisus dropped his gaze. He hadn’t really thought of that. Finding Kahlia again had been the main goal… as for her life after, would she want to return to what she’d had, or stay with him?
“She’ll go where she wants.” Vinisus lifted his head. “I cannot control what she does from here on in. I can only hope that she makes the right decision.”
Tatsu smiled. “You sound like a good father.”
Vinisus snorted. “A good father wouldn’t say something like that.”
Shaking his head, Tatsu turned, heading for an open window of the extensive dining room. “You forget, Master. I’ve had a father. And a bad one, at that.” He jumped swiftly onto the sill, crouching. “I only wished that my father cared half as much for me as you care for Kahlia.” He waved. “Be seeing you.” And with that, he dropped from the sill.
Vinisus smirked. “Yes, you’d certainly know, wouldn’t you, Tatsu?” He muttered.
“Talking to yourself again?”
Vinisus turned. Ceiros entered the kitchen, a towel wrapped around his shoulders. A showering was apparent. “You just missed Tatsu and Rei-chan.”
“Oh, poor me.” Ceiros mumbled, heading for the fridge immediately. His tone changed immediately when he spoke again, “Tell Rei I said hello next time you happen to see her.”
Vinisus gave him a sardonic grin. He knew that Ceiros felt rivaled by Tatsu, since they were both similar, physically and emotionally. Though Vinisus personally preferred Ceiros’ company for Tatsu, he wasn’t about to let that on to the long-haired man. He enjoyed the annoyed, covetous look that graced Ceiros’ features whenever Tatsu was mentioned. It was quite sexy.
Rei was another story. Vinisus couldn’t change her for one reason: she wanted to be a vampire simply because Tatsu was. They were very close, Rei and Tatsu, but declining her request was all that he could do. Ceiros had been home when he’d returned, asking him how his evening of hunting had gone. He explainedthe “dilemma,” and before he could stop him, Ceiros had bolted through the nearest open window. Vinisus learned later that he had escaped so enthusiastically was because of the mental image he’d pulled from Vinisus’ mind. He had found Rei to be absolutely beautiful. And in the end, Ceiros changed her. Though Vinisus had no control over the other man’s changelings, he still felt guilt for turning them both to damnation so early in their lives.
Ceiros slammed the refrigerator door angrily, snapping Vinisus from his reminiscence. “We’ve no food.”
“No human food.” Vinisus corrected sternly.
“Yeah, yeah, whatever.” Ceiros pulled the towel from his shoulders. “I have plans this evening.”
“Oh?”
“I’m going to a ball,” Ceiros smirked. “A palm reader informed me that at a formal event, I would take advantage of a suitable young bachelor.”
Vinisus rolled his eyes. “Please, if you rape him, change him. I don’t want a terrified human running around my house in the morning.”
“Don’t worry.” Ceiros smirked. “Want to join in?”
Vinisus chuckled. “Actually, no. I’m thinking of taking Kahlia out for a bit of remedial hunting.”
Ceiros shrugged. “Canrguergue with that. Hell, spend the next few weeks with her. I’m sure you want to get to know what her new body’s like.”
Vinisus’ lip twitched. “You sound jealous, Ceiros.”
He shrugged again. “I won’t deny that you’re about to spend a fun evening without me is rather disappointing, but I suppose I can’t do much about it.”
The silver-haired man walked forward, until he stood in front of Ceiros, who hackedcked instinctively into a counter. Ceiros was quite strong and powerful in his own mind, but Vinisus had been known to overpower him on more than several occasions. He gulped as Vinisus placed his arms on either side of the thin body, trapping Ceiros in place.
“Vinisus?”
“Want me to keep my promise I made earlier?” Vinisus asked, nuzzling into Ceiros’ ear. “Kahlia should sleep for another few hours.”
Ceiros became giddy. “Ooh… Shall we make a visit to the basement?”
“If you wish.” Vinisus purred, biting the soft flesh. “I’ll be your breakfast, lunch, and three course dinner.”
Ceiros arched provocatively, and Vinisus took the change of position as an opportunity to push him further onto the counter. Ceiros fisted Vinisus’ hair, groaning as the other man suckled on his stomach. “Vi…nisus…” He moaned. “Let’s go…”
“Of course,” Vinisus paused, giving a decisive nibble-and-lick to emphasize his next word, “pet.”
