You Make Me Nervous
Ch. 2: You Make Me Nervous
Zeil stood under the cold spray of the shower with his head leaning against the wall. He panted lightly, normally a cold shower would have calmed him down, but his time it didn’t. His hand moved over his erection with urgency and he groaned, why did Derrick to that? Just the thought of the green haired teen sent a shiver through his body and he moaned his lips touching the wet tiled wall. He wasn’t suppose to feel like this. He wasn’t suppose to think about Derrick touching him, kissing him, doing amazing things to him…
Zeil’s body shook as he reached his orgasm, his lips open in a silent moan. He leaned against the wall limply trying to calm himself. He cleaned himself off before turning off the water and stepping out of the shower to dry himself.
What was wrong with him? He never thought of Derrick in such a way so why was he so suddenly interested in him? Could it really be just because he had kissed him?
Zeil pulled on his pants and threw on a cotton white shirt, it was just ridiculous! Derrick had a girl friend so why would he be interested in him in the first place? Zeil opened the bathroom door and was about to step out when he froze in his spot.
There stood Derrick looking at him with an almost distant stare. Zeil blushed, had he heard him in the shower? He gulped down his fear and stared back. With out a word, Derrick moved to the side to let Zeil pass, his half opened eyes staring at him with an odd sort of knowing. Zeil stared at him for a moment before rushing off to go down stairs.
His heart was pounding as he went down stairs in search of his older brother, Shane. All of his friends were suppose to be gone so why was Derrick still there? Upon finding his ravened haired brother in the kitchen he rushed up to ask him why.
“Shane.” Zeil said getting his brothers attention.
Shane turned around and smiled at his brother, his green eyes twinkling, “Hey, you here to help me with dinner?”
His brother shoved some plates into his chest forcing him to hold them, “Well not really, I need to ask you a question.”
“First set those on the table.” Said his brother in a stern but soft tone.
Zeil frowned and did as his brother instructed. Ever since his parents left for their vacation, his brother had been more strict. Not that it was bad, but some times Zeil wished he would just be normal and let him do what he wanted. After setting three plates on the table, Zeil went back into the kitchen. “Can I ask you now?”
“Taste this first.” Said Shane as he shoved a spoon covered in soup into his brother’s mouth.
Zeil would have been upset, if it wasn’t for how amazing the soup had tasted. He took the spoon out of his mouth and moaned, “Shane that is amazing!”
His brother chuckled and began to turn off the burners on the stove. “So what was your question?”
Zeil licked his lips and frowned, “Why is Derrick here?”
Shane took the pot of soup and walked into the kitchen, Zeil following him, and placed the pot on the table. “His house is currently under construction. I think his parents wanted to add a room or something. Anyway, his parents are staying at his grandparents and I offered to let him stay for two weeks. I meant to tell you.”
“Oh, so where is he going to sleep?” Zeil asked as he followed his brother back into the kitchen to get some drinks.
“Well, I figured since Mom and Dad are away, that I’d sleep in their room and Derrick could sleep in mine.” Once again they made their way out of the kitchen and to the dinning room.
“You mean the room that is right next to mine?!” Zeil asked slightly annoyed and worried.
Shane put down the drinks and gave his brother an odd look, “What’s wrong with that?” At Zeil’s silence and the way his eyes looked away, Shane knew that his brother didn’t trust Derrick. “Listen, its not like he is going to do anything to you. You are just paranoid.”
Zeil glared at his brother, “Yeah, with good reason. The guy is weird!”
Just then, Derrick walked into the room. The dinning room became silent, with Zeil and Derrick in a sort of staring contest until his brother broke the tension.
“Shall we eat?” He said with a large smile. It broke the tension for a moment, but Zeil found himself silent through out the rest of dinner.
After dinner Zeil rushed to his room, ignoring his brother who asked him to help clean up. He could have Derrick help him. He went into his room and closed the door. After staring at the door for a moment, he decided on locking it. He walked over to his bed before flopping on it. He took a deep breath and let it out. Maybe he was being paranoid about Derrick, but there was something about him that made Zeil uneasy. He looked at his clock that read 9:54. If he took a small nap, by the time he woke up both his brother and Derrick would be asleep. Zeil grinned, and maybe he would be able to take a calming dip in the pool and happen to wear no clothes. He chuckled, it always seemed to cheer him up.

Zeil woke up later that night, slightly groggy, and looked at his clock. It was around 2:30 in the morning. Surely his brother and Derrick were asleep by now. He got up and stretched a bit before going to look out his window that faced the back yard. But when he pulled back the curtain his heart nearly stopped.
Zeil wouldn’t have minded his brother and Derrick swimming in the pool, but that wasn’t what they were doing in the pool. Their arms were touching each other, their lips were locked…
Zeil quickly let go of the curtain and turned away from the window. His heart ached and tears threatened to run down his face as anger welled up inside of him. What the hell was going on? Did Derrick just make out with whoever he wanted? He ran his hands through his red hair with frustration, and why did he care?!
“Damn it!” He yelled before leaving his room to take a hot shower.
Outside Derrick pulled away from Shane’s embrace, “I’m sorry about this.”
“Its fine. I understand really, but I don’t see how this is going to help you win my brother over.” Shane said with a sad smile.
Derrick laid his head on Shane’s shoulder, “It’s just, ever since Emma dumped me I haven’t had any…”
Shane pulled Derrick away from him so that he could look him in the eyes, “I said I understand.”
Derrick smiled, “Thank you.”
Shane chuckled as Derrick leaned forward and began to kiss and nip at his neck, “No problem. Just don’t get carried away.”
Derrick’s hand slipped between his friends legs making the other boy moan, “Don’t worry I won’t. But you can’t imagine how hard it was to resist him,” He rubbed his hand over Shane’s erection again, “after knowing what he did in the shower…”
Shane moved his hips against Derrick’s hand, “Fuck…”
“Exactly my point.” Said Derrick huskily before he continued to jerk off his friend.
By the time Zeil was dried off and back in his room, he heard Derrick and Shane enter the house. He quickly locked his door and stayed quiet in hopes of them thinking he was still asleep. He heard them in the hall and he tried to listen in.
“I can’t tell him my secret!” Derrick said in a whispered yell.
“Why not?”
Derrick sighed, “Why do you think Emma dumped me in the first place? I tried to tell her and she thought I was making up some crazy story.”
“Your going to have to tell him eventually.”
“You and I are the only two people who know about my secret, Shane…” Derrick said something else but he whispered it so low and with such sadness that Zeil couldn’t catch what he said.
“Give him some time.” Said Shane with his usual encouragement. “Now get some sleep.”
“Good night, Shane.” Derrick responded.
Zeil listened and heard his brother walk off but he hadn’t heard Derrick move yet. His heart started to pound quickly. Did he know he was awake? Just when he thought he was going to go insane in the silence, he heard Derrick walk off to his brother’s room where he closed the door.
Zeil walked to his bed and sat down. What was this secret that Derrick had that was so bad that it broke him and Emma up? And why was he with Shane in the pool? It didn’t make sense to him what was going on, but he was going to find out. He had two weeks in order to figure it all out. That was enough time, right?
