The visit
Chapter 2: The Visit
Again silently I thought to myself, “What’s wrong with me.” Although I didn’t know it their truly was something wrong with me. This wasn’t right. I felt like I wanted to kill Brown not fuck him. Why did I get a hard on? This makes no since.
Suddenly I heard a noise like a echoing from a distance. It was…nice. It sounded like a beautiful voice, one which like I’d never heard in my life. “What the fuck,” I slammed on the brakes. There was a figure in a black robe right in front of the car. I felt woozy then I blacked out.
I woke up in a place I didn’t recognize. It was what looked like to be a dark corridor with five black figures standing in front of me. I heard a voice, “Come to me my child, come and receive your gift.” “Who are you?” I screamed. “I am the night mother my child,” whispered the voice in his head. “I have sent my child, your brother, to bring you home,” Whispered the night mother.
Then one of the guys in black robes approached me saying, “If you wish for us to call you family seek out the person who resides in Lenore by the name of Ezra Brewer. Approach him saying “the night mother calls me.” He will ask, “What is the color of the night?” Then you will answer, “Sanguine my brother.” Then he will lead the way.”
I nodded in return. For once I would be accepted into a true family, and maybe, someone could answer my questions on why these strange urges are happening? Then the voice in my head called the night mother spoke saying, “Awake my child.” Then all the sudden I blacked out again.
