chapter 2

I was biting my nails until there was nothing left to chew on. I had forbidding feeling. My father is due home any moment. I started passing back and forth. I heard the sound of my father’s old pick up driving up to the house and stop. Then I heard the first door open. I could hear my parents talking but I couldn’t make out what they were saying. I know it was about me because after they stop talking my father was unlocking my door. My father was a big man who looked older then he true age. He looked furious. I want to run away but I can’t.
"Your mother told me what you did” he said in a cold voice. He stepped into the room and I step back. I heart almost stop when I looked into his eyes.
“I said I was sorry and I promise to never” I started to said. I was cut because my father hand hit me in the face.
“This is the last straws Jinx, you need to learn our places” he said. I could taste blood in my mouth. I was looking at the floor because I couldn’t at look him.
“You pissed me and your mother to many time to count” he said. He graded me and made me look at him.
“I hate to do this because I was teach to never hit a girl or women but you give me not choices” said. I felt his fist hit me in the side. At the same time I heard something snap and I was having difficulty breathing. He hit me in my face again. Tear started to come to my eye and I was in a lot of pain. I didn’t know how I was still standing. I heard my door open and I saw my mother walk in. She shut the door behind her and she had a smile on her faces. She also was laughing a plight.
“Stop you’re fucking crying you stupid bitch” said my mother. That the last thing I remember because I black out from the pain. I woke up an hour later and I was on the floor. My whole body hurt. I didn’t move until the door open. I thought it was my dad coming back for more. I sat up with a moan and then I saw it was blade. He saw me on the floor.
“Shit” he said. Blade walked to me. I most look bad.
“Will you help me to my bed?” I asked. He gentle lifted me up and carried me to my bed. He places me on it. He covered me with the blanket.
“Jinx please don’t upset then again, I don’t want you to died because I wouldn’t forgive myself if anything happen to you” he pled to me.
“Blade I don’t mean it” I said. I started to weep heavily. Blade pulled me into an embrace. My parents had success broken my sprite. That is worst then a millions deaths. I was utterly alone. I felt cold even though I was covered by a blanket and my brother’s arms. I started to drift off to sleep with one last thought will anyone save me?
