Alone

sometimes
you touch me and my
blood
like water
turns to ice
i feel thin and cold and insubstantial
and i hate myself for leaving you
desirous
all alone.

sometimes
you touch me and my
blood
like water
boils
i can't think and i know you'd be for me
if only i told you what i want
and i'm alone.

sometimes
there is just emptiness
all alone.
