Re: Heat

I enjoyed this poem a lot. It gets the juices flowing right from the start.
Your choice of words and constructed sentences
cause the breath to rapidly increase
and then slowly dissapate after the last word is read.
My favorite lines are;

if you're truly silent
you can hear the sizzle of rational thought
against the heat of my blood
my body burns
and you are my fuel

Nicely Done!

Confession is awesome, Panic is superb. I love the air of mystery,

"I know you're there
so close I could almost feel your breath"

"I would bring you closer"

"if i let you see anymore of me
you might just stay forever"

These are great lines, you've captured my imagination and left me intrigued.

Oi! Nice, nice...the first one is done in a...less traditional? Poem set-up. But it tells a story that makes sense with only a few words...(a nice talent you have that I tend to lack xD). The second one's more regular...but I like it as well...especially 'cause I can really relate to that feeling. Like...my first boyfriend was like that. One instant....I'd be so happy around him, and I'd never want to leave...and the next it'd all feel so wrong, and I'd hate him and...yeah. But see...I describe it like that...and you get to put in a pretty, intelligent format. xD I like both o' 'em. If I had to pick a favorite....I like the second. I like to be able to relate, it really adds to the experience.

Other'n that! Chao! (Oh yes, chao...cause I've made it my word...and the rest of the world can be wrong! Whahaha! *cough* Sorry...now I've made the review look ridiculous...:gonk: xD)
