Chapter Two

They start to dance apart from each other in perfect rhythm and move there hips back and forth and then let there legs do slight pops every now and then, when the music started to gain speed Max and Mandie gave a look that said ‘lets show em what were made of’ Mandie then ran at Max did 3 flips and ended up with her back to him and as soon as she landed that he picked her up and flipped her over him and then she ran and went through his legs backwards, he pulled her up and they began to dance around until he did a back flip then a front flip and was picked up by Mandie and they ended with Max sitting on Mandie’s shoulders.

The street crew just stood there with there mouths hanging open obviously surprised at the raw talent these ‘street lovers’ had. Amanda and Max where laughing at each other as the two other dancers approached with one thought in there minds ‘these kids have what it takes to be the best of the best and they obviously don’t have a home just by looking at there clothes they probably don’t even get to eat everyday’. Once they where in front of the two they spoke “You guys are good real good,” at that point the monk had pulled out 100$ and was handing it to Max. Let’s just say at that moment Mandie’s mouth fell to the floor and she asked one question. “Why are you giving us 100$ cash it’s not like this was a street crew or membership run?” the girl smiled at her, “we are giving you the money because you could become street pro’s at the drop of a hat.” And with that the two that had changed there lives forever turned to leave. The leader of the crew ‘Cold Heart’ walked up to us as we where leaving and spoke only one word “follow” At first they just looked at the man with a stupid face until the one girl from before moved forwards and answered softly “he means join us and help us become the best of the best and win street crew dance offs and by the way my name is Samantha but everyone calls me slayer.”

Max just looked at Mandie ‘wow this would be so good for Amanda she loves to dance and she could really use the money if we are lucky she can still get into a good high school’ with that thought Max looked at Amanda and said “this is Amanda and I am Max.” then turning to Amanda he said “ Mandie this is a good idea the worst that can happen is we are back on the streets again lets get a taste of what it would be like to be in a real crew and people we can call our friends.” “I don’t know Max it could be dangerous if the cops find us we will never see each other again and well I just don’t think I could live in this world if you weren’t right by my side. But if you think it’s the best idea then... Then let’s do this.”

The girl who called herself Samantha smiled and said “welcome to our ‘family’” I couldn’t believe what I heard they wanted some street smart kids on there crew to fight for the master of the hood’ that was just so much Mandie’s eyes must have been as big as tea cups. As they fell into the back of the crew and started to walk somewhere unknown to the newbie’s well they where walking Samantha AKA Sam for short walked back to them and started to tell them just what the crew was all about.

When they got to the club Max and Mandie stopped dead in there tracks. ‘We can’t go in there we are only young teens there is no way they are going to let us into this sweet club.’ Max looked up at the title of the club ‘The Bloody Fang’ he made a sick face and looked up to see that the rest of the group was at the door already. As he and Mandie got to the door the well toned man stopped them “And where do you think your going kiddies?”
They just looked at each other “We are with “The Cartoon Breakers.” He said matter a factly. The man laughed and turned to Sam “hey slayer, are these street rejects with you?” that’s when they herd it the uncontrollable laughter from everyone around them it was so horrible and embarrassing. What really surprised them was when Sam came over and hit the man on the head and said coldly “you better fucking apologize to these two because they are with the crew and you sure as hell better respect them or I will have your head.” All the two teens could do was laugh quietly at the poor mans expense. The two walked into the club and to the rest of the waiting crew that was already on the dance floor well one rep from the group went and gave the DJ there music and when the song began to play everyone backed off the floor and gave it to the crew so Max and Mandie moved off the floor as well because they had no clue what the crew was about to pull off. Slayer saw this and whispered into cold’s ear “let these new crew members show these people that they are better then they think.” With that said coldhearted raised his hand and the music was paused and a mic was given to him. “Hey my rocking friends we just got two new members to our rocking group and we would like to show you just what they are made of so please enjoy the dancing styles of Max and Amanda!”
