No Such Thing as Magic

Hi eveyone! This isn’t a real chapter because “No Such Thing as Magic” is a one-shot kinda deal, but the following is for everyone who replied to my story:

First off: THIS IS NOT AN ACCOUNT OF MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, a lot of you guys seemed to think so, but it wasn’t. I intended to make it sound this way, but to all my reviewers who seemed apologetic or scared, this is something that is BASED and embellished on what my first time, as well as those of my friends, was like. Infact, Sydney is a completely fictional character.

O.o you\'d swear she was the same age as her boyfriend, the age 18 or 19 but looks are deceiving. Anyways your story was an interesting read and it humored me.

My response: I’m not a whore because I had pre-marital sex, I’m glad everything was beautiful for you, don’t be bitchy to the majority of us whose first times sucked. Thank you for the review, glad you enjoyed it.

My response: it’s NOT pathetic, there are a lot of girls out there in the same situation as you, I’m friends with many of them, be proud girl. THANK YOU for commenting on my writing, it is honestly the most rewarding feeling when a reviewer does so, and in some ways it was based on my first experience (unfortunately), but the majority was not (*whew*).

what you wrote: My experience was similar. The big \'V\' was something I had wanted to get rid of but I had the expectations that it was going to be some great thing for me. I was so disappointed. He plowed in and kept right on going for about 10 minutes then it was over. I lay there thinking \'was that it? Who the hell wants to do that?\'

If I\'m ever asked for advice on the subject I will tell them to wait. I threw something precious away and I believe that any man would truly cared about me would have taken more time and care. He would not have been so selfish and it would have been more enjoyable.

Keep your chin up though. I finally found someone great, we waited till it was right for both of us and the sex now is just what I imagined. My prince has arrived.

what you wrote: I have been reading different stories, from the actors/etc. movies original and other categories, and this is the first one that I have replied too. I\'m not sure why I chose to read it, probably because I can relate to the \"no such thing as magic\" going on the first time.

the first time it even came close to happening, the guy was so drunk he couldn\'t do much of anything (alcohol supposedly inhibits a man\'s arousal and with what he consumed, i\'m not surprised) so after a lot of fumbling around with clothes (although he knew how to get mine off pretty fast and i\'m a quick learner myself) it ended with him sleeping next to me while i bit my lip to try and stop myself from shouting at him to finish what he started... glad to get rid of that one in the sexual sense. although he was a good thing to fool around with on the foreplay front... passed some boring hours with him quite nicely.

The first guy I wanted to tear the clothes off happened to be sitting in his truck with me in my driveway and i realized that if my parents looked out their window (they *WERE* probably asleep, but still...) they\'d see everything, so i recoiled and the dumbshit said something that I took offense to (although i know he meant it in a \"damn that was good\" way) so i got out of there still fully clothed. If he hadn\'t said the wrong thing, we woulda driven somewhere and he\'d be a happy man today... poor guy, hell... poor me...

after that, well... they have been a lot better but still... the worst thing about the first time is not knowing what to do. there is that \"am i doing this right?\" floating around... I had to chuckle at your story, just because of my own experiences... thought you might enjoy a laugh at another person\'s pathetic first time. :-)

My response: I’m honored that you chose to review me, makes me fell all fuzzy inside. And I DID enjoy a good laugh from that. Hope your sex life took a turn for the better.

I haven\'t lost my virginity yet (even though I\'m 18, never had a real relationship or kiss etc. so yeah I\'m a loser :P) cause I\'m saving it for the right time and guy; but judging from your reviewers and fic it seems to be dissapointing for a girls first time. Which I think sucks, I\'m in the stage thinking its going to be sweet and memorable but most people are saying its gonna suck, this and that. The only differences between my own experience and your (frankly awesome!) fic were:

- The guy and I were in love,
- He insisted on making me come before we actually consummated our relationship (awkward in itself, in a way...), and
- I hadn\'t \"popped my own cherry\", and was in pain during the entire act. My boyfriend also chose the moment when he first broke through my hymen to tell me that he had a phobia of blood, particularly other peoples\', and asked if I\'d mind not bleeding on him too much. That lightened up the situation somewhat, until I realised that he was being perfectly serious.

We\'re now married, though, so I guess we did SOMETHING right. But anyways, 10/10 for your fic! It\'s one of the most real-without-being-OTT fics on this site, and in the immortal words of Homer Simpson... \"It\'s funny because it\'s true\". Excellent job!

My response: oh my god! I’m some ones hero? COOL! That line was actually something I added in later after I was talking to my sister about her boyfriend.
