Jinrai,

I appreciate your letter of apology and do accept it.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> I see that Jinrai is not your real name as
well. I am interested to know why your
parents chose the name Seiyoku. It is
synonymous with vampires, has been since my creation. Koshi sends his regards, is still a little upset after what
happened but understands your previous situation. I know all too well what it’s like to be under someone’s boot
heal, having been as such myself.

You interest me Jinrai and that is something that works
well in your favor. You are a good
actor, if what you wrote is true, it would be interesting to sit down and speak
with you, have an actual conversation.
I’m sure you have plenty of questions, as do I.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> If you are willing I would like some information
on the Assembly, of course you don’t have to tell me anything if you don’t want
to. I understand how betraying
someone’s confidence can be detrimental to one’s health.

You seem an honest enough man, I am curious about this
Sakkaku as well. I take it that she is
the woman who accompanied you. From
your letter I see that you do not care for her much. I wonder why that is? I
do not doubt your reasoning, from what little I know of her I do not care for
her myself. Her attitude leaves little
to be desired. You on the other hand
are fascinating. You said that if you
could have you would have removed the seal yourself; I take it that Sakkaku
stopped you from doing so. Women can be
rather stubborn at times; they like to have their own way.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> I mean no offence to them but have had bad
experiences in the past, which I will not go into detail in a letter.

If you desire a meeting we can do so on neutral
ground. I do not want you to feel
uncomfortable, bring whom you will and name the place and time.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> It is up to you of course but I would enjoy
that very much. Perhaps I can even be
of assistance to you or you could repay me for what happened.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> I do not expect it; I don’t mean to sound as
if I do.

Koshi speaks of you often, about his time with, as he puts
it, Jinrai and that woman. He doesn’t
seem to like Sakkaku either. To my
understanding you treated him well and I appreciate that.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> I know that he does as well.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> He really is a gentle soul.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> There are things that he has told me that I
do not approve of, mostly things that she did but there was one thing that
stands out in my mind that you did.
Stopping him from licking his wounds.
I realize that you are human and it cannot be helped, but it is his
nature. I know what you were trying to
accomplish and trust me, you succeeded, but that act is what helps an
un-awakened or undeveloped vampire to heal.
It is a natural occurrence.

I have
