Attraction

Co-written by Aya

Daisuike and Fuji were soon joined by Tatsuya again who was slightly buzzed from having found more beer. Daisuike wasn’t sure if it was a good thing or not and was trying to think of a way to distract him. "Ne Tatsuya, have you met my brothers yet? I'll have to introduce you to them. You and Akira would probably get along pretty good."

"Oh! No! I wanna meet them!" Tatsuya bounced off the hood of the car he’d been sitting on, going to Daisuike and tugging at his sleeve, "I like meeting new people! It's fun!" He giggled then sighed tugging at his own jacket, "Too hoottt!!" He whined unzipping the jacket to reveal the tight sleeveless shirt. Holding the jacket around his elbows he smiled at Daisuike.

"Ready!"

"Come on, I can see Jiro and Haru from here." Daisuike patted Tatsuya's head and started to lead him over to them. Haru was uncharacteristically relaxed looking, lounging in one of the chairs with his shirt open a few buttons, soft drink in hand. Jiro was standing next to him chatting with one of the mechanics.

"Jiro, Haru, I'd like you to meet one of Ruka's friends."

"Hi, I'm Tatsuya~" Tatsuya smiled staring at Haru and Jiro rocking back and forth as he looked them over. Turning to look at Daisuike he smiled, "You didn't say your brothers were hot. I can see the family resemblance though."

Daisuike smiled wondering what Jiro and Haru were thinking. Haru was pointedly looking Tatsuya over which surprised him a bit, though Tatsuya was extremely cute.

"Nice outfit. Reminds me of the stuff Akira wears on stage."

Jiro glanced at Haru before turning to Tatsuya smiling, "Nice to meet you Tatsuya. Always nice to meet Ruka's friends."

Ruka sighed, "Once the lap is finished. . . It's important." Ruka decided to go silent after that as they came around and finished the lap. Driving to his parking spot he stopped the car then looked at Akira seriously as he unbuckled.

"Akira. . . What would you say if I asked to marry your brother?"

Akira stared at Ruka for a moment then yanked the helmet off thinking he'd heard wrong.

"Wait! What?"

Ruka flinched. Akira sounded shocked and appalled but he really wanted Akira's acceptance. Staring at his hands he picked at his sleeve.

"I- . . . I wanted to know what you'd think if I asked for your brother to marry me. . ." His voice was softer, afraid to hear his response.

Akira stared at the helmet in his lap. "You are going to ask Suke to marry you?"

He looked over at him. "Can you do that? I-I mean is it even legal?"

"I really want to ask him. I've done research and we can do it, though it's entirely harder to do for same sex couples but it's possible." Lowering his head again he sighed. Akira didn't seem totally against it, though he didn't exactly sound thrilled.

"I've asked Jiro and he's given his blessing saying he'd sign the papers if we wanted to get married before Daisuike was an adult but. . ." Lifting his head, he stared at Akira, "I really wanted to ask you. You're extremely close to Daisuike and- Akira, I love your brother. He makes me happier than I've been in my entire life. I love your brother so much Akira. I've never felt this kind of love before, not even for Sono and he saved me from killing myself."

Tugging at the seatbelt he stared forward for a moment, then glancing at Akira out of the corner of his eye, "I would really like your approval and blessing on this Akira, but I understand if you don't give it to me."

Akira sat there for a while staring at the helmet. "If you guys get married then Suke will come to live with you won't he. I mean he pretty much already lives there but . . ."

He sighed fiddling with the chin strap on the helmet. "I knew you guys were pretty serious I just didn't realize you were this serious."

He looked over at Ruka. "Are you really sure you are ready for this? I know you love him, but do you really know him that well? Has he told you anything about what we went through with our mother? What about his work? How is it going to be in the future when he comes home beaten and bloody like I've seen him? What are you going to do then? And what about you? How much does he really know about you? Three months is a short time to get to know someone well enough to say you want to spend the rest of your life with them."

***

Tatsuya smiled coyly seeing how Haru was looking at him. He was always working even with the beer in his system and he bit his bottom lip a bit as his thumb hooked into his belt loop.

"Ano, it's nice to meet Daisuike's brothers? Eto. . ." His voice became a bit cutesy as he smiled at Daisuike his eyes flickering to Haru for a split second, "Who's Akira? What's his outfit like? Is it cute?"

"Ano, did you watch the band at all. Akira was the one with the purple hair playing guitar. His outfit is similar to yours. He's the youngest of the four of us-ano where is he?" Daisuike looked around seeing that the rest of the band was making their way toward them.

"Dunno." Haru glanced at him then back over at Tatsuya. "You live in Kobe, Tatsuya? You should come by my bar sometime."

"Mmm, I live in Kobe. Where is your bar?" He smiled softly moving a bit closer to Haru but still staying near Daisuike's side. Turning his head he looked over seeing the band coming towards them and he blinked. Wow. . . The band was definitely. . . nice. If Akira's outfit was anything close to theirs he was going to be in heaven.

"Who are they? The band? What band? Do they play in Kobe?" Smirking softly he pulled the jacket back on more, zipping up it mostly fluffing the collar a bit and petting the fake fluffy fur.

Daisuike grinned. "That is Bloody Agony, well minus Akira. The blond is Ito Ryuunosuke, the lead singer. The tall red head is Miyaki Sora. The little guy is Yabuki Hasu. The pissed off looking guy that Ito is hanging all over is their body guard Kenta."

He leaned down at bit his voice lowering so that only Tatsuya could hear him, "Hasu is only 15 and Sora is very, very protective of him."

"But he's so cute~!" Tatsuya whispered then bounced forward smiling at them all. "Hi! I'm Tat-chan!" He giggled looking at all of them, "I'm one of Ruka's friends!" Looking at them all he then looked at Hasu smiling.

"You're so adorable!" He giggled bouncing to Hasu, flinging his arms around his neck hugging him close. He smelled really good too. Who cared if he was only 15? Not like he was that much younger than he was, but he was too damn cute!

Daisuike shook his head smiling seeing Hasu's eyes widen as he blushed. Sora looked like he didn't know if he wanted to hit Tatsuya or cuddle them both. It was pretty cute, especially since Hasu was wearing his tight little midriff baring jacket and low riding pants, showing off his perfectly defined abs. They made quite the picture really.

"Now we just need Akira here and we will have a matching set of pretty boys." Daisuike looked over at Haru startled by the comment.

***

Ruka sat there, a bit stunned to hear Akira talk like that. It kind of stung too, but the truth hurt usually. He didn't know much about Daisuike, aside from the things he'd learned and was told. Daisuike would rarely talk about his mother and he usually stayed far away from the subject of his job. Then again Ruka didn't talk about his family or the things he'd done in the past. Was three months really enough time to get to know someone enough to marry them?

It didn't matter though to Ruka. He knew what Daisuike did for a living, had seen him bloody and bruised and broken and he was willing to wait until he wanted to-if ever-talk about the things he'd held inside.

"It doesn't matter to me Akira. I know what your brother does for a living, how he'll come home battered and broken- I've seen it. Maybe not as much as you have, but I have seen it and it doesn't stop me from loving him. It hurts, I'll admit it, but I love him too much to let something like that stop us." Lifting his head some he stared at the steering wheel.

"About your mother. . . It is a subject that is hard for him, probably hard on all of you, but I'm willing to be patient and wait until the time comes for him to be able to talk about it with me. I'm sure there are things that people want to keep inside for as long as possible, trying to hide it. I know I did with when I tried to kill myself. I didn't want Daisuike to know something so. . . so dark about myself." Lowering his gaze again he then looked at Akira.

"I love your brother more than I have ever loved anyone in my entire life and I will risk my life for him. He has already risked his for mine and I know that I want to be with him for the rest of my life." Staring at the younger boy, he then remembered his earlier concern.

"I won't take Daisuike from you Akira. If we do marry, we'll think of something. Your family means far too much for me to break it up like that. If anything I'll just move in with you guys and sleep on the floor with Daisuike." He smiled softly. "I swear to you Akira, I will not take Daisuike from you. I love him, but I also love this family too."

Akira sat there for a while thinking about everything Ruka had said. It was odd to think that the normally happy person he saw had at one time tried to kill himself. But then again, so had he. He knew how much Daisuike helped him after juvie, dealing with all the problems he'd had adjusting.

He looked over at Ruka unbuckling and turning in his seat so he could face him. "I'm sorry if I sounded harsh Ruka, but . . . when you've grown up in a family like mine you tend to think everything could fall apart at any moment. If you want to marry Daisuike, then ask him. You both deserve to be happy and nothing has ever made him as happy as you do. I'm not sharing a room with you guys though."

He smiled and leaning over gave Ruka a quick hug before opening his door and sliding out.

"You'll make a great sister-in-law."

Ruka sat there for a moment. Did he just say yes? Sister-in-Law? Who the hell cared if he was just teased! Akira said yes!! Scrambling out of the car he moved around tackling Akira and picking him up hugging him tightly.

"Thank you Akira. You have no idea how much this means to me. I swear I'll make your brother the happiest person in the world. But don't worry, we won't have sex while you're sleeping. I'll take him to a love hotel for that so you can sleep in peace." He smiled setting him down jittery and shaky from joy.

"Let's go see your brother. Don't say anything though okay? I haven't even given hints yet about this. . ."

Akira rolled his eyes and adjusted his outfit. "Crazy weirdo. Come on."

He could see Sora from where they were. As they got closer he could see Sora talking to someone he didn't recognize. Well, it wasn't like he recognized hardly anyone here anyway.

Daisuike walked by Haru taking Hasu to show him where the food was and was surprised to hear him mutter something about not having a chance once the band showed up. He stopped and looked at his brother.

"What did you say?"

"What? I didn't say anything."

Daisuike let it go. Hasu was tugging on his arm trying to get him to move.

"Common Suke!"

"Alright, alright let's go." He'd figure out what was up with Haru later.

Ruka laughed softly and blinked seeing Tatsuya with Sora. Sighing he rolled his eyes rubbing his face. Tatsuya was pulling his charms again. Spotting Daisuike heading away he smiled at Akira, "I'm going to go talk to your brother. Be careful." He patted him before quickly running off to join Daisuike and Hasu at the food area.

Tatsuya smiled softly glancing behind Sora to see Akira. He blinked slowly, staring. That must be Akira. "Is that Akira?" Seeing Sora turn and nod he smiled softly. They weren't lying when they said he was beautiful.

"Excuse me for a moment. . ." Tatsuya smiled walking past Sora towards Akira smiling brightly.

"Hi. I'm Tat-chan, one of Ruka's friends. You're Dai-kun's brother, ne!?"

Daisuike shook his head. At the rate Hasu was going there wasn't going to be any food left and Masa would cry. He was going to need to order more food brought in. He hadn't thought it would go quite this quickly.

"Slow down Hasu."

Ruka smirked, seeing Daisuike's back to him walking up behind him and slowly wrapping his arms around his waist, moving his lips to his ear, "There's so much food here, but you know what I'd rather eat?" He smirked licking the shell of his ear slowly, kissing behind it. He grinned more.

"You. . ." He could just imagine himself putting Daisuike onto one of the tables and taking him, the urge far too strong. He wanted him so badly that he was already getting hard from it.

Daisuike shivered and leaned back against Ruka turning his head slightly to look up at him. He kissed his cheek smiling, before glancing to see where Hasu was. "Shh, don't need Hasu over hearing that, Ruka. Who did you take for a ride around the track?"

Ruka chuckled softly really tempted to talk louder and say some pretty dirty things, but Daisuike and everyone else would kill him for corrupting the little drummer. Smiling he nuzzled his cheek against Daisuike's.

"Akira. I'm sorry but I think I got your brother liking to race. When I asked if he was ready for the hairpin turn he was bouncing and yelling like a kid ready for an amusement park. Don't worry though, I made him wear the helmet."

Daisuike shook his head turning so he could look at Ruka. "That's fine. He's not got many things outside of his music that he enjoys. Ne Hasu, you alright in here for now I think Ruka and I are going to go on back outside."

He got a pair of chopsticks waved at him. "That boy would definitely give Masa a run for his money when it comes to eating."

"I think so too, though I'd love to see them compete against each other. Make a load of money on bets." He grinned dragging Daisuike with him, "Come on. Lets go save your brother before Tatsuya gets to him. I probably shouldn't have left him alone with the band. I saw him with Sora last." Ruka groaned softly. He just hoped everything went okay.

"Oh, yeah that might be a good idea." Daisuike was still wondering what to think of Haru's comment. "As odd as it sounds I think Haru was a little jealous when the band showed up and took all the attention."

***

Akira grinned at him. "Hai! I'm Akira. Cool outfit. You look like you fit right in with us. Did you enjoy the concert?"

"Ah. . . Thank you." He smiles stepping closer, "Yeah, it was pretty wicked. I couldn't see it too well from where I was, but I enjoyed what I heard. Your guitar skills are pretty amazing." He tilted his head looking Akira smiling. "I really like your outfit. . ."

Akira looked down pulling at the jacket, "Yeah, Ryuu designs all of our outfits. Though I don't really like the lace up shorts. The fans seem to like them a lot though. That and I hate wearing platforms, but if I don't . . . well it looks kind of funny."

"Mmm, yeah. It might. I wear platforms from time to time myself when I need a bit of height." Stepping closer Tatsuya smile tilting his head and looking up at Akira, a soft playful smile on his lips.

"I really like the lace up shorts myself. You look hot in them." The smile turned a bit more seductively than playful, "Do I look good too?"

"Ano, thanks. You do look good. Not too many guys can wear shorts like that and look good doing it." He looked around, "I'm going to go sit, my feet are killing me and I can't wait to get these shoes off. So do you race too?"

"Ah. . ." Tatsuya blushed lightly at his words before following him to sit down, "Yeah I race too. I drive a Mitsubishi Eclipse GT." As Akira sat down Tatsuya rocked back and forth watching as he removed the shoes.

"I can take out you sometime if you'd like. . ." Once the shoes were removed, Tatsuya sighed sitting down next to him. He couldn't help it anymore. The guy was entirely too pretty and extremely sexy and he really just wanted to take him into a dark corner and get him off. He bet he looked beautiful when he came.

"Ne, Ah-kun?" As Akira turned his head to look at Tatsuya, he smiled reaching forward to touch the side of his face and leaned forward kissing him. It wasn't a long kiss, but it wasn't very short either.

"Would you like to spend some quality time with me?"

Akira blinked shocked at what had just happened. The guy was really cute and sweet and Akira didn't want to hurt his feelings. "An-ano, I'm sorry Tatsuya but I have a girlfriend."

He jumped startled as he heard Haru start cussing and turned to see him storming off.

***

Ruka smiled holding Daisuike close as they walked, seeing the group ahead of them. He really hoped nothing bad happened but knowing Tatsuya, he probably did something like normal. The poor guy just didn't understand things. Ruka knew why, but no one else did. Not like he'd ever explain it to them anyways. It wasn't their business.

"Fuck. I think I gotta do some damage control. . ."

Daisuike frowned seeing Haru headed off in the opposite direction. He wondered what could have happened and if it had anything to do with Tatsuya. As he got closer he saw that it most likely did.

"Oh, that's not good."

Ruka sighed, "Do you want me to go talk to your brother? It kind of looks like Akira is handling Tatsuya pretty well on his own." He really didn't want to go talk to Haru but he might as well ask what he thought about him marrying Daisuike. He probably should really do that.

***

Tatsuya blinked, looking back seeing Haru leaving and Sora staring at them. Turning back to Akira he tilted his head to the side, his eyes wide not entirely sure why he had declined the offer, "So?"

Standing up he took Akira's hands smiling happily, "Come on! I know a spot! Let's go!" He bounced a bit in place excited.

Akira got to his feet and smiled softly, this was reminding him a bit of an incident when he'd been incarcerated. He wondered if he could handle this situation better. "I really appreciate the offer Tatsuya and you are very cute, but I don't want to upset Reiko." He leaned as close as he dared lowering his voice. "Besides, I think there might be other people interested in you and I don't want to cause any problems."

"Oh. . ." Tatsuya looked down, a slight blush on his cheeks from Akira's compliment. It was a bit different than most guys saying he looked good. Akira was really sweet and he seemed to honestly mean it. "I understand. The offer's there though! If you don't wanna cause trouble in the band, we can always just have a three-way." He lifted his head smiling brightly at Akira, kissing him on the cheek gently.

"You're really cute and sweet Ah-kun!" Bouncing away he headed towards Sora smiling up at him. Sora was a lot different than Akira, a bit more intimidating and he was probably big, though it didn't really matter much honestly. At least if he had done it with Akira he would've been on equal grounds somewhat.

"Ne! Are you busy?" He rocked back and forth, his hands in his jacket pockets swinging from side to side.

***

"That might not be a bad idea actually. He probably won't tell me anything anyway." Daisuike watched as Tatsuya walked over to Sora. "I probably need to rein Sora in anyway."

He gave Ruka a quick kiss on the cheek before heading toward Sora. He knew Sora's reputation with the groupies and wasn't about to let him get out of hand this weekend

Ruka nodded kind of sad he missed out on asking Haru, but he got the most important person's approval- Akira's. Following Daisuike he sighed seeing Tatsuya pulling all his cutesy charms.

"Tatsuya."

"Ru-kun!" Tatsuya whirled around happily spotting the man coming up with Daisuike, "Dai-kun!" He smiled winking at Sora before running off and pouncing Ruka clinging to him.

"Hello there. What are you planning?"

"I was gunna go have fun with Sora!" Tatsuya smiling clinging to Ruka more looking back at Sora. "He's fun! And big! And tall and-"

"Yes yes, but I really don't think you should be playing with Sora."

"Why not. . ." He looked down sad. Ruka sighed patting his head. He really didn't want to try and explain that people tended to get the wrong idea about him if he kept doing that around strangers.

"Just. . . Why don't you go find Masa?"

"But Sora said-"

"Tat-chan. . ."

"Okie. . ." He sniffled some, waving at Sora before bouncing off to find the hungry driver.

Looking over at Sora, Ruka sighed, "Sorry about that Sora."

Sora crossed his arms and leaned on the car behind him looking put out. Akira sighed and walking over to him kicked him in the shin raising an eyebrow at him.

"Get over it pervert."

"Tch, I'm not the one who stomped off like some pissy bitch."

"OI! That's enough Sora. Just cause you're a little pent up doesn't mean you can act like that."

Sora ducked his head, "I'm sorry, Daisuike. It's just . . . sorry I was out of line."

"Speaking of the pissy bitch I should go find Haru and make sure he's not breaking something." Daisuike looked around wondering where he might have went.

"I'll go find him, Daisuike, spend time with your brother and his friends." Walking over to Sora he smiled touching his shoulder lightly leaning close. He wasn't sure how he was going to react, but he might as well clear the air a bit. Lowering his voice he spoke into his ear.

"If you really want to play with Tatsuya, you could always pay like everyone else. I'll give you his card later." He patted his shoulder heading off towards the direction Haru stormed off in.

As he left, Reiko walked up looking really confused. "Ano. . . I think there might be 6 girls here now instead of 5, but. . ." She wasn't entirely sure how to react to the fact that they gave her a card with a name and number on it and said to call them later if she wanted to have fun.

"I think I'm gunna stick with you guys for a while. These people are a bit overly friendly. I'd rather people be pissed at me than this friendly. . ." Going to Akira she wrapped her arms around his neck pressing her chest against his back.

"Have fun with Ruka?"

"It was awesome! Wait till he takes you! You are going to love it." Akira grinned at her. "Where have you been? Oh! You should meet Tatsuya he's one of Ruka's friends. He's . . . a bit like Ryuu but he's really nice."

"Really? Sounds like fun! Like Ryuu?" She raised an eyebrow, "I think I might've met him. I don't think there's too many people around here like Ryuu. . ." Reiko laughed softly nuzzling his neck. "Hopefully Ruka will take me tonight but he seems anxious about something so maybe tomorrow."

***

Haru had found a nice quiet dark corner to sit in. No one was using the conference rooms and he wanted to be alone for a while. He'd been entirely too tempted to do something stupid when he'd seen Tatsuya kiss Akira.

It was always Akira. He always got all the attention. He knew it was stupid to be jealous but there had just been something about Tatsuya and it wasn't just that skimpy little outfit. He refused to admit that it was because he'd reminded him of Kyoshi.

Kyoshi was gone. Had been gone for almost two years and he still thought about him almost everyday. It was infuriating. Then to suddenly see someone who looked and acted so similar, it was like a slap in the face.

Ruka had finally found someone who had seen Haru stalk off and sighed. Why would that man be so upset? It just didn't make sense to him. He'd definitely give him Tatsuya's card though since he seemed so keen on him.

Opening the door he looked around spotting the man in a corner frowning.

"Haru?" He quietly closed the door, almost afraid to approach him.
