EPISODE 12
THE SEASON FINALE

The music blasted and everyone danced. The whole night was going perfectly. Amanda was socializing with her guest. Brian and Kimberly were dancing together for every slow song. Carl met some girl there named Brenda who he danced with several times. David and Theresa stood under the Santa that hung from the ceiling and they danced and kissed.
“Hey there everyone. I want to thank you all for coming tonight. This means a lot to me and I want you all to enjoy yourselves. So I’ll shut up now.” Amanda said over the microphone. Amanda put the microphone down and she walked through the crowd.
“This party is better then last years. You out did yourself.” A tall girl named Tina told Amanda as she walked by.
“Thank you.” Amanda then heard a voice behind her.
“Yeah you really out did yourself.” She turned around and there stood Jordan. Looking at sexy in his outfit.
“I thought you weren’t going to come.” Amanda hugged him.
“That would have been dumb of me not to come to my girl’s party.” Amanda looked at him in shock.
“Your what?” She asked him.
“My girl. You are my girl right?” Jordan asked her in a worried voice.
“Are you asking me to be your girlfriend?” Amanda smiled from ear to ear.
“I think that’s what I’m doing. I hope that’s what I’m doing.” Jordan smiled and his white teeth blinded her.
“Of course I will. You know I will.” Amanda then kissed him. They stood there holding each other.

“I am so sick of that coming out your mouth Carl.” Brian told him. Carl looked over at Liam.
“Look at how he keeps looking at you. He has a crush on you man I know it.” Brian looked over at Liam. Liam stood there staring at Brian.
“What are you guys talking about over here?” David asked them. David looked at Brian’s face and he was that he was angry.
“Liam has a crush on Brian.”
“What?” David was shocked.
“No he does not. He is a friend.” Brian could not take his eyes off of Liam. Liam stood in a corner looking all scared. He had not danced at all the whole time he was there.

“Hey there Liam.” Kimberly greeted him. Liam looked away from Brian and he looked at Kimberly.
“Oh hello Kim.” Liam smiled a half smile.
“It was so nice of my Brian to invite you tonight seeing that this is usually a group thing.” She told him. Liam felt disrespected.
“Well I guess Brian sees me as part of the group.” Liam took a sip of his punch.
“I guess if that’s what he wants.” She then began to walk away.
“You weren’t part of the group either. You’re the newest one and they all excepted you.” Liam told her. She stopped and turned around.
“You’re right. We’ll see how it goes with you.” She smiled and walked away.
“What a bitch.”

“I wish you would hurry up and get to that party.” Amanda’s mom yelled at the cab driver. The man looked at her through his mirror and he smirked at her.
“I don’t have time to waste here sir. So please drive faster.”
“Are you drunk lady?”
“Does that matter sir. I am paying you to get somewhere. SO STEP ON IT.” She yelled at him.

“Theresa you have to tell him the truth.” Amanda told her.
“I can’t do that. He will hate me.” She looked over at David who was still with Brian and Carl.
“Maybe he won’t. All you have to do is tell him why you did it.” Theresa looked at Amanda.
“You don’t know what you are talking about. You are so dumb.”
“That is harsh Theresa. I’m trying to be a friend here.”
“You don’t know whit about love. You have never been with anyone before. You are a loser.” Theresa pushed pass Amanda and made her way over to the buffet table. There she stood looking at what she wanted to eat. Just then some boy came over to her.
“Well hello there sexy girl.” The boy looked her up and down. Theresa turned to face him.
“Hello.” She said.
“My name is Kenneth. What is a girl like you doing here alone?” She looked at him.
“How do you know I’m alone? Have you been watching me?” She smiled a coy little smile.
“No. I just don’t see your man here right now with you and as good as you look he should be around you 24/7.”
“Well just to let you know I do have a man.” She smiled again.
“Well sorry to bother you.” The boy was about to walk away.
“But here is my number. Call anytime you want.” She took out a piece of paper and a pen and wrote down her number.
“Wow you came prepared.”
“You have to when you look as good as me.” She kissed him on the cheek and whispered in his ear “My name is Monica.”

“So Liam why haven’t you danced all night?” Brian asked him.
“I don’t dance with woman. Forget that I am gay?”
“No I didn’t forget. There are some gay guys here.” Brian pointed at a few.
“They are not my type.” Liam picked up a drink and began to drink it. He noticed that it had some liquor in it. Instead of putting it down he kept drinking it.
“So you going to stand here all night?”
“No of course not. I will dance. I promise.” He tapped Brian on the arm and walked away. Brian watched and he felt weird looking at him.

“I am so proud of you.” Jordan told Amanda. “I have a girlfriend that can do things.” She punched him on the arm.
“Do I look dumb to you?” She smiled and he kissed her.
“No of course no baby.”
“This is turning out to be great. Except for Theresa she cursed me out and called me dumb.”
“She is just going through some stuff I guess. I’m not getting into it cause that is between you two.” Jordan took her hand. “Can I get this dance young lady?” Amanda nodded yes and they made their way to the dance floor.

“How does that old lady know what we did?” David asked Carl.
“I don’t know man. You know old people. They are weird.” Carl looked around to make sure that no one was around to hear them.
“She saw the knife and the blood on my hands. I don’t know what to do.”
“You need to get your mother out of there before the old lady talks to her.” David sounded a little scared. “It’s been along time that we kept this a secret we don’t need it to come out cause of some old lady.” Carl looked at David and he was scared.
“I know. I have to get her out of there.”

“Thank God. Next time make sure you don’t pick me up.” Amanda’s mother told the driver. She walked up to the building and she could hear the music.
“She wants to have fun while I stay at home and sulk. I don’t think so. She needs to know the truth.” She entered the building. She looked around at all the people. She felt sick to her stomach. She looked around for Amanda. There she saw her with Jordan. She walked over to them.
“Come with me right now young lady.” She pulled on Amanda’s arm. Amanda looked at her and pulled away when she noticed who it was.
“Get your hands off of me. How dare you come here after I told you that you were not invited.” Amanda looked at her in disgust.
“I need to talk to you. I need you to know that truth so you can forgive me.”
“Are you drunk?” Amanda asked her.
“If someone else tonight asks me that I will lose it.”
“You already lost it. Now get the fuck out before I call the cops.” Amanda took Jordan’s hand and they walked away. Her mother looked at them as they walked away.

“That crazy ass bitch is really here.” Brian looked at Amanda as she spoke to him.
“It will be okay. She will leave I promise you that. Let me go to the bathroom first and I will get her out of here.” Amanda thanked him and walked away. Brian made his way to the bathroom. He was about to walk in when Liam came.
“Hey there buddy. Have to pee?” Liam asked him.
“Are you drunk?” Liam’s eyes were red and droopy.
“No Brian. There is something that I need to talk to you about. This has been killing me for awhile now.” Brian stared at him.

“I have to find a way to get her attention.” Amanda’s mother said to herself. Then she saw her way. Right there next to the DJ. Her mother made her way to the DJ table. She stepped next to the DJ and she picked up the microphone.
“Hello there everyone. Cut off the music please.” She yelled over the Mic. Everyone stopped dancing and looked at her. People were in shock cause they did not know that she was back in New York. Amanda watched her.
“Get off the stage now mother.” Amanda yelled. She was pushing through people to get to her mother. Melinda stood there watching the whole thing.
“No honey there is something you need to know.” Just then she pulled out the envelope.

“I have to go Liam. Amanda needs my help.”
“Brian please wait there is something I need to tell you.” Brian looked at him.
“What is it? Hurry up.”
“I LOVE YOU. I always have since I first saw you in the meeting.” Brian looked at him. Carl was right was all he could think.
“We have to talk about this another time.” Just then Liam grabbed Brian and kissed him. Brian kissed back. They stood there kissing. Then Brian pushed him away.
“ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY?” Brian yelled. Then he went into the bathroom and closed the door behind him. He stared in the mirror and began to cry.
“What is going on? Why did I kiss him back?” Brian asked himself. Just then the woman was there.
“I told you he was problems Brian.” Brian looked at her and he was mad.
“LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE.” He yelled. The woman smiled.
“I know how it can all end. And so do you Brian. So do it. You know you want to. DO IT.” Brian then punched the mirror. There the shards of glass stood in the sink. Brian looked at the glass.
“DO IT.” The woman said again. Brian picked up a piece of the glass and he out it to his wrist. He began to cut his veins. Blood poured out of his wrist. The he took the glass and put it to his other arm. Then he began to cut again. Blood poured out of that arm too. Brian looked at his own blood pouring from his arms. He cried and then he fell on the floor.

“If you don’t get off that stage I will call the cops.” Amanda screamed.
“I’ll get off soon as you know the truth.” She held up the envelope. “Hello people. I know it’s been along time since you saw me. I left my family I know and some of you hate me. I don’t give a shit either. I came here cause my own daughter didn’t want me to. But I sat home downing some liquor and I thought that I needed to be here. I am fucking family Amanda.” She smiled at Amanda.
“Call the cops right now.” Amanda told Jordan.
“There goes my beautiful daughter Melinda.” She then pointed to Melinda. Melinda stood there crying shaking her head at her mother. “She is my only daughter. MY REAL DAUGHTER.” Everyone looked confused. “I am so sorry Amanda to have to do this but you’ll forgive me after you know.” She opened the envelope. She took pieces of paper out. “These are adoption papers. Amanda was adopted when she was 2.” She held up the papers. Amanda looked at her.
“YOU ARE SUCH A LIAR.” Amanda made her way to the stage. She looked at her mother in her eyes.
“Take it and see for yourself.” Amanda snatched the papers out her hand. She read it and tears began to fill her eyes. Her vision was now blurry and she couldn’t finish reading.
“I am so sorry honey. You needed to know.” She went to hug Amanda.
“DON’T YOU FUCKING TOUCH ME YOU BITCH.” Everyone looked at them on that stage. “YOU ARE NOT MY MOTHER? MELINDA ISN’T MY SISTER? YOU BOTH LIED TO ME ALL THESE YEARS? I HATE YOU BOTH.” She then punched her in the face and she fell of the stage into the buffet table. Just then they heard someone screaming.

“WE NEED HELP OVER HERE. BY THE BATHROOM HURRY.”
“What now?” Amanda asked. She stepped off the stage with tears in her eyes.
“Come on baby.” Jordan told her. They all made their way to the bathroom. People all gasped at what they saw.
“Let me by here so I can see what has happened now at my party.” Amanda pushed through them. There was Brian on the floor with blood around him.
“OH MY GOD Brian.” Amanda got on the floor next to him.
“BABY? BABY?” Kimberly screamed. Amanda put her ear to his mouth.
“CALL 911 RIGHT NOW…. HE’S NOT BREATHING” Amanda screamed.
