life in the mirror
i hate this life i live
where perfect is what i must be.
always smile never cry
the rules that are law to me.
i wish that when i look in the mirror
that is the person that i could be.
for the person that i see in the mirror
is a person that is free.
no rules no law nothing to follow
why cant that be me.
but as i look into the mirror a thought comes upon me
is the person in the mirror wishing the same thing when she looks at me?
for her life in the mirror
is the opposite from me
