Take Me From This Pain, Kevin's story

Kevin moaned softly as Jason\'s tongue explored. His hands moved of their own volition up to the taller boy\'s dark brown hair and buried themselves into its depths, which only seemed to encourage Jason further. His grip on Kevin\'s waist tightened and he angled his head to deepen the kiss. Kevin met his every move and the smaller blonde felt so right in his arms. But he was straight . . . wasn\'t he? Jason slowly broke the kiss, panting and breathing heavily.

\"Kevin . . .\"

\"NO!\" the blond exclaimed and pulled his head back down to him. \"This is NOT a mistake and you are NOT stopping!\"

Jason looked down into Kevin\'s eyes in bewilderment. It was dark in the room, but the street light outside streamed in and he could see the glistening unshed tears in the smaller boy\'s eyes.

\"Kev?\"

\"Why can\'t you want me, Jay?\" he asked sadly. \"I know I\'m not that smart or good looking, but can\'t you find something to want?\"

Holy shit! Could he have been that blind? Could Kevin have wanted him the whole time he\'d wanted the smaller boy? No way. Jason\'s luck couldn\'t be that good, could it?

\"NOT want you?\" he hissed. \"You\'re kidding me right?\"

Kevin shook his head no as a tear freed itself and ran down the side of his face. Jason gently brushed it aside and kissed the boy\'s cheek.

\"Oh, Kev, you have NO idea how much I DO want you. I thought you were straight and that I would be pushing you into something you wouldn\'t want. All I ever wanted for you was to be happy.\"

\"Then MAKE me happy,\" Kevin cried softly. \"I only want YOU.\"

Jason warred with himself not to take Kevin right there on his bed. It would be his first time. It had to me more special than that. At the same time, he knew he needed to do something to prove to the small blonde that he meant what he said. He could see in Kevin\'s eyes he believed that Jason was only humoring him, pitying him. And that was definitely not the case. So the taller boy pushed his erection against Kevin\'s leg and smirked down at him.

\"Okay, do you feel THAT?\"

Kevin stared up at him with huge, wonder-filled eyes and mutely nodded.

\"I want you,\" Jason punctuated that with a kiss. \"And one day I\'m going to take you.\"

\"Take me where?\"

Jason held back his laughter. Now was not the time to tease the smaller boy\'s innocence. He would do that after they\'d settled comfortably into their relationship. And Jason was determined to make that happen, now that Kevin revealed his attraction to him. It was a real attraction and not based on gratitude. Jason knew the difference. He wasn\'t about to let this little gift slip away either.

\"I mean that I\'ll make love to you,\" he clarified.

\"Oh.\"

\"But tonight I\'m just going to kiss you,\" Jason breathed as he lowered his mouth to Kevin\'s neck and ran his tongue along the skin.

\"Oh!\" Kevin sucked in his breath and arched his back, unintentionally grinding his own erection into Jason\'s. The taller boy gasped and pressed Kevin further into the mattress.

\"Baby, you have no idea what you\'re doing to me.\"

\"Me?\" Kevin whispered, his eyes dilated with the sensations of pleasure.

\"You!\"

Jason silenced whatever reply Kevin had with another deep kiss and let his hands roam his small love\'s body, memorizing each nuance. This boy would be his. And he would be Kevin\'s. There was no doubt in his mind but that the two belonged together. Once Kevin kissed him, he knew he couldn\'t give his heart to another guy. Kevin was his soul mate.

Kevin\'s mind was reeling from the sensations. He loved the feel of Jason\'s body covering his smaller frame, holding him, protecting him. He knew that Jason wouldn\'t have done anything to make him feel like he owed him for freeing him from Gary. It was amazing to know that Jason would have sat by quietly and let Kevin live whatever life he chose. But how could Kevin not choose Jason? A part of him knew all along that once he let him help, he would lose his heart to him. No one besides Brian had ever cared so much for him before. And Jason had nothing to gain from doing it. He even convinced his sister to uproot herself and move for his friend\'s safety. The heavens don\'t grant a gift like him too often and Kevin meant to hold onto that gift.

Kevin\'s hands slipped under Jason\'s tee shirt with a sigh, and the fingers deftly explored the bigger boy\'s broad chest. When they ran over his nipples, Jason growled and pushed Kevin even further into the mattress.

\"Guess I found an erogenous zone, huh?\"

\"You\'d better not explore it too much tonight,\" Jason warned. \"I don\'t have the necessaries for sex and in a few seconds I won\'t be able to control myself.\"

\"Necessaries?\"

\"Condoms,\" Jason nodded. \"And lube.\"

\"Oh.\" Kevin looked away, embarrassed.

\"Don\'t worry,\" Jason turned Kevin\'s head back. \"We won\'t do that until you\'re ready. And I will never hurt you.\"

\"I know,\" Kevin smiled. \"Can I sleep with you tonight?\"

Jason groaned inwardly. It was going to be torturous. Still, now that he had Kevin, he wanted to hold him. And if they cuddled in bed, he could hold him all night.

\"Absolutely, baby,\" he grinned. \"I wouldn\'t have it any other way. The door\'s always locked anyway.\"

Kevin looked sad for a moment.

\"Do you think Gina would be mad?\"

\"Mad?\" Jason asked. \"I doubt it. But it would probably be best if we kept this under wraps until the Gary crap blows over.\"

\"Yeah. Give her less to worry about.\"

\"She wouldn\'t worry about you,\" Jason smiled. \"She knows I\'m gay and she likes you. I think that equation looks favorable, don\'t you?\"

Kevin shrugged as Jason moved next to him and pulled him close to his chest.

\"Do you think Brian will be mad at me?\" Jason asked. He deliberately used the word \'will\' because he wanted Kevin to know he was serious about being in this for the long haul.

\"Doubt it,\" Kevin replied. \"He already thinks something\'s going on.\"

\"He does?\"

\"Yeah,\" Kevin answered drowsily. Now that he and Jason had their confrontation the adrenalin was leaving his system and he was feeling pleasantly relaxed. \"He made a comment back when you and I found him with Matt. He insinuated that I couldn\'t leave you.\"

\"Really?\" Jason answered. \"And can you?\"

\"Hmm?\" Kevin was almost asleep. Barely aware of the conversation he was having. The warm body next to him was so comforting and every time he inhaled he breathed in Jason\'s scent. It was nice. He could also still taste Jason on his tongue and that was very nice. Overall he felt happy and sated . . . for now anyway.

\"Can you leave me?\" Jason prodded, amused at his lover\'s sudden lethargy.

\"Mmm mmm,\" Kevin murmured as his arms locked around Jason\'s waist. \"Love you too much.\"

The only sound after that was a light snore. Jason lay with Kevin curled around him knowing he wouldn\'t get to sleep anytime soon. He was too busy smiling.
