Chapter 9- To Love Another
Two chapters today! Sweet! We all love updates... cause it brings us closer to the very lovely end! And yes, I do love a happy ending, even though the ways and means to get there may not always be so...
Chapter 9
Ayisa layed on her bed, sighing occationally. She had been so worked up over Antros' mysterious behavoir, that she even stopped going out early to water her flowers. Her mother knew this was a bad sign, for she always had gone each morning to take care of her roses. She cared for them like children, and for Ayisa to just abandon them like that was really out of the question. And it had only been a few days now, but it seemed Antros was still causing trouble. Earlier she had heard Rekia fuming over the fact he got away from the Elite Guards.
Ayisa got up and thought about something to do to ease away the boredom and loneliness. But with each activity brought to mind, it only reminded her of the times she had shared them with Antros. She had missed the way he would listen to her talk about things, and how they would explore around the castle looking for things to do. She missed the seemingly endless stories of his journey on the road, his tales of pain, adventure, treasure, and excitement. What she missed most however, were the nights spent with him. She longed for his touch, to feel his hands hold her body close to his as they embraced, those time when they held each other, chests pressed against one another, savoring the moment. She missed the way he would make love to her, fulfilling her desires and burning passions.
Thinking of him always seemed to bring a burning need between her legs, but she didn't feel like pleasuring herself, not with him being there to help her along.
So distracted were her thoughts that she didn't hear him walk in and close the door behind him, locking them together. Her gaze was opposite of him, out the window, wondering even now where Antros was and how he was doing. It was only when he spoke that she turned in shock.
"You miss him so, I see."
Ayisa had turned just in time to see the man pull back his hood, freeing his sapphire-blue hair, gazing at her through crimson-red eyes. "Who... who are you? How did you get in here?"
The man smiled a moment and bowed, as if to pay respects to her. "Forgive me for not introducing myself. My name is Idroa. I have been hoping to meet with you, princess Ayisa."
"But what do you want with me?"
"Well my dear princess, it concerns your beloved Antros."
Ayisa stared in shock. "Antros? What about him? Tell me!" she said excitedly.
"If you must know, Antros is indeed innocent. In fact he was falsely accused for crimes he did not commit. However, by a combination of luck and skill, he is safe at the moment."
"I knew it!" Ayisa said joyfully. "I knew he didn't do those things! I must tell my mother! Excuse me." Ayisa made to move to the door, but Idroa blocked her path. "Please, hurry, I must go see her now!"
"Wait a moment princess. I didn't go to all the trouble of sneaking in here and killing that foolish man just to have to running your mouth off and protecting Antros' innocence."
It took Ayisa a minute to register what he said. "Wait, what do you mean... are you saying... that you-?"
"Yes. I killed him and commited several other crimes indeed, all to frame Antros and rid him of this place."
"But why!? Why would you do that!?"
"Because, Antros must pay!" He said in a rage, causing Ayisa to back away a bit. His hands were fists as they shook uncontrolably with anger. "He must pay for what he has done... he must suffer like I have, in order to repent for the damage he caused."
"But... what did he do?"
"That isn't your concern. What does concern you is that your coming with me."
"Never! Guards! Quickly!" Ayisa shouted at the top of her lungs, hoping someone would come. "The guards will stop you!"
"I didn't say you were going to come with me willingly. And by all means, let the guards come. For you see, when I escape with you, they will all think that Antros had returned to take you away. We do look quite similar in many respects. Even down to our natural, rare blue hair. It pays at times to be his brother."
Ayisa's eyes widened in shock. "Your.. your his... but Antros never said... never once mentioned..."
"No, he didn't. He doesn't even know I exist." Idroa said with venom. "But that won't matter in awhile. Now then..." He made a step to her, and Ayisa instinctively stepped back. There was a knock on the door and someone, a guard most likely, asked 'Princess, are you alright?'. Idroa knocked down a wardrobe, smashing it against the floor and Ayisa screamed.
"Princess! What's wrong!? REKIA! EMERGENCY!" Ayisa tried to back away from Idroa, but there was nowhere to go, as the guard outside pounded against the door, trying to force it open. Idroa pulled out a cloth and in a swift movement, pressed it to Ayisa's face and held it there. Ayisa struggled to get away, but soon enough her eyes began to relax and in about a minute. She slumpped foward into Idroa's arms, knocked out cold.
"Rare herbs, crushed into fine powder... one sniff, and your out like a light." Idora said in a mocking baby-like tone. He crossed the room, holding Ayisa over his shoulders, and smashed the window.
"What's going on!? Move!" Rekia's voice was heard clearly as the pounding began anew, until the door had been broken down. Rekia got in, followed by half a dozen guards, in time to see Idroa pull up his hood, hiding his face. Of course, Rekia had no way of knowing that the person was Idroa. "You! Antros, hold it right there!"
"I'd love to stay, but I got what I came for." Idroa laughed wickedly as he jumpped out the window. As soon as his feet hit the ground, he was off.
Rekia went to the window to see them depart. "Damn you! You've gone too far this time Antros!"

Antros stood by the river in Hoase. Evia had shown him around and found that much of the ground here was fertile for farming. He ran his hands through his hair, disappointed that he couldn't find a way to change it's color. Evia did however get him some new clothing, a red tunic and pants, along with some light, leather armor to wear underneath.
Antros sat at the river's edge, letting one of his hands enter the cool water. Evia had been shocked to hear that Antros was framed for murder, and promised to keep and ear and eyed out for anything suspicious. Antros thanked her and went out to relax before he was invited to her place for some supper.
"Man, how did I get myself into this mess..." he asked himself. He was worried about what was happening back at the kingdom, but he knew they would be fine.
"You ok?" Evia was walking over to him and sat down beside him.
"Yeah... just thinking."
"You know, you should really not worry so much. I'm sure you'll find out who really is behind all this."
"I hope so." Antros sighed and walked back to the house.
He seems so sad... I wish I could cheer him up. Evia thought as she walked after him. They both ate thier meals in silence, before Antros retired to his room that had been provided for him. He lay down and closed his eyes, unaware that Evia had entered the room or layed next to him. The next moment he felt her press against his body, and her hand was at his chest.
"Evia what are-" But he was silenced by a finger ot his lips, as she kissed the back of his neck. Antros let a gasp as he felt her hand go lower, messaging his body. He couldn't deny it felt good, as she rubbed up against him further, her breasts pressed against his back.
"Antros... I want to make you happy..." Evia said as she bit his ear lightly.
"Evia..." Antros gasped as she felt her touch go lower. "Evia, stop!" He pushed her off, and stood, panting. He felt his erection had grown in his pants, but he ignored it. Evia looked to him surprisingly. "I'm sorry... but my love is for someone else. Someone who I hope am reunited with when this is all over." He turned and ran off, leaving Evia behind.
"Antros..."
