Prologue

Yoshida Motoyomi hadn’t loved his Wife, their marriage was one of convenience arranged by both families to merge both businesses together.
As the time went past they both grew to love each other in a way enough for both of them to conceive a child, a son.
During the days of Shiko Tadamichi Motoyomi’s pregnancy, he had grown closer to her than he had ever been, both were excited about their child their son yet to be born.
So when he was passed his bawling son and told of her death he was numb, complications they said.
He looked down at the baby who had stopped crying staring at the man that held him, he stared right back one lone tear sliding down his check.
“Sir do you have a name for him?” the understanding nurse whispered touching at his shoulder, Yoshida looked up at the nurse, striking golden eyes wet with unshed tears, he was not upset about Shiko’s death he was more upset with the fact that she hadn’t been loved the way she deserved, so when he spoke he said a name.
“I will call him Shikou with a U at the end, Shikou Tadamichi Motoyomi….”
