There are so many unethical consumers out there, who will try to send back anything and the bad partake is having to deal with their messes or worse yet them. You do make a valid point with this sory, but if you are looking for sympathizers and lots of controversy, I think you should have sent this in one of the forum categories instead. Readers tend to be fickle, most won't respond if they get something different then what they expect.
