I'm definitely curious about the hesitation at the end of that conversation between her and Mel -- internet lag? ;D I also liked the beginning with the diary entry when Ellie felt so guilty about the night at the club. Keep going, babe! :)

I love the ending of the chapter! Very hot and steamy. Ellie seems to loves to be on top and rock Mel's world. Alexis seems to be an innocent and an important character than a mistress. I get the feeling she has more to her background story than what i portrayed her to be haha. Well i love the timeline you incorporated and I get the feeling that Mel and Ellie will have another steamy session in the present!

I like the tittles of your chapters btw, don't ever label them as chapter 1, chapter 2, etc.... The tittles gives us a little hint of what the chapter is. Whoa, this has just brought on new things to think about. If Alexis and Ellie weren't having the affair, and they were solely talking over Ellie's problems... Weren't there divorce papers somewhere that Mel found? And why did Ellie need to be there at Alexis' when the accident happened? I feel like there's more to Alexis, too. It seems like she's afraid of her husband, maybe, by the way she was freaking out over the possibility of Mel coming to her home. Maybe she and Ellie, though Alexis claims it wasn't a physical affair, did do something a little heavier than talking, and her husband found out and hurt Alexis for it? I don't know, but she just seemed so timid and against Mel coming over... Maybe she's actually in love with Ellie and has a creeper-room just for her with a bunch of pictures on the walls and stuff? Haha, anything's possible, right?

Anyway, I really like how this is going. I actually like Alexis a little more and wish that I hadn't jumped to the affair-conclusion so sudden. Maybe the girl was just a good listener, you know? Oh, and I think you should include the journal that discusses the holidays that Ellie and Mel spend with Ellie's family. That would be great for my drama-taste buds. ;)
