sorry about other review. i really do like his grandma!
I think the brothers a freakin' adorable. I really do think Basil should throw his all his cards on the table prey for a royal flush.

Oh man, I hope he goes away. That would make everything so much better. As ususal i really liked the chapter. Nice job, hope you updates soon again ^^

If Basil doesn't leave then the grandmother should come and stay then! Talk about much needed support for him, plus they can both hate on the mom too!!!

Yeah, I liked the grandma too; she wasn't afraid to speak her mind. About Basil's mom AND his dad too.

I'm hoping he doesn't take his grandmother up on her offer. Then he would never see Roden again, or Crimson, not to mention Scott. And what's up with Scott? What was that line that added much mystery to him? I'm hoping he doesn't have feelings for Basil. It's bad enough Basil has unhealthy feelings for Scott. Basil needs to concentrate on Roden, or other accessible boys. lol

Can't wait to read the next chapter; I'm excited I get to read it first! lol :)

Another great chapter! It puzzles me how disfunctional this family is, everyone else can see what's going on but they don't seem to have a clue. My guess is the shrink Basil talked with in the last chapter told his dad that Basil exhibited signs of neglect. Basil really doesn't have a family and it's telling how he's receiving most of his advice and comfort from outsiders. It seems the root of Basil's neglect comes from his mother but his father and Scott are also guilty. I'm dying to know what event happened either in Scotts or Basil's life that caused the family to physically and emotionally isolate Basil from the rest of them. It's also telling that they give Scott only the best and intentionally give Basil his castoffs (I really, really like the grandmother!).

It also seems that there are/were complex dynamics going on between Scott and Ken. They were friends but were they also lovers? Ken knew Scott had an unusual obsession/concern about his brother... was Ken's actions (rape) the result of trying to lash back at Scott for something or was it rivalry and Ken wanted bragging rights that he screwed Basil first (you never covered how Scott found out... it could have only been Ken bragging). Now Scott is trying to kiss and show physical affection towards Basil (at the worse possible time IMO!). Is this out of hidden feelings or some Alpha wolf thing where Scott is trying to restake his claim on what he considers belongs to him (Basil)?

Glad to have you back! I was starting to worry that you'd abandoned us, but I'm glad to discover that that's not the case! I understand how life can be hectic, especially college(I'm a student too)!

I really enjoyed the latest chapter, but I have to wail against you a bit for leaving it as a cliffhanger since I know it'll be a while before the next update. I hope you manage to get a break to finish the next chapter and give us an earlier update!

Otherwise--I'm very giddy. Possible romance between Roden and Basil? Fluff between Scott and Basil!? YESSSS. I am SUPER excited! Oh, and could it be, something is going to happen because of Mom? Dramaaa~
