Hahah! I see you changed the bitch's name, I mean the mom's name! I just want to hit her upside her head! What a bitch! Only worried about Scott's baseball future career and not poor Basil, who has been getting raped repeatedly by Ken.

I feel so bad for Basil; now the whole town probably knows what happened. He must feel so mortified. And good for Scott for sticking up for Basil, (like any brother should do). At least Basil knows that Scott never sent Ken in his room. I'm sure Ken's parents (the Keefers or the Reefers?) will NOT press charges, considering what their son did! And if it ever went to trial, (for Scott), I'm sure there's not a jury around that would convict him.

Anyway, I loved the chapter, as you can tell! Can't wait for the next one; just send me an email when you're ready!

Scott good boy, way to step up. You should have broken something lower though so he couldn't do it again.

I'm so glad it's out in the open and everyone knows what Ken's done to him. I hope Basil can start to heal now.

o3o I think Basil gets cuter and cuter with every chapter....But I think he needs to give up on Scott and totally get with Roden XD I think they would make an adorable couple!

Very nice long chaper. It was a total delight. I had to laugh when Crimson came up with her kissing scheme. Basil is such a gullible young lad. I really liked the interaction between Basil and Roden. There was certainly some amount of attraction in that kiss. There is nothing like having a friend to try stuff out with or to just talk about stuff. I can see that Basil’s brother does want to have a better relationship with him, but Basil is so shy that I wonder if he would ever be able to tell his brother how he feels. I hope they will eventually find each other. I love the scene where they are checking each other out.

i like the story :) BUT some of the characters have irritating moments. Ken: What the heck is his deal? Does he like Basil or does he like Scott? At first it was a rape-then-confess scenario, but Ken keeps becoming a bad guy.... Scott: I don't understand him. He neglects/ignores/avoids Basil, but he's protective and has romantic feelings for him. All his actions towards Basil doesn't match with his feelings. Scott is so extremely messed up, I DON'T WANT THE BROTHERS TO HOOK UP... Crimson: She has such a big mouth. When she kept asking and assuming Basil's gayness, i wanted her to get slapped. Its like she has no tact what-so-ever. Annoys the heck out of me.... Basil: When is he going to grow some balls? I'm getting tired of his timidness. I feel like once he gets a real boyfriend, he'll become more confident or something...

I'm also getting tired of feeling sorry for Basil. Its like the focus is only on Basil and his angst. Dude, it seems like any minute Basil is gonna try commit a suicide. His mind seems THAT FRAGILE.
What about Ken situation? Is Basil ever going to call out Ken and ask "do you like me or do you like scott?" It would totally be awesome if they ever become buddies-who-love-scott. They're closeness would upset Scott, and then FINALLY Scott would do SOMETHING STRAIGHTFORWARD.

When is Dr.David going to come back into the picture? Is he going to be a brotherly figure for Basil? I hope Basil tells him everything. I guess it'll be ok if Basil tells Crimson all his secrets, but I feel like she'll over-react, take some action(s), and make things worse. It'll be cool if Basil tells Roden(sp?) because Basil would spend a lot of time with him, and all the "suitors" would get worried.

I like this story so much, i'm anticipating what happens next. I'll be waiting for the next update :)

Another update! Yes! Do you know that I've been checking almost everyday for an update? That's how in love I am with this story! thank God you're one of the few amazing writers who actually update and just don't discontinue without warning. Well...uh...I kinda love you for bringing forth this deliriously good story and I wish you well in life (god this is such a weird review). Anyways, love, peace and happiness!

Oh Basil, Basil, Basil, forget about your brother! Don't you want a nice, normal relationship w/someone, like Roden for example?

I feel so bad for Basil; his parents don't pay any attention to him; he has this unnatural, unhealthy obsession w/his brother and he has a rapist he has to watch out for.

I hope he continues to hang out w/Crimson; she's a hoot! Especially her "experiment", boy, did that work or what???? lol Hopefully he can spend more time w/Roden; they seemed to get along pretty well. (wink wink) lol

I sensed Chapter 11 is supposed to be a turning point for Basil. Since the beginning of the story, his gift to Scott has sat on his desk and it seems to truly symbolize Basil and his relationship with his brother and you have made a point on several occasions that it was still ungiven. A wrapped blanket in silver wrapping paper would be VERY noticeable to anyone entering the room. I hope Scott now realizes the gift was his all along and something has been very wrong with his little brother. I'm puzzled though at what's changed; if anything Basil seems more conflicted around his brother. I'm looking forward to Scott being more active in the next chapter. I hope he finds out what his best friend did and what years of neglect has prevented poor Basil of being able to confide with anyone. (It's ironic that his rapist provided Basil with the attention he's craved for so long)

I think of everyone Basil's met so far, Roden is my favorite.
