I"m usually not one to understand poems but yours was different...It is brilliant. It is poignant. Too explicit unless you've actually experienced something like that--betrayal from a man you thought loved you as deeply in return and the loss of an unborn child. I've experienced the one but not the other (and I'm not saying which).

You are truly gifted....
