Aww this is really good! You have to keep going, though I can see how it might be hard to do that if you let the cops keep Joe. He's gonna have to get out again or something, because oyu cant have a good romance story without some type of beef.

Great chapter. I think it's great that Bryce has Dave. Only I'm sure it will take a while for him to fully appreciate him. So sad about his abuse though. I really like this first chapter and hope to see more.
