nice chapter :D i really loved how you described vivian and her music, and, even though i think both jake and sam's personalities could be a bit more fleshed out, i like what you've shown of them and how you've shown them, too. i mean, you didn't out and out say that jake's a nice, sort-of laid back guy, but i could kinda feel it with his morning routine and how he dealt with vivian and even his last line. good job :)
