don\'t take the dislike of janette to heart too much, even i dislike her. That being said, its not the character that people really dislike as much as what she represents. She is an existing threat to Michelle and Marcus\'s seemingly solid relationship. Just as people dislike luke for being the ass he is, janette is the one that could become a wedge between Michelle and Marcus, and well... you know what will happen with your story...we are the poor ones in suspense. No worries. We love the way its going. Keep it up.

I read last night before you put the author\'s note, and the last chapter said \"life-less\" and I started crying and cursing.
But, I just looked now, and it seems to have been changed to \"now-limp\", which makes me feel a little better. If you kill Sean, I will never speak to you again.. and I will cry a lake that will drown the world.

I will admit I like Janette and I’m not just saying this after your author’s note. I just think she might have a hard time letting things go with Marcus because that’s what happen when people think that being intimate will not lead to emotional attachment. I don’t know why some readers are making assumptions about her when you have not told us anything bad she has done. Marcus and Janette are both young adults who made a decision to have sex and both were not committed to anyone at the time. I sympathize with her because she really likes Marcus, but he doesn’t like her the way she wants him to. Tirch I think you are doing a good job but as an author you will not please everyone. As a reader we all have our biases for certain character/characters. As for chapter 10, Luke is a character I can say I really dislike because he’s a homophobic who resorted to violence against Sean. Thanks for updating and I apologize for my rant.

eh...i know you intended her to be that way. it\'s really stupid to hate her, even though i want to, but i guess, like me, people want to hate her because they\'re afraid she\'ll come in between marcus and michelle or that she\'ll become an evil person and destroy their relationship to the point where it destroys both michelle and marcus. i suppose people want to hate her now rather than not feel anything for her/like her and then end up hating her later. and sadly it stems from reading and watching so many cliched romance novels/movies. i\'m ashamed to say that i\'m still expecting the worst of her. and i can\'t help but hate the fact that she goaded marcus to sleep with her...or just the fact that they slept together while he had feelings for michelle, to put in better terms.

no! they were happy! don\'t ruin the happyness of cute gay men! especially sean and tony!!
oh yeah, marcus and michelle are hot too, but the other two are fighting with pete for my favs.

Wow, it’s already chapter 9 you’re awesome. Final exams have made me fall back on reading this story. Marcus must be the sweetest guy on earth well in this story anyways. I like how I can’t label your characters because they eventually evolve and they become relatable at some point in the story. I have a feeling Janette might not let things go with Marcus. Thanks for updating.
