Just a normal d....

Matthew for most his life has thought of himself as normal, just a 22 year old man working a factory job in Nashville. He had never been outside of Tennessee and he thought that was just fine as he didn't want to start over anywhere else. He graduated from high school at 17 and has since been working, saving up money for college. The only complaint he had was that he lived 2 miles from his work and no mode of transportation. He was rather tall for his weight, weighing in at just over 150 pounds at 6'11".

Then it happened. In the middle of June without warning.

Matthew was working his line as a strange figure kept floating around in his peripheral vision and when he checked what it was, he found empty space where the figure should have been. He dismissed it as he hadn't had much sleep last night. And on went the rest of his day unhindered. Or so he thought.

Matthew clocked out for the night and started on his way home but as he walked he was stopped by the figure he had seen earlier.

The figure said "I've failed master."

"What are you and why are you following me? And what is it with calling me 'master'?" Matthew asked.

"I am Chaos, one of the eight Primaries. You are an Omega, and as such, I am your servant. As for why I am following you, I need direction." The figure known as Chaos said.

Mathew looked around for any sort of escape bewildered and said " I never heard about Primaries or Omegas before and I can tell you that I'm not an Omega."

Chaos pondered what to say next unsure of why this human was so adamant on saying he was normal. Finally he spoke "Never before have I heard about an Omega that refuses to believe that he's anything but normal. In any case, denying what you are will get us nowhere."

"So if I was to believe in this madness where's the proof?" Matthew shot back.

"Call upon the primaries, only an Omega has the power to do this." Chaos replied with a sigh.

Confused, Matthew asked how?

"Say ' Primaries heed my call, answer your Omega' "

Thinking it was a joke he repeated the sentence. At first nothing happened. Then things went from strange to downright unnerving.
