Raccoon eyes

Yeah  , so this is a sequel  to panda  eyes .  

It's for a cool friend , I hope she likes it .

Some  mild violence   , but not to much .

 La  strolled  through  the forest  enjoying  the day . As she walked , she heard whimpering.  Her ears flicked as she frowned .  

"Please , I mean  no harm , I ...I was just passing through . "

"Heh , you shouldn't  have  come through  here. This is panda territory .  "

"I swear I , didn't  know !  Let  me  pass  please . I don't want to make any trouble !  "

La 's  eyes went wide . That voice ! She knew that voice ! It was Cookie . 

La moved toward  the sound to see two pandas .  They   had grabbed  Cookie and were  pushing  the raccoon  around . 

"What  are you two doing ? "

Three pair of eyes turned  to look at  La .

"This ...raccoon  is trespassing  on  panda land . We're  just gonna  teach her a lesson . "

"Really ?  You know better .  We as pandas are supposed  to be peaceful creatures !  Did she do anything  to threaten  you ?"

"No  , but she is raccoon .  They are no good thieves . "

 

"I just wanted to pass through .  I swear ! I'm not like the other raccoons ."

"She speaks  the truth . I was lost and she helped me . Please let her go ."

One of the pandas sneared at her .

"I think not !  Too long the raccoons  have roamed  thinking  they own this land . It's time we taught  then a lesson . "

  The female  panda's hand shot out and ,her fingers  wrapped  around  Cookies throat .

"If you hurt her , then you'll  have to answer  to my father ."

 The panda smiled .  

"Really ?  Who cares ?"

La looked down before  she looked at the other pandas with a smirk .

"Co would be angered  if you were to hurt his daughter . "

One of the pandas  scoffed . 

"Heh , he would , if she were here ."

"Who are you two ?"

"I am Cri and this is my sister  Tav . Who are you ?"

"I'm La , Co's daughter .  So if you don't mind  , you will release  my friend . Now ."

     That got their  attention .  

"You- you're  the Chiefs daughter ?  "

  " That  I am .  If you don't  believe  me   , then wait and see . My father  is expecting me  soon . "

Cri and Tav exchanged  a glance  and immediately  Cookie  was freed from the pandas  grasp .

"We did  not  know .  Please accept  our apologies .  If this  is the raccoon  that helped you , then our apologies  also ."

 The pair  then left . 

La turned to look at Cookie . 

"Are you Okay? " 

"Yes . Thank  you  so  much . " 

  The raccoon  gave La a a watery smile .  

"All I wanted  was to pass through .  "

La nodded .  

"Let me guide you then ."

The two strolled  a  path filled with flowers .  They  were in deep conversation  when a panda  appeared .

"La , I've been looking for you . "

"Sorry   , I was detained . "

Co glanced  at  Cookie   , as her taIl swished back and forth . 

"And who are you ? " 

"Um ,Cookie . "

The male pandas gaze swept over the raccoon  suspiciously . 

"Hmmm. We don't get raccoons  in our lands ."

"She is the one who helped  me , father .  Remember  when I got lost ?"

Cookie looked down  nervously. 

"I just wanted  to pass through . Nothing  more sir ." 

 

  Co grinned . 

"Ah yes . Then please , allow  me to show my appreciation .  You will be our guest  for dinner . "

So they made their  way to the village  where a dinner  celebration  was held .

La and Cookie forged  a friendship  from then on . Co not only welcomed  Cookie  to the panda village   , but allowed her to come and go as she pleased . 

The end 

 No raccoons  were hurt during  the  writing  of  this fic .

As for the pandas , they were stunt pandas .

So no evil pandas were used .
