Study Break
AN. I know it's been a year at least since I last posted. My computer broke and took my story hostage with it. I'm waiting on repairs now and crossing my fingers that not all is lost. I WILL finish posting My Lovely Enemy when I can. In the meantime I hope you all enjoy this little scene.

It was early Saturday afternoon and the weather had finally cleared from a weeklong foray of icy rain and snow. The cold had been a constant companion for the past week, restricting the students of Winborne Academy to their rooms and common areas. For Addison London the confines were absolute torture. Every morning he would look out longingly at the school grounds only to be greeted by the same dark storm clouds. Any attempts at escaping the congestion and cabin fever were thwarted by the looming presence of holiday exams. Days of studying, hours of writing essays and papers, agonizing afternoons spent bottled up in classrooms when just around the corner lay absolute freedom.
Thoroughly dejected, Addy slumped down the hall of the south dorm to Kane’s room, feeling too tiered and lazy to have even changed out of his pajamas. He knocked just to be polite, but he didn’t wait for an answer before letting himself in and throwing himself onto one of Kane’s beds. Kane stepped out of the washroom, half dressed and with a toothbrush in hand just in time to see him throw a fit - pounding his legs and screaming into the pillow. “I’m going to go stark raving mad if I have to stay in this building any longer,” Addy screamed. Kane chuckled at his misery and walked over to the dresser to fetch a sweat top. “Well it’s the weekend. Go get dressed so you can piss around town for a change before you drive us all bloody mad.” “Yeah in this weather?” Addy demanded petulantly, “Where would you have me go?” Kane shrugged. “You got just under an hour before the bus for Brookeshore comes round. Or there’s always the Valley. “Kane don’t tease me,” Addy whined, burying his face in the pillow. It seemed too cruel to tempt him with town when Addy knew he’d be a sopping mess before even reaching the front gates of the school. Bryce would kill him if he caught a cold before the end of exams, especially if it was because of something as stupid as venturing out in a storm. “What’s the matter with you?” Kane demanded, sinking down on the bed beside him and ruffling his hair. “I thought you’d be happy. First nice day we get in a week and it’s a weekend besides.” “What nice day?” Addy pouted, shifting to look up at Kane and immediately frowned when Kane erupted in laughter. “Don’t tell me you’ve been stuck in your doldrums so long you haven’t even looked out the window today.” In a flash Addy was up and seeking out the small window on the far side of the room. There was snow and slush on the ground and no doubt it was still cold, but the sun was indeed out and it was clear, which meant that the roads would be cleared. Without a moments hesitation he charged for the door. He needed to change right away. “Where are you going?” Kane called after him. “I need to find Bryce.”It was torturous, taking the time to go back to his dorm and throw on clothing. Addy wanted nothing more than to get out of the dorms for a while; walk through town, stop by the shops to see what was new, and maybe grab some pub grub before being forced to return to another dreaded week of school before the holidays truly began. He ran full force through the halls, checking the dinning room and student council office before finding Bryce in a secluded corner of the library. “Finally Bryce, finally! It’s nice enough to take a break and get out of here. Where will we go first?” Addy asked, all but bursting in his excitement and earning a sour look from the librarian whom instantly shushed him as she passed by. Bryce for his part sighed in annoyance and barely looked up from his textbook. “What are you going on about?” Addy pulled out the seat across from him, leaning over Bryce’s work to get his full attention. “Come into town with me. Please Bryce. Just one afternoon.” “We have exams next week,” Bryce began to argue, but Addy didn’t want to hear it. “I’ve been studying really hard,” he insisted. Bryce only rubbed at his temples in exasperation. “Then you go. I’m not wasting my time.” “Well,” Addy tried, not ready to be beaten, “maybe not the whole afternoon then. What about lunch? Just a few hours for lunch? You need to stop and eat don’t you?” “Not in town,” Bryce replied distracted as he pulled his notebook back to him and continued writing. “Just a walk around the grounds?” Addy whispered desperately, but he held little hope-sure that he already knew the answer. “Addison, I’m busy.” Bryce’s tone was strict and final and Addy knew better than to press him further. With heavy feet he dragged himself back to the dorm room, but didn’t stay there long. Addy collected his school bag and the textbooks from his desk then trudged back to the library and sank back into the seat in front of Bryce with a sigh. If they couldn’t go into town together then he would just have to be satisfied with them study together. It was disappointing to say the least, but Addy figured that so long as he was with Bryce he wouldn’t mind too much what it was that they were doing. Of course, now that it was just the two of them sitting in the library, quite alone, with schoolwork spread before them he was growing restless again. Addy pouted as he thought of all the fun the rest of the student body was having while he was forced to remain cooped up indoors just so he could spend time with Bryce. The boy just couldn’t appreciate the value in a study break. Addy sighed and restlessly tapped his pencil against the textbook in front him. He imagined the sound echoing in the stillness around them. With little else to concentrate on his attention focused to Bryce. Addy always thought he looked really sexy with his reading glasses on; so studious and mature, but in an alluring sort of way. Intellectual and untouchable. He wanted to defile that studiousness. Well no one said that just because they were staying in they couldn’t have fun. Under the table Addy toed off his shoes then slid his foot over until it bumped against Bryce’s, but he was quickly kicked away. With a mischievous smile to himself Addy ventured out again, slumping in his seat so he could rub up Bryce’s calf. In response, Bryce spread his legs wider moving them out of reach of Addy’s touch. A better opportunity could not have been asked for, so on his third pass Addy grazed along Bryce’s inner thigh and rested his foot in Bryce’s lap, pressing against the bulge behind the zipper. The touch finally gained Bryce’s attention and when he looked up with a brow arched in question Addy seductively painted his lips with a moist tongue. Bryce frowned and pushed him away once more. “Stop distracting me,” Bryce ordered, turning back to his notes. “If you’re bored then it’s your own fault. You’re the one that chose to stay. Besides, actually studying for a change might do you some good.” “I don’t want to study,” Addy pouted. He rounded the table and draped himself over Bryce’s back with a sigh. Leaning close to his ear Addy tongued the shell and smiled when he felt Bryce shiver from the touch. He nibbled the lobe gently before pulling back and whispering, “I think we should take a break now.” Bryce’s laugh at his words was low and humorless. “Is your plan to have us both kicked out then?” “We could take a break right here,” Addy insisted with an impishly smile against Bryce’s neck, letting his hands drift lower to skim over the hard chest. “Not bloody well likely.” “No one’s around and the book cases will hide us, so we’ll just need to be quiet,” Addy whispered as he slipped around to straddle Bryce’s lap, bumping the table and causing it to scrap noisily against the ground as he made room for himself in the small space Bryce left. Bryce chuckled again, pulling his glasses off as he chastised, “You couldn’t keep quiet if your life depended on it.” Addy simply pressed himself closer, aligning their groins as he rocked against Bryce’s lap. Latching his mouth onto the sensitive area of Bryce’s neck that he knew drove the other wild. Finally he ran his hands up that stiff muscled chest again, this time rubbing across Bryce’s nipples through his shirt till they hardened into stiff points. “Then make me stay quiet,” Addy husked, reaching down to press one palm against the swell of Bryce’s hardening cock. “Hold me down and keep me quiet. I want it.” Bryce leaned forward and bit at the juncture between his neck and shoulder hard enough to cause Addy to arch in pain and pleasure, strangling back a cry. He soothed the flesh with gentle laps of his tongue, suckling up to Addy’s earlobe. “Why should I do all the work? If you’re the one that wants this so desperately then you make sure to keep yourself quiet. That is unless you want everyone to hear and come over to see you sprawled out for me?” At his last words Bryce reached down and gripped Addy’s arse then ground up against him drawing a moan from deep in his throat, which Addy had to try desperately to quell. He pressed his hand to his mouth to muffle the sound, but trying to keep quiet was already made difficult when Bryce only fueled Addy’s lust further. Bryce quickly pulled his hand away, though, in place capturing his lips in a seductive exploration. His kisses were as teasing and unhurried as the gentle rolling of his hips, encouraging Addy’s body to hardness, but not nearly enough to drive him to the edge. Bryce knew he didn’t like to be teased – he didn’t have the patience for it – but just the same it had a way of making Addy all the harder. His body was shuddering with hypersensitivity and his cock was full and twitching, begging to be released from the pressure of his pants. Begging to be touched. He wanted to grind up against Bryce, force a deeper tempo and press, but Bryce held him firmly in place, keeping a lock on their movements. Just when Addy was sure he couldn’t take anymore, Bryce pulled back, kissing down his neck and collarbone. “Bryce,” Addy moaned, burying his face in Bryce’s shoulder and fisting his hands in his shirt. “Touch me please. I need you to touch me.” “The librarian could be just around the corner,” he reminded, his warm breath ghosting over Addy’s neck before turning back to kisses. Addy could feel Bryce chuckling at the shiver it sent down his spine, but he ran his hands up Addy’s clenched backside, rubbed circles up his spine, and threaded his fingers through his hair. Everywhere those hands touched Addy felt electrified, but still Bryce kept his movements frustratingly slow, nothing close to the rough or erotic contact Addy really wanted. “Bryce please,” he begged on a whisper. “Touch me for real. I’m about ready to burst.” “I don’t know if I should,” Bryce drawled, skimming his fingers back down Addy’s back and feathering them under the hem of his shirt. “I came here to study after all, and it’s not like you could afford to take breaks with your marks either. Your German test is coming up next week isn’t it?” Addy could only groan, burying his face deeper into Bryce’s neck. He couldn’t really be serious about stopping. “Maybe I should test you a little,” Bryce mused, slipping his hands round to Addy’s navel. “See how much you remember from last time. What’s the German word for stomach?”
