Chapter 1: Tentacles

It was getting late and dark outside. Light shone down from the lampposts that lined the street, illuminating the small gang of schoolboys that stood on the pavement. The light also reached the dilapidated porch of the village’s resident haunted house.

Somebody had decided it would be a marvellous idea to dare everyone to go into the house. The youngest boys were too scared. They knew all of the multitudes of terrifying spooky tales about the place.
George was the eldest boy there. As the eldest, and thereby most mature, he felt it was his duty to be brave, and consequently awesomely cool, which was why he boasted that he’d go in first. The others cooed and generally looked awed as George triumphantly strutted up to the front door. Several others followed him, trying to appear unaffected by the spooky building, but only George and two others made it up the creaky steps of the porch.

Flashlight in hand, George tentatively opened the front door to the old, abandoned house revealing a long dark corridor. The other two boys shrank back in fear and made their way back to the safety of the others. George clutched his schoolbag nervously, it did look a little creepy in there. But he laughed it off, not allowing the others to know that he was a little afraid. After all, he was officially the most respected one there now, he exuded coolness. Just think how popular he would be if he actually went in! He pointed the light into the hallway. The floor was made of old, wooden floorboards. The wallpaper was hanging off the walls, which would have been more frightening if said wallpaper didn’t have a lilac paisley pattern on it, similar to what one might find in their grandmothers house.

Oh yes, this was going to be easy. Multiple cool points - minimum effort. He walked smugly into the hallway. He could hear the boys getting excited outside which drove him on all the more.

He caught something move out of the corner of his eye, just on the edge of the torch light. He spun the torch around to try to find it. There it was again, just moving out of sight behind him before he could get a good look. But there, another one moving across in front of him. It looked like some kind of… tentacle. He waved the torch around again.

Suddenly he heard the boys screaming behind him and twisted around. He saw their horrified faces across the road, even as his view was suddenly blocked by a giant tentacle looming up in front of him. It hit him with such a force that he was knocked to the floor, his flashlight spinning off across the corridor. He tried to stagger back to his feet as tentacles suddenly sprang up around him, trying to grab hold of his arms and legs. He fought them off as best he could, trying to make his way back to the door. Across the road a panic went up. Like headless chickens, the boys ran around. George prayed someone would run up to help him but a sense of hopelessness swept over him as he watched them all run away.

“Cowards!” He shouted after them as they vanished into the distance. He wrenched his arm away from yet another tentacle, and staggered desperately towards the door. He was nearly there, only a few more steps, but before he had a chance to step across the threshold, tentacles rose up before the door and slammed it closed.

The only light now was from the discarded torch, catching him like a deer in headlights. He let out a shocked scream as he found his trousers pulled down. He’d already lost his shoes and school blazer in the confusion, and as the trousers were pulled right down his legs and away from him, it knocked him off balance and he began to fall. Except he didn’t fall, the tentacles caught him. He was now in their firm grip, they were coiled around every limb and also wrapped, irremovable, around his middle. They had him pinned up against the wall. He tried feebly to stop the tentacles removing his briefs but they too ended up in a pile with his trousers.

He let out a pathetic yelp as a tentacle pulled at his school tie and another wriggled its way under his shirt and ripped it open. The tentacles seemed to thrive on his naked body, wriggling across his exposed skin. He cried out in embarrassment as they found his member, coiling around it.

He tried hard not to enjoy himself, but he couldn’t stop how his body reacted to the caressing and stroking. He whimpered through gritted teeth as the tentacles covered him, engulfed him, and didn’t leave a crevice unexplored.
