The Games We Play

- CHAPTER 1 -

First of all...sorry for the highschool's name.Nothing came to my mind.I hope you enjoy the first chapter. ^.^

Beaver Highschool was as noisy as usual;the students were running around aimlessly,gossiping about the highschool's 'stars'.The cheerleaders were fussing around the jocks,the geeks sitting on a far table,the goths were resting under an old tree and the rest hanging with their friends.
Everyone went quiet when three guys got off from an expensive red car and were walking towards the entrance ingnoring the stares.Known as The Kings,the three were rulling the highschool as their own playground.The tallest had jet black hair,fringes falling in his cold gray eyes shadowed by silver rimmed glasses.He wore a tight black sweater with a turtle neck and dark gray jeans encasing a pair of long legs.The spiky red headed guy falling behind him was dragging lazily from a cigar with the other hand buried deep in the pocket of his baggy and faded jeans;the bright green t-shirt matched his sleepy jade eyes.The third guy looked like a pampered princess,with wavy brown hair falling over the collar of his silk creamy shirt matching his white pants.His honey colored eyes were twinkling with amusement,his smile revealing two cute dimples.
As soon as they disappeared inside the building,everyone started speaking vividly about the new students;the gossip was that they were expelled from the most prestigious schools from Europe and the rumours was that they were total freaks.
The captain of the football team praising himself describing his move that helped win the last Championship.The cheerleaders were giggling and batting their eyelashes at him while the others jocks were sustaining that this year Championship will be easy to win as well.
The captain stopped in the middle of the sentence when someone bumpped into him,the person walking by as nothing happened.The others were glaring at the girl that was followed by other two girls,one reading a book and one fiddling with her Ipod.
'Hey!What the hell are you doing?'asked offended the jock.
Two of his lackeys blocked the girl's way,but she knocked into them as if they were invisible.Confused,the girl poked one of the guys;frowning,she glanced at them and turned to her companions with an excited look.
'Waaaaah...giants!'the girl exclaimed in awe.'They're guard the castle gates'said her whispering and giggling behind her hand.
The two shared a dumb look and then turned towards the captain with questioning eyes.The girl aproached the captain staring at him with wide admirative eyes.
'Neo,Ina!Look,a dragon!He's ready to blow fire through his nose!!!' She gasped and hold her breath waiting for God knows what...
'Yeah...whatever.'mumbled the one with the Ipod named Neo.
'Don't stare,Ry.It's not polite to say the truth so bluntly.You'll insult ugly people.'said Ina closing the book smirking at the football captain.
'Who the hell are you calling ugly?!'barked the jock.
'Well...you do have the nose of a pig,the ears of a donkey,the eyes of an owl and the hair like a broom...on fire.'stated Ry in a cheerful and kinda innocent voice.
All the people that heard the witty response of the girl gaped in shock,waiting the outburst of the now red tommato captain but the bell rang and one of the teacher ushered them in classes.
'We'll finish this after school!'growled the football player eyeing the teacher who was supervising them with a suspicious look.
'See you later alligator!'waved Ry,bouncing towards the door.

The girls were waiting outside the principle's office,examining their schedule ignoring the inquiring eyes of the secretary.
'Send them in!'the director voice was heard from the speaker.
'Yes,sir!The principle is waiting for you.'said the secretary motioning them towards the door.
The principle was a plumpy forty year old man, with a white beard, dressed in a black suit with white stripes. He smiled and made a quick move with his hand for the girls to take a sit in front of the desk.
'So, you are Misses Creekwood...'said the man looking at a thick file he had in front of him.He flipps through the file quirking an eyebrow at the girls.In the middle,the girl with the book,had black shiny straight hair,reaching her waist and icy black eyes.Her black clothes and white pale skin offered a great contrast.On her right,Neo had the same black straight hair,only a little more ruffled,yellow-green eyes and she was dressed in a black t-shirt and baggy pants.The last one,Ry,had short black hair with red highlights sticking in all directions,some fringes falling in her hazel eyes.She wore a red t-shirt and black jeans.'Here,at the Beaver Highschool,(the girl with the Ipod snorts loudly ignoring the glare of the principle)we do not tolerate insubordination.We pluck the rotten apples from the tree so not to spoil the others.'
'Why don't you use insecticide?'chirped Ry.
'Their insecticide expired'replied Neo.
'I dwelled with your kind before and I brought them to the right path.' finished the principle smugly.
'Our kind brings money to this fucking school.So keep your opinions to yourself and don't bother us.Can we go now?'interfered Ina annoyed.
The principle gaped like a fish out of water and ushered the girls to the exit.

'Are we there yet?'said Ry for the tenth time since they left the office.'I'm tired'she whined.
'Shut up already!So,are we there yet?'asked Neo as well.
'See!!You want to know it too!'Ry pouted and crossed her arms.
'Yeaaaaah...but I wanted to know for the FIRST time!'emphasized Neo leaning forward to Ry and smirking in her face.
'Are you finished?The class is behind you.'said Ina already entering the classroom with the others in toes.
The teacher stopped whatever he was saying and glared at the girls discontented to be intrerupted.
'I don't appreciate lazy persons that can't be on time.Go to the principle right now!'said the teacher through gritted teeth.
'We just came from there.We're the new students.'said Ina on a mocking tone.
'I see...so you're the Creekwood sisters.'the teacher stared them from head to toes and then glanced at a paper he got from the desk.'Ina...which one of you is Ina?'asked him loudly.
'That would be me.'said the one completely dressed in black.
'Okay.And Neo?...Neo??NEO!'asked annoyed the teacher for the third time when he didn't received an answer.
Ina elbowed Neo to make her pay attention.
'What?'asked bored Neo taking out one of her headphones.
'Your call...'mumbled Ina.
Neo frowned at the teacher,put back her headphone and grumbled a 'yea' without excitement,making all the students to snicker.
'Then,I suppose that you're Ry?..What kind of name is this?'asked mockingly the teacher.
Ry started to laugh loudly and disturbingly insane then stopped suddenly,staring at the teacher shouting 'NICE TO MEET YOU!!!!'Ry bowed before him and then she turned to the class waving joyfully.
The awkard silence was cut off by the chuckles of a boy who was sitting in the last desk from the first row.
'Please,do tell something about you.'finished the teacher his voice dripping with sarcasm.
Neo rolled her eyes,passed by the teacher and plopped herself in front of the boy who laughed earlier,glaring at the people as she passed by them.
'I'm a member of P.A.C. that stands for Psychotic Anonymous Counseling,and I didn't take my medication for a week already.'said Ina smirking,then she took a seat right next to Neo,ignoring the stares she was receiving.
'I like shiny sharp things and my favorite past time is to poke people with them.But I also like butterflies,ice-cream,lollipops, flying and...'said Ry,without breathing but she was cut short by the teacher telling her to have a seat.
'Sorry guys!That was all for today!'said cheerfully Ry taking a seat next to Ina.She turned around and saw that the seat behind her was empty.
