Part Six
Here's Book Two!
And here are some warnings: these chapters will be pretty random, you'll see what I mean. But they do have plot stuff involved. They won't be very long for a few reason: 1) I'm not going to go into detail describing the places the gang visits, 2) There will be 54 chapters in total, 3) 90% of each chapter will be dialogue unless there's a fight scene or something that needs a description. The main point of Book Two is to further the relationship of the characters while they go through many different things, and to do that, lots of dialogue is necessary.
It's kinda hard to explain what I mean, so just read. XD;

Part Six
“Are we there yet?” An-chan tugged on CrimsonMoon’s sleeve.
“No.”
“Are we there now?”
“No! Stop asking.”
“But I’m bored!”
“You didn’t have to come.”
“YES SHE DID!” Nicole yelled from outside on the top of the car.
Rain climbed slightly out of the passenger side window and crossed her arms over the top. “Are you alright out here?”
“Ya, I’m fine. It’s not like I’ll fall off. I’m not a high ranking Goddess for nothing.”
“True, true.”
“Hey! Look!” An-chan crawled over CrimsonMoon’s lap and pointed out the window. “We should go do that!”
“Get off of me!” CrimsonMoon blushed.
“We’re not stopping unless we need gas.” Big Kitty pressed down harder on the gas pedal.
“That can be arranged.”
An-chan lifted her jean miniskirt up slightly. CrimsonMoon covered his face with his hands. Rain fell back into her seat and laughed at him. The Feline removed a switched blade from a band around her thigh and opened it. She stabbed the side of the car and watched as the gas spilled out.
“WHAT THE FUCK!” Big Kitty turned around in his seat and tried to strangle her but she moved back out of his reach.
The car swerved for a bit before Rain grabbed the wheel and set it right again.
“Well, we’re off to a fabulous start.” She sighed. “We’ll kill her when we get out, just take the wheel back.”
“Mew.” Little Kitty ignored the gang from her spot on the dashboard.

An-chan was glued to CrimsonMoon’s side. She hid behind him the whole time the Chevelle was getting fixed. Rain pulled Big Kitty into town to cool off for a bit. It was a small city with tall buildings everywhere. Nicole stayed behind with the other two.
“We need her alive, remember.”
“We should just find another Feline.”
“That’s not what I mean.”
He stopped walking and she turned back to him, stopping as well. “What?”
“I would say: ‘We can’t trust anybody on this mission’, but that’s not entirely true...sorta. Me and you, we’re pretty well known, so they’re already wary of us. The ninja brat is genuine. He’s a good kid. Nicole, she’s a Goddess. She’s really only here to make sure we don’t kill each other, basically, to watch. And the cat, we don’t know what to expect. We don’t know her at all.”
“It goes to that old saying then: ‘Keep your friends close and your enemies closer’.”
She nodded and they continued to walk. “So, we should remain oblivious until we know what’s going on.”
“And that Goddess...”
“I know there were problems before in Heaven, but-”
“You can’t know for sure.” He grabbed her arm and they stopped again. “We can’t even be sure about each other. You are known for deception and sadism.”
“You’re absolutely right. And because me and you go way back, you should also know why I’m even here in the first place.”
“You want nothing more than to fight these Jesters and prove you are the better sadist.”
“Right.”
“But if in the end, you see one of us as an opponent, you will change your mind. It’s why you keep Stephen alive. You see him getting better and you can’t wait for the day when he hits his prime.” He let go of her arm and they started walking again.
“We should try that out though. It’s why she cut up your car.” She pointed a few feet ahead of them. “We could use the money.”
“Fine.” He sighed.
They signed up for a pie eating contest.

Rain sat up on a stage with seven other people. A paper with the number five was pinned to her shirt. There were ten pies in front of each person: blueberry pie, lemon meringue pie, pecan pie, raspberry pie, strawberry pie, kiwi-lime pie, chicken-pot pie, apple pie, coconut cream pie, and cherry pie.
The person who was in charge fired a gun and the other seven people started eating. Rain organized her pies in alphabetical order before she started eating. Everyone else was using two giant spoons or their hands. She sighed as she ate with only one fork.
She finished all ten before the man who was in the lead reached his third. Everyone stopped and stared at her as she walked to the announcer and held out a hand.
“Gimmie the money.”
“She cheated!” Everyone started complaining.
She rested her hand on the hilt of her katana but before she could unsheathe it, Nicole grabbed her and pulled her off stage.
“Hey!”
“We have no reason to fight these people.”
“But I won!”
“It doesn’t matter. The car is fixed.”
“Fine.” Rain pouted.
“I’ll let you kill someone at our next stop, okay?”
“Yay!” She hugged the Goddess.

The random parts won't make much sense but I need something to keep the gang entertained while some plot bits are going on. I can't just have them standing around doing nothing while they talk and stuff gets revealed.
Anywho...read and review!
