Forgive me?
She came into the room and I knew something was wrong. I had never seen her like this before. Her hair was unkempt, her mascara smudged beneath her beautiful expressive eyes.
“What’s wrong?” I asked, I hated to see her so distraught.
“Could you ever forgive me?” Tears where running down her porcelain skin, she almost looked like an angel of mercy. I was respond when I felt it slide into my stomach. At first it was only a sting, and then as she pulled away a searing pain hit me. She began to sob harder so I tried the only thing I knew.
“Maybe I could if you kissed me?” My humor wasn’t lost in her as I saw the last smile I would ever see. It was beautiful and serene; she knew I would forgive her anyways.
“You fucking dork.” The kiss was tender and sweet at first but it grew. It seemed as if some where a hunger grew in her until I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t think. And all I felt where her lips against mine. Then she pulled away and the pain returned as I gasped for air.
“Why?” My breath was shallow, as I felt her hot cheek against mine.
“I had to do it.” Her words were harsh and quick, “I had to before…” Things where beginning to fade as a red haze crept into my vision. “Before you hurt anyone else.”
