A Few Poems

Author’s Note:
I've always sucked (hard) at writing poetry but I'm pretty proud of these. None have titles yet and i know they aren't very long, but if i made them any longer they would get crappier and crappier. So anyway, hope you like them ^^

Step into reality by night,
Fury is nothing but glass now.
The serenity of water is the only truth,
Seen soully in the clarity of darkness.
Why, you ask, do angry fires dance within that glass?
I answer simply:
It is the sun who is to blame,
For what you believe your eyes to see

A/N: This was actually inspired by a note i wrote to myself, reminding me to read the story called Step into Reality written by Night Fury (on hpfandom.net). Then i thought it would make a good poem so there you go!


Soft curls,
Hair frames a face beautifully, so beautiful.
Staring eyes peer through them though and the waves are forgotten.
Crimson orbs,
Why do you cry purple tears? Fake tears.
That isn't the right way to draw attention.

A/N: I wrote this in the library at my school out of pure boredom and it turned out quite nice, if i do say so myself. And i do!


It's a sound
Noting but a sound, yet it screams
To waver or hesitate are not even conceivable,
Therefore it is constant,
Fear had already peeked, but the blaring splits the universe,
Making space for hope
Maybe even relief.
They're coming
The sirens
